Bed sheet on the upper bunker bed was not fresh when we checked in, no duvet was provided for the upper bed I asked if they have extra they said no they only gave me extra sheet, the room was freezing, thermostat was centralized so you can’t adjust it, I had to keep the hot shower running to keep the room warm. I slept with my jacket on. Elevator was down when we arrived, luckily there was a room available on the 1st floor still i have to carry my luggage thru the stairs. Someone took my travel pillow.

The hotel has undergone renovations. The rooms are great, clean and new, with AC. The location despite being far from Paris center, is ins a small city, and has restaurants and cafes nearby and the Tram (behind the building) and Metro 15-20 minutes walk are super handy to get to major attractions in Paris. I was there for a Conference.

Good place for a night's stay

We booked this hotel as a low-cost place to stay for the night during a quick stop to the area. After a very long drive it was good to have a place to stay with a secure car park. The welcome from the staff member at the desk was very good, who explained the details of the stay and he helped answer my questions about transport options into the city.

The room was very compact, but it was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short stay.

Perfect for a short break. Room was small but perfect for shower and sleep. Breakfast was lovely continental and coffee was good. For what we paid for this break I am very pleased. We (two adults and an 11 year old) walked in to the centre of Paris in about an hour which we enjoyed as we like looking at the real Paris not just the touristy areas, but the hotel is well connected with public transport, there is a tram stop just outside the hotel to the right. All in all, would recommend for a short break.

It’s an Ibis Budget, so having that context in mind it’s a great hotel. Rooms are tight, but clean and modern. Towels are thin, but do their job. The door for the shower is almost transparent, but there is a big curtain that you can close and separate the bedroom from the bathroom, creating two different spaces. The hotel is located right next to the train station, surrounded by restaurants and a kiosk right in front the entrance where you can buy fresh croissants, baguettes and different pastries. If you are on a budget it is really a great place to stay!

Very clean and quiet hotel, I liked that there were a lot of options with great local restaurants nearby- pizza, sushi, bakery, burgers, all right outside of the hotel. There is also a very nice supermarket 1 min walk distance, with a lot of options for food including premade ones you can reheat in the lobby the microwave. The whole area is very safe and nice, I'd rate more than 10 stars. Staff was very nice too, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay again.

No notification of hotel renovations happening during our planned stay (would never have booked here if we’d known) including non disclosure that their ‘air temperature control’ was not working during the June/July 2025 heatwave and refused to give us refund stating that they didn’t claim to have air conditioning listed as hotel amenities.

I had a bad experience at check-in — the front desk told me that breakfast was not included, while I believed it was. However, the booking confirmation contained no information either way. Additionally, the hotel was very noisy during the daytime.

Weekend trip to paris.

Check in was quick and very smooth, needed to pay for local tax and car park
on arrival which was easily done at reception.
All staff were very friendly and offer to help with any needs. Bed is very comfortable and room is warm, also very quiet considering a train track is behind hotel which takes you anywhere you need to be. We left the hotel and in 20 mins we was at the Eiffel Tower! Couple of restaurants just outside and also a nice pastry shop just over the pathway.

I like that it was a 15 minute drive to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a pharmacy and food market were walking distance. Plus there was a train track next to the building.

The room was extremely small. There was not AC in the room and we couldn’t open the windows either be cause the room was situated on the first floor and people from outside could have easily see inside the room. The location was pretty convenient considering the Tram station was 1 minute away. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This property is an hour outside main Paris sights however there is a tram line right outside that can connect you to the RER and the metro which will take you into Paris. The palace of Versailles is 45 minutes via public transport and Disney is an hour and a half (although when we went the red RER was shut so maybe less when this is up and running. There is plenty of food options around the hotel and a shop near by and lovely river walk. The hotel it’s self is basic but my room was cleaned daily and the staff were lovely and very helpful. the rooms are small but fine for just sleeping, the room was very warm but we did go in a heat wave! We were able to get a fan from reception which helped. Also the shower is behind a frosted screen fine for us but maybe not if you were traveling with a friend. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as your prepared to travel an hour to get anywhere which we were.

It is a decent hotel, however there should really be privacy curtains installed around the shower area for rooms where the occupants will not be couples in love.

It is very close to a tram line station and bus stops. You can buy Navigo cards and day passes or 10-packs of transit tickets at a nearby Tabac / convenience store.

There is no kettle at room. when i asked for hot water for drinking, the reception gave me one cup of hot water then tell me i can make hot water by using microwave. but i only get a disposable paper cup. I amn't sure if it can be used in microwave. so , i didn't get hot water for the remaining two days

Very safe and nice neighborhood. Good local food places downstairs. Grocery, Domino and Pizza Hut only 10 min walk. Rooms are really small. I get my kids ready and send them down to lobby so I can get ready. Staff provides iron and board for pressing. Breakfast is affordable and good. Kids under 12 discount on breakfast. There is NO onsite laundry. So you have to go a block to get it done. Staff is very helpful and room cleaning service is good.

