Our stay at Aurmat Appart Hôtel in Boulogne-Billancourt was excellent. The hotel is located in a very pleasant and safe neighbourhood with easy access to the metro, making it simple to reach central Paris while still enjoying a quieter area in the evening.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The apartment-style layout was particularly convenient for our stay and provided more space and functionality than a typical hotel room.

Check-in was handled by David, who was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. He made the process smooth and ensured we had everything we needed upon arrival.

Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel near Paris with friendly service and apartment-style accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend Aurmat Appart Hôtel to families, couples, or travellers who want a convenient base while visiting Paris.

We chose this aparthotel because we wanted to stay just outside the centre of Paris, especially as we were driving and hoped to avoid the stress of navigating traffic and parking in the heart of the city — and it turned out to be the perfect decision.

The location couldn’t have been better. The metro was just a few steps away, making it incredibly easy to get into central Paris.

There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a beautiful bakery just around the corner that quickly became a favourite. With lots of shopping options in the area too, everything we needed was right on our doorstep.

The hotel itself had the typical charmingly compact Parisian rooms, but it was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and thanks to a great deal we found through Expedia, it offered excellent value for money.

Would we come back? Absolutely. We completely fell in love with the area and its atmosphere — this place was the perfect base for our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It is evident that this property has suffered from long-term neglect. Many of the lights were non-functional, and the furniture is so dilapidated and worn that it is in desperate need of immediate repair or replacement. I was deeply disappointed by the total lack of upkeep; the space felt more like a forgotten storage unit than a professional, welcoming hotel apartment. Based on the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness, I cannot recommend this stay.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. My mom sisters and I actually felt pretty safe in the apartment that they gave us. David was amazing and very helpful with everything. We felt like we lived in Paris for real! It’s close to the metro and you can get anywhere from there. 100/10 recommendation!

Positive: very functional. Fridge, stove, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning.

Negative: extremely small room. Shower extremely narrow and slippery. Window (no street view :-() is facing other rooms (1 to 2 meters away). Had to keep the curtain closed at all times.

Very convenient for the Rock en Seine festival we were visiting in a quiet area. Rooms small but, hey, it’s Paris and everything well appointed and very high standard of cleanliness. Guy on front desk when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. Metro (Line 10) literally just around the corner if you need to get in to central Paris. Overall, good stay

The room was small, but that's typical for European hotels. The people who work here went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including getting my sister checked in early because she was tired from her flight, as well as holding our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading to the airport. The location was quiet and safe- we walked around late at night and never felt nervous. And there are several dining options close by. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and all sites easily (admittedly, we are marathon runners so walking 3 miles is pretty tame). Also, the blackout shades were incredible and both my sister and I have looked into getting some for our homes.

I stayed here with my family in July. It’s a small studio apartment, but it has the basics: a double bed, a single bed, a small kitchenette, and a private bathroom. It’s a good option for a short stay if you’re just looking for something simple and practical.

That said, there are some important things to keep in mind:

There’s no front desk. You receive a code to enter the building and your room.
On check-in day, we briefly saw someone at the property, but they only spoke French, which made communication a bit difficult. After that, we never saw anyone again. All communication was through messages on Expedia.
The staircase is extremely narrow. If you’re traveling with large suitcases, I recommend requesting a room on the first floor.
My main concern is the usd100 deposit, which was charged to my card on July 14. They said it had been released and would return to my card within a few days. However, today is August 5 and I still haven’t received anything. They claim it’s a banking issue, but my bank has already opened a dispute since there has been no refund action from the hotel.

I CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE DISAPPOINTMENT I HAD FOR THIS PROPERTY. WE BOOKED THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE WE WANTED TO BE NEAR ALL OF THE THINGS TO DO IN PARIS BUT STILL EXPERIENCE WHAT LIVING IN CERTAIN NEIGHBORHOODS WOULD BE LIKE. CHECKING INTO THE APARTMENT WAS FINE HOWEVER ONE OF THE KEY REASONS WE BOOKED THIS APARTMENT WAS FOR THE IN-ROOM LAUNDRY UPON CHECKING IN WE FOUND OUT EVEN THOUGH A DRYER IS LISTED ON EXPEDIA THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE THIS CAUSED US TO HAVE TO GO TO LOCAL LAUNDRY FACILITIES. THE MAJORITY OF THE DISHES IN THE APARTMENT WERE DIRTY AND WE NEEDED TO RE-CLEAN MOST GLASSWARE SILVERWARE AND PLATES. THERE WERE BUGS IN THE APARTMENT AND MY CHILDREN WOULD WAKE UP WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE MOSQUITO BITES OR SOME OTHER BITES FROM SOMETHING OVER THE COURSE OF THE 5 DAYS WE STAYED THERE EVERYONE ENDED UP WITH SOME FORM OF BITE MARKS WHEN I COMMUNICATED THE ISSUES WITH THE APARTMENT THE RESPONSES I RECEIVED AMOUNTED TO WE AREN'T GIVING REFUNDS FOR ANYTHING YOU CAN LEAVE IF YOU WANT TO. THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD IS LOVELY AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU COULD NEED FOR AN APARTMENT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND IT IS EXTREMELY CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MAKING IT EASY TO GET AROUND PARIS HOWEVER NO AMOUNT OF CONVENIENCE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD ALLOW ME TO RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE THERE ARE MANY OTHER APART HOTELS IN PARIS THAT I WISHED I HAD BOOKED INSTEAD OF THIS ONE PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD THIS REVIEW I TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY

