Long weekend in Paris

Stayed here for four nights with friends to do a long weekend in Paris.
Rooms are newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic with metro station and mini supermarket right outside.
Breakfast could be better, the hot food was often cold and squeaking rodent scarers. We had to ask for them to be turned off, but staff were friendly about this.
On the last night we were sitting in the lobby/lounge area and were shushed by the front desk man for laughing which was very rude and belittling. However the woman on the front desk was always very helpful and friendly with whatever we needed help with.
Overall good for a short break in Paris, but maybe don’t get breakfast included.

Hotel was only 2 miles from Eiffel Tower. Not too bad, but further away from other points of interest in Paris so metro and taxi's were needed. St. Cloud metro station right outside the hotel to access other points of interest. The room was clean and had a double bed and a single bed so it easily accommodated 3 people. Bathroom was nice and updated. The room was very small. The beds took up all the space so little room for moving around or our luggage. However, we spent most all of our time out and about and the room was only needed for sleep so it wasn't that bad. We felt it was in a safe location. Sit down and fast food restaurants within a short walk. The hotel did have a hot breakfast available for purchase every morning, but we did not take advantage of it. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with a short stay in Paris.

Nice location, big room, bad AC

The hotel was in a good location and the room was big and the staff was friendly. The issue I had was with the AC. It was too warm. The AC never cooled the room. I did complain, but obviously they couldn’t do anything about it. They need to fix the AC or have fans.

Even though I sent several messages, the front desk didn’t get them or so they said. Asher was helpful with getting me and my son 2 beds but it too awhile to convince him at 1:30 am. The next morning I wanted to get coffee and Patrick at the front desk was very rude.

Very close to public transportation. Staff was bilingual and VERY professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was great. Very enjoyable stay. I would hope that in the future as long as Covid exist. Holiday Inn would take the leadership in directing tourist to facilities to help finding Tourist friendly testing centers. Language barriers tended to be an obstacle. Again, the staff at this Holiday Inn was very helpful to us.

When we first got there, the safe in the room was dis functional and two small bed and no ironing board and iron. We were transferred the next day to a new room with all amenities and everything was wonderful .

Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, modern, friendly and very helpful staff. WONDERFUL breakfast each morning. Great location. Taxi stand around the corner, metro station 50 yards away a bus stop next to it. Fantastic restaurants literally just around the corner. There's an open air market just around the other corner. Eiffel is a 20 minute taxi ride away or less than a 1 hour pleasant walk.

Very clean hotel room and bath with very good service. Conveniently located 1 min from Porte de St. Cloud on Metro Line 9 which takes you directly to the center of Paris. Nearby Mc Donald’s and convenience store. Very good and consistent breakfast. Helpful staff and service. Really enjoyed our stay there.

When we arrived in the night, the two receptionists that were there were very warm, friendly and had great customer service. However, on our second night at the hotel, a different man was at reception and he was very cold. We came back to the hotel after exploring and then 20 minutes later we wanted to go back out for food. He stopped us and said “you can’t keep going in and out” and that we couldn’t leave the hotel at night time at 1am because it is “hotel policy”. We didn’t understand this as this wasn’t stated when we arrived on the first night. Also, it was a Saturday night and we only got a room only basis and just wanted to get food. He allowed us to go saying “I will allow you this one time but come back quick”. We found this very unusual and felt like we had to rush. Other than that, the hotel room was decent for 3 people, however the walls are quite thin so can’t speak too loud. The location was okay, but a 40minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to the metro. Has a number of cafes around it, including a McDonalds across the street. Several pastry shops and grocery stores also.
The hotel is clean, has a lift and nice rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
It’s always a pleasure to stay here.

The first receptionist she was very sweet and nice. One of the receptionists he was not nice.

Overall the hotel was good especially because it was close to a metro.

We requested a cab ride to eurorail and requested the receptionist to get it for us to fit 5 people with 5 suitcases. He said no problem in 5 minutes we will get you a cab when you need it. However we insisted he reserve it for us in advance and he did. The driver came on time but said he could only take 3 people and not 5 - we were stuck and couldn’t get a cab in time and had to travel via metro to get where we wanted with 5 suitcases and other carry ons. We were not happy and it did not leave a good impression at the end.

Great stay. Very close to the metro which made getting around Paris a breeze. Restaurants, grocery and pharmacy all right there. There is even a laundry service, although given the neighborhood feel of this hotel, I walked down the street a couple of doors and used the neighborhood laundry myself. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower has the hottest water of any place I have stayed world wide.The staff was great and very accommodating. They were the best part of the hotel stay. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with several restaurants close by. Great, spacious room and comfortable bed. Very nice staff. A quick 3 minute walk to stadium. Neighborhood has a more residential feeling than central Paris. Porte St Cloud metro stop is only a few steps from the hotel do it is very easy to get anywhere you'd like.

My favorite hotel in Paris

This is my favorite hotel in Paris despite plenty of choices at my disposal.
The rooms are spacious... And the sheets are white... They have a minbar and room service with food to die for..
Yet the price is not that high. It is total value for money and they know me by name.. I just love it!!!

We had a great room on the top floor of this lovely hotel - with a view of the top third of the Eiffel tower. Right near Metro, but very quiet. The bathroom was modern, with deep soaker tub, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. The best thing about this hotel was the friendly staff - right from maids, to desk clerks!

Hotel location is very good, close to everything... public transportation, restaurants/bar, shops, stadiums, name it and it's there. I felt safe going out even late at night.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