Decent place for your money

I missed my flight so I had to stay one unplanned night in Paris. The location is a little far from the airport, and I had to transfer a couple of times, BUT it's right next to the tram line. Staff was very friendly, and continental breakfast (not included with booking) was good. This hotel has a computer in the lobby which came in VERY handy. Try not to use the wifi.

Nice basic hotel in a nice safe location not too far away from Paris. Tram line ideally located in front of hotel, so easy connection to Metro to get into centre of Paris.
Rooms clean and tidy, but a bit of a squeeze for three people as rooms are small. Suited us fine as only a place to sleep, so no real issue. Staff friendly and helpful.
Safe car park only €8 per day, shame no direct entry from hotel but only minor detail.

The hotel were really understanding of my late arrival and requests for a hairdryer. My room was perfect for what I needed for which was to rest my head and feel secure whilst I was visiting. It has a great transport links but it will take around an hour and a half via train from the airport. I'd definitely rate this place for a short stay

Convenient location for travelers on a budget

The hotel is modern and is located in a very nice neighborhood. Just steps from the TRAM and couple of minutes from the RER. Two aspects are necessary for this hotel to have a better mark among travelers the first and most important is the customer service courtesy. Doesn't harm for any front desk person to provide the first and most important impression with a smile or even a good morning salutation. The second one is to make the bunk bed on the three-bedroom occupancy this aspect brings not only comfort but a sense that you are in a hotel. I truly believe that a lot of travelers have lived the same experience at the Ibis budget Issy Les Moulineaux Paris Ouest. I hope that management takes actions to promote the hotel to its best level that can be.

Don't mind the hotel but there was no hot water at all. At check-in they said nothing and on the site it didn't say there would be maintenance going on that would affect the hot water. A little better customer service would have been appreciated.

Really great location of this hotel. The tram run right next to this hotel and after one stop you are on train station and after that Eiffel tower is 2 stops away so in total its around 10 mins away from this hotel. Hotel was clean itself, good breakfast, i think it was around 6.60 euros for adult and half price for kids under 12. Overall very nice hotel.

Air conditioning in room is poor. Clothes iron was unusable due to how dirty it was. Key card for room had to be reset everyday because it wouldn't work from one day to the next.

Our hotel was lovely, we did have some issues checking in, and the staff said that we wasn't on the system. Luckily I had a print out of the booking so they checked us in anyway, but everything was working, the room was nice, it did us for what we needed, but the beds were really uncomfortable, we only had 1 pillow each which were wafer thin anyway so would have been nice to have some better pillows, and the bed was quite hard. The room itself was insanely hot, which was nice as the weather was really cold, but it was unbearable to sleep in.

Pubic hair and no breakfast

Interesting cleanness of the room. We found pubic hair on the pillows and in the bed. They gave us a new room and even there we found pubic hair on the top board of the bed. And honestly, we are not people that go search for it.
Then we order breakfast and don't tell us the time of breakfast. Apparently, they close at 9.30 already. We arrive at 9.32 and all is gone. No compensation, no croissant or just coffee, just nothing.
This is exactly the expectation to have for this hotel. Just nothing. It is good for sleeping and that's it.

The hotel advertises the room have Air conditioning but they actually have central air that is controlled by a central thermonstat. Ou hotel room was extremely hot and they refused to adjust the teperature. We opened the window to try and cool off and ended up getting attacked by hundreds of mosquitos. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the 1st floor roof which was covered in standing water. The water was full of mosquitos.

The hotel is located in a quiet, pleasantly nondescript area outside Paris, with handy links to the city centre. It is Spartan, but after all it is a budget hotel. And unlike most it has air conditioning - definitely a plus in summer. The staff were friendly. The only thing that let the place down as far as we were concerned were bedbugs. There were five of us and we spent one night in two rooms: the three who stayed in one room woke up covered in bites. As we all ate the same thing the night before, I can only think of the room as the cause.

We stayed here while visiting the Roland Garros tennis tournament. It is well located, clean, friendly, safe and easily accessible to the rest of the city. It's an hour walk to the Eiffel Tower, or a 15 minute taxi ride. Staff were very professional and friendly. Location was okay in general (there are some new shops and cafes around). Price was excellent for Paris. Happy to recommend.

My two day Easter stay

On the whole, I cannot complain .... a good balance price/quality. Excellent having private parking facilities. I would suggest just a few small improvements to make ones stay a little more comfortable: a toilet brush in the toilet, an extra large towel for showering, an electric water kettle, a mini fridge, a mini wardrobe/chest of draws. One last negative thing ...... the central heating should be lowered to a minimum at night or even switched off ........ We often woke up due to the heat.

Good hotel near local amenities

Overall we had a good time at the hotel. Staff were co operative rooms were clean and hotel was near tram line. One thing I realised was staff were not well versed when it came to excursions we had to plan everything ourselves and go on taxis as we didn't know which trams/buses went where. They had flyers of places of interest but getting there via public transport was a mission so booked taxi which was very expensive