Main hotel is unevenly staffed, as when we arrived to check in, there was nobody at desk and hotel door was locked. Luckily the housekeeper was working and noticed us and opened the door. The lobby was extremely tight, leaving me to imagine the rooms would probably be similarly small. Nevertheless, we didnt get to stay at what we thought was our hotel, rather were instructed to walk 10 minutes away to apartment flats for our stay- in 95 degree temp and heat!! When we finally arrived, we discovered the premium price we paid only got us a flat with NO AC!! We did not stay the rest of our reservation! I booked a stay at the extremely good Hotel Ampere- which had AC, was in a nice tree lined street and nice neighborhood with easy access to Paris subway.

The apartment was clean, bright, plenty of room for our family of 3. It was very quiet considering it was in a large apartment complex. The kitchen was stocked to get your day started. The bathroom had basic amenities and the Monoprix (like US Target) had shampoos/conditioners if needed.
The location was perfect for us. Comfortable shady walk to 2 metro stations, easy street for Bolt pick up. Large Monoprix nearby for everything including groceries (butter, yogurt, snacks!). And many bakeries within a few minutes to walk to every morning for fresh baguettes and croissants! Roland Garros was a 20 minute walk to the gap in the sidewalk barricade. (We made the mistake of google mapping to our gate on our ticket and had to detour because the sidewalk was blocked for queuing.)
Communication with the manager was easy on WhatsApp, not only for check in/out but also recommendations!

Misleading Gym Advertisement

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Paris, and while the property itself was okay, I was very disappointed with one aspect of my experience. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised gym facilities, only to find out that the gym was not actually located within the hotel itself and was NOT free to access.

The hotel should have been much more transparent about the gym being a paid facility located off-site. Additionally, it was clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority, as they didn’t even offer an apology or explanation upfront.

I was also very disappointed with Hotels.com for not managing the situation well. They should ensure that the information presented on their website is accurate and verified.

While the rest of my stay was fine, this lack of communication and transparency left a bad impression. I would advise others to confirm the gym situation before booking.

There are multiple buildings/units managed by one company. We were directed in an older building with decent renovation of the unit. Other units were not for rent. no amenities in our building other than in-unit amenities -kitchen/internet/etc. Great neighbourhood.

Check in was really easy and the man was very friendly. Our apartment was around a 5 minute walk from check in which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbours above were a little bit noisy but not enough to stop us sleeping. Short walk to the metro, around €12 for an uber to the Eiffel Tower and a 5 minute walk from a nice park to walk around

Petit appartement tres agréable, aménagé et décoré avec goût, proche du métro et dans une rue calme.
Cependant, une forte odeur de tabac froid à notre arrivée, le problème vient, je pense, de residents de l'immeuble qui fument dans le hall ou la cage d'escalier. La porte n'étant pas bien étanche, l'odeur s'insére rapidement dans l'appartement. Vraiment dommage !

Perfect hotel for two-dimensional beings

Are you two-dimensional? If you are, then you'll have no problem staying at this apart-hotel. If you're sporting a z-axis, however, prepare to feel very cramped here. There is very little room to move around, the shower is unbelievably small, and chances are you'll find yourself tripping over things all the time. To make matters worse, hot water only lasts for about 10 min, and takes hours to recharge, so good luck showering if more than one person is staying in the room.

On the plus side, the bed is fairly large (for a Parisian hotel), the room was clean, the staff is friendly enough, and the train station is right around the corner (though it takes a while to get to the center of Paris).

If you're just looking for a cheap-ish place to crash, and you're rather petit, then there are worse places to stay. I, for one, will never stay here again, though.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans une magnifique chambre d'hôtel à Boulogne-Billancourt, à quelques pas de l'emblématique Roland Garros. La décoration élégante et moderne de la chambre offrait une atmosphère à la fois chic et confortable. La literie était exceptionnelle, me garantissant des nuits reposantes. De plus, la proximité avec le parc des Princes et les transports en commun facilitait l'exploration de la ville. Le personnel accueillant et attentif a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour quiconque souhaite découvrir Boulogne-Billancourt tout en étant à proximité de l'animation parisienne !\"
