The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower has lovely hot water - only problem is that I couldn't use the hand shower. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. It would be good to see a little more variety in the breakfast - scrambled egg every morning and nothing with it apart from the first day when there were sausages. Overall I would warmly recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again.

I was in town for a social dance event nearby, this hotel was very convenient to the event and value priced. The room was good, mattress was comfortable. There are several good restaurants nearby, you can't ask for me.

The hotel on the whole is ok value for money but some issues I had were that the rooms were really small (maybe tiny) with only one pillow, it needed some updating (bathrooms) and staff on the late shift weren't always the friendliest. Other staff were all lovely. The gym was not functional.

We stayed in first floor the room was big and clean but some things were not good it looked tired and the bed was very small for a double. Breakfast was average and expensive . We were offered change of room but for two nights we didn’t bother to change . I would describe as ok for short stay but any longer then two days not suitable from my point of view.

I was traveling alone on a working vacation and this hotel suited my needs. The room was quite small but well arranged. The internet was fast and the bed comfortable. My room faced the street and so if I kept my window open there was the noise from the street but not so much when the window was closed. My only issue was that the shower in my room had no soap dish but the manager explained that this had been broken by guests and this may have only been missing in my bathroom. The staff (especially the day staff) were extremely friendly and helpful and I loved the fact that there was a park within 5 minutes of the hotel, a wonderful 'brasserie' next door and the metro was close. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend.

More like a B&B. I wasn’t happy that I had to give my key back every time I left the building. Made me feel my things were not safe...

The carpets are extremely old and dirty, couldn’t take my shoes off. Bed was clean, bathroom too. Unfortunately I was put in a very isolated room so it wasn’t the most comfortable as a lone female traveller.

Tired and not that clean

The check in was fine and the service received very good. However, the carpet in my room was dirty and the room overall smelt a little damp. The paintwork was also dirty and overall did not give a great impression. The corridors in the hotel have light switches on timers, so unless somebody has recently followed a similar route, when you exit the lift you enter a dark corridor. My room was through a further door and across a landing with a staircase, so again very dark and perhaps slightly dangerous. However, once I got used to the system and where the light switches were, this was not a problem. The breakfast was limited, but tasty.

The hotel was dated. the carpet in my (tiny) room was grubby, old and dusty. The bathroom, was nice, modern and clean. the bed was comfy. disappointed with breakfast too.
All in all, i was there only one night and i didn't get there until late so i was happy to have a room with a clean bed and bathroom. and it was air conditioned. I wasn't expecting the Ritz and it was ok.

A great experience

We really enjoyed the stay. The only concern was the internet that actually did not work for us as it was too weak and perhaps there was no English channel at least to watch the news in this world that is always full of news. But the rest of the stay was very pleasant indeed. The quiet comfort, the ease of movement around Paris and the very serene ambience of the place. Thank you very much

Okay, but not impressive

The area is fine - as long as you don't think you are \"in Paris.\" It's in the suburbs, so you should only stay here if you have a reason to be in this area.
We \"checked in\" . . . in other words, the guy behind the desk asked our name and gave us the room key. He told us what time breakfast was. He DID NOT say that breakfast was not included and would be charged at an outrageous rate of 12 euros per person per day! We were NOT happy when we found that out this morning at checkout. Breakfast consisted on cereal, bread, jam, crepes, tea, coffee, and, if you woke up early enough, maybe some eggs and sausage. On two of the three days we were apparently way too late for the limited supply of eggs and sausage. I heard a French woman asked if any more were available and the male server replied that he would check. He then went into the open kitchen area that I had a view of from my breakfast table . . . put some dishes in the dishwasher, piddled around, and came back out and told her no.
In the shower . . . only the wand worked. It appeared that the large overhead shower was not even connected.
In the room . . . there was one small window on the left side of the room . . . with an even smaller curtain so that light streamed in from the sides and bottom and woke us up all three days.
We could also hear the people in the room above us . . . they apparently liked to tap dance????

Overall a cheap stay if you are okay with a shower that does not have a door or curtain, only a wand to use which means a big water mess!
Easy acess to the metro to get around, however about a 10 minute walk to shops or food nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel was alao under construction while we were there. Overall a cheap stay close to paris for the time we were there.

The hotel was just a bed for the night whilst visiting our family.Plus side bedding and bathroom cleaned everyday. The only thing stopping the hotel from being fabulous is the state of the carpets they are stained and need a good clean or stripping out completely. The carpet in the room we stayed in previously was aldo very stained. Which is a shame it lets the hotel down.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had no choice. The rooms are nothing like the picture. They are small, run down and smelly. The hallway is always dark because it is on an energy saving option so you manually had to find the switch and put it on. Can you imagine opening the elevator day or night into a dark hallway in a strange place not knowing who is waiting in the darkness. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place even to an enemy.

Location a bit outside of Paris so ground transportations was expensive. Learn to use metro. Neighborhood was nice... within walking distance to restaurants, markets and cafes.

Fitness room was not usable as it was in a mouldy basement with storage boxes all over the room. Location wasn’t that great, I would recommend staying in the centre of Paris. Bathroom door didn’t lock. No toothpaste, no body wash, no sufficient toiletries, make sure you bring your own. You get a massive heavy key instead of a keycard, so you need to talk to the reception everytime you want to enter and leave. Room had very little charging Powerpoints. Lots of mosquitos at night since the windows are open when they clean the room. Walls are paper thin, so you could hear people very clearly above and beside you. Floor was also dirty. They also didn’t refill the tissues when we ran out. We are usually very easygoing travellers, but we feel that fellow travellers should not endure the frustrations that we had.

