The staff were wonderful, warm smiles and very helpful. The hotel was lovely nice big room very unusual for Paris I’m told. Although it was quite a distance from the city centre, the railway station was a 3 minute walk away. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Paris.

This was our last stop during our two weeks in Europe and was by far the worse. Carpets were stained and extremely dirty. Our A/C never cool down below 80s and when they sent someone to fix it he stated that it takes several hours to cool but never once did it became cool after 3 days. Commute to tourist area took more than 30 min+ and at least a 10 min walk to metro or bus.

Great location with metro and bus stops close by. We were told the parking had EV chargers but it did not which was a bit disappointing but just an error in communication. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hallways stank of tuna for some reason, they had a staff room in the corridor so perhaps he was warming up some food but it stank. The beds were really hard and I woke up with a back ache on all 3 mornings, there was hair on the coffee sachets and my daughter has woken up with bites on her back, arm and hands. So I'm not sure if that is due to bed bugs?

For location and convenience, this hotel was great and the staff were great but I personally wasn't that impressed and would not return.

The breakfast looked amazing during the weekdays. Restaurant was closed on the weekends. The 4th floor smelled awful. The first time I noticed the smell, I thought my child had pooped on himself. The whole 4th floor maintained the odor.

The main thing i didnt like about this property is that there is no air . They so call have air that you are \"able to control\" but we had on the lowest and was still hot in the room. Decent hotel overall but would not stay there during the Summer time since that isn't any air..

Short family getaway

This hotel is not too far from the underground metro station, so we didn't find it difficult to commute to central Paris. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. However, we were disappointed with the service at the reception. They were unprepared, lacked knowledge, and didn't seem to care much. It was pretty hot, and the AC was not functioning well in the room. It wasn't fixed, at least until the time we left the hotel, and numerous complaints to reception didn't make any difference. One could get a sense that the receptionist didn't care about the complaint and accepted the service level.

Also conveniently located to reach within minutes major metro and train lines into the main attraction areas of Paris and Versailles. Fun games in the lobby for the children. Unprofessional and underprepared check-in

Usually, checking into a hotel after a long day of work and travel sets the right tone for the holiday. Of course, we checked in late at night, but I expected no less than excellent service from a four-star hotel.

The person at the check-in counter wasn't knowledgeable and felt they were covering for someone's absence. It was a very transactional encounter.

The location is excellent and the hotel itself is very nice. Staff is helpful and the breakfest very well served with lots of options. Food is delicious. From this location it’s easy to go everywhere in Paris. Very quiet area in a busy neighborhood. The plaza right in front of the hotel is good for kids to play or for you to sitdown and enjoy the outdoor quietness. It’s a cul-de-sac. There’s no traffic at all. There’s also an outdoor playgroubd steps away for the kids. The hotel also offers some gaming in the lobby (baskebal, table tennis, mini golf, etc). There’s also a nice lounge besides the lobby and a good restaurant in the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend anyone coming to Paris to lodge at the Mercure.

Not so welcoming but decent hotel.

The hotel itself is fine however there were a few things that spoilt the experience. For instnace, on approaching rhe hotel, there is a great big underground parking area. You cannot park securely any closer to the building. So i did, only to find out that the hotel's parking is behind the building with no markings etc. ergo extra parking charges tonuse bothe the public and hotel parking. The other issue was my ALL status which affirded me a welcome drink. The reception staff was kind enough to suggest that as i was travelling with kids, this would cover a drink for us all. Given that we were dining out, i decided to redeem the welcome drink against some orange juice. Only to be seized up suspiciously by the restaurant staff marched back to reception and for the voucher be cancelled in favour of just one welcome drink (even then, there seemed to be a huge amount of confusion as to why i would be swapping the voucher for orange juice instead of an alcoholic beverage)....all this in front of my kids for whom i was principally getting the drinks. Not so welcoming. Other than that, a fairly vanilla stay.

The room was very small and the air conditioning was horrible. Every night was bad for sleeping even when we kept the AC on maximum. We complained about it a couple times but there was no resolution. The location was OK - close to subway access. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly but not so helpful. Not a lot of knowledge on the best way to get to places and no help on activities. I would say this is a hotel for business people, and not families. It was OK - but I would definitely not recommend it to any of my friends.

Lost my money-Booked through Expedia and we called Expedia to switch our dates and they refused to give us an answer on the spot and then ghosted us and refused to solve our issue to change our dates so we lost our money and we have them over a weeks advance to change the dates. The hotel concierge themselves pretended not to speak English well and referred us back to Expedia right away just to not deal with our switching. We just wanted to change our dates! This is their job and there was availability open.

Lovely hotel but the reception staff were really not very welcoming at all, made me feel uncomfortable to ask any information relating to room service or the restaurant. On arrival they did not give any welcome information about the hotel services or even where the pool was situated. I would recommend the hotel as it is lovely, very clean with daily housekeeping and only a 5 minute walk to the metro but the staff really have put me off returning to this particular Mecure hotel

Very nice hotel - great location to the Parc des Princes- friendly staff- Room was not ready when we arrived and was smaller than the one booked and had been rushly cleaned up. We only stayed for one night so we decided not to bother asking for the bigger room. You can get a bus about 5 mins away which will take you in the center of Paris in 25 mins.

Family stay over for Paris sightseeing

Great location, near the end of M9 Metro line. Lots of restaurants, bakery, mini market and Parc du Prince in walking distance. Quiet. Rooms are fine with small fridge and sofa bunk bed. Bit of a squeeze with 2 adults and 2 kids in one room, and fairly basic for a hotel like this but comfortable and ideal for a Paris stop over. Parking €20 per day in hotel spaces, or free on local streets on Sundays and all of August. Useful driveway for temporary parking to drop off bags. Roof top pool is a real bonus - small but great views and good for a cool off. You can even see the Eiffel Tower if you go up the metal steps to the small mezzanine balcony. Stylish bar area on ground floor but didn't try the food.

Had problem since arrived. Swim pool with no towels, did not clean the room one day, we are 4 and they provided 3 towels in the room twice. Room for 4 is really not for 4, it is for 2. People worry to justify and to find responsible for the faults instead of fix them. I do not recommend

Excellent hotel for families. Our room was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The room as well as the hotel overall are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious. There is a large selection of foods to choose from and the breakfast staff work hard to clean and set the tables as well as keep the buffet full. The only problem was the dinner service. Most nights there were only 2 people working the dining room and taking care of room service orders which made service very very slow. This hotel is in a great location. The closest subway stop for getting into Paris city is a short 5inute walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Great check in staff. First room I was given smelled of smoke so I changed rooms to one much larger. Breakfast was ok, but the whole stay was ruined by the very rude man on reception on checking out - called Ludovic. He told me as the room had been booked for two people I had to pay the tax for two people. When I said only one person had checked in so it was obvious I was on my own, he was aggressive and rude and said to take it up with expedia but I had to pay the tax for 2. I subsequently discovered this was a very small amount -if he had said he was very sorry, it was only a few euros but unfortunately he had to charge this, I would not have minded. But his attitude was so rude and aggressive.

First of all it’s far from the tourist spots,you have spend money on taxi or mettto go around.most of the stuff are not friendly cause during my stay one day it was warm and no A/C.i called the front desk they provided me a fan but no A/C.i asked different front desk people about the AC situation different people give me different answers.no solution.i wanted to do the laundry but once you start laundry I figured out that the laundry machine doesn’t work .it looks like the people work there you asked for help doesn’t have minimum responsibility...it you say about problems they have no solution.laundry doesn’t work and my clothes are already soaked inside the machine and I told the front desk about the situation he straight forward told he doesn’t know what to tell me..if you are working a hotel providing customer service all front desk people should take minimum responsibility to help out.anyways one person in late night shift I found the older gentleman who took the responsibility to help me to check on my laundry clothes to see if it’s drying or not.