Near two grocery stores. bad service... was told to go to the basement to get fresh towels. the hotel is old... the room had a funky smell (that sadly... i got use to) washroom was alright except when you need to shower. no shower curtains so the floor was wet after shower. No next time for me.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location

This hotel had a helpful and friendly staff that was bi lingual , English speaking to help with any questions we had during our stay.. not only about the hotel but about questions we had about Paris. Our room was ready when we arrived which was a relief as we had been up for 24 hours... the room was clean and tidy and everything we were looking for . There was a 110 outlite on the hair dryier that worked perfect to plug in phones etc. the hotel is located next to a grocery store !!!! It is two blocks from the metro 12 which will take you anywhere in Paris you want to go and 4 blocks to the rev train that takes you to Versailles and other distant places. Only one suggestion is they have a free coffee for guests!!!! But I think that is an American tradition .

Hotel is in a good location for the metro and had plenty of bars, brasseries etc around however, the room was absolutely tiny, you had to sit sideways on the toilet as My k EE's were jammed against a metal heater. There are only 2 power sockets In the entire room, the carpet wasn't clean and paint was flaming off the walls, overall very, very disappointed

My room smelt strange upon entering (almost like a whiff of old cigarette smoke lingering). I could hear everything very clearly from my neighbours. The shower broke while I was using it, there is only one plug (!) that was not near my bed, the room was pretty cramped (although I personally didn't mind this), pillows given were pretty sad, poor lighting, very basic breakfast. There's no way this is a 3 star hotel - much more likely a 2 star. However the staff were very friendly!

The hotel staff were terrible. I asked for help when I couldnt open the room door with the KEY, the hotel receptionist asked me to try again and try harder, she has no intention to help at all. On the second day, I asked for a pen from another staff, he kept talking on phone and i literally waited for a long time! Also, the free wifi always disconnected, especially at night, it has no connection at all! The overall experience was terrible, it made me hate paris a little just because of the 5 day stay.

Excellent value for money in an otherwise expensive city. All aspects of my stay at the hotel were great including the room size and facilities. Bathroom was fit for size and the toiletries and towels were replenished daily when needed, plus my room had a view of the top portion of the Eiffel Tower which was an added bonus. Only drawback was difficulties in opening my room door, - which seems to be a feature of many guests' experiences. Also room could have done with coffee/tea making facilities. Staff though were all very nice. Would easily stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Hotel is surprisingly modern and clean, is closer to Orly airport than CDG, so hotel/airport transfer is cheaper to Orly. There are few restaurants/cafe nearby, found only one supermarket (Carrerfour) but there is a fleamarket during weekends at nearest Metro station, about 150 metres away.
All the receptionists were very helpful, helps to make our stay more comfortable. Would be better if electric kettle available in room for making hot drinks.

This hotel was nice for our price range. It is a little far from central Paris, our taxi fair from the Eurostar station was about 85 Euro.
The staff were wonderful, helpful, English speaking and reception great hours. The public transport was close which was good and we didn't have any issues getting around. There was a convenience store right across the road which was helpful. Breakfast in the morning was convenient, nothing extravagant but did the job. The elevator was a hassle so we took the stairs.

place is tiny, heating pipes exposed in the bathroom can burn you and kids but mostly the \" XXX rated parties \" that goes on uncensored all night long. Front desk will do nothing about it and they say that is normal. Don't take your kids there.

The hotel was very convenient for me as very near the Metro (Marie d'Issy or Corentin Celton) with good access to all the Paris tourist spots and the Motor show at Port de Versailles. The lower room comfort rating only due to the small size of the room,which is common throughout the Paris hotels. Good clean ensuite bathroom and toilet. The motor show was on so most hotels were full or very expensive. This hotel was in the less expensive category. Good restaurants and bars nearby or short walk away and a large indoor complex of swimming pools,cinemas,and restaurants 5 minute walk away.

A great experience

Located in Issy Les Molineaux, for a smallish hotel and as a place to use as a central base for exploring Paris and the surrounding countryside it was great. The rooms were nicely 'modernized', and cleanliness was good. Heating and air conditioning is good. Bathrooms are adequate with toilet, basin & tub/shower and LOTS of HOT water, but be warned they are tiny. Tips: a) for the quieter rooms from traffic noise choose the rooms ending in 9 to 12. b) Rooms ending in 4 are directly above the bus shelter & if you sleep with the windows open you hear conversations(good way to brush up on your french though). c) For best view, rooms ending in 8 look out over the 5 street traffic circle and the dance of traffic and people walking can be fascinating. As a note traffic moves fairly quietly, very few noisy trucks and seldom a honking of horns. For transportation the location is MOST excellent. If you are driving it is a quick connection to traffic hubs. If you are a rail traveller on Metro, REI or Tram user stops are a very short walk from the hotel. Bus stops are on 2 sides of the hotel. Taxi to/from a) Airports are 20 to 30 and b) Train stations are 5 to 10 e.u.r.o.s. Desk staff are most helpful and kind(except for the little man in the dark hair) and are bilingal, but nearby restaurants, cafes & shops ONLY speak french(that was the nicest thing about the area it is a business district and AWAY from the tourists). The continental breakfast is good value.

Good value, simple/professional hotel.

A reasonable hotel - nice building with a modern interior. Very slow/small lift, but not terrible. Clean modern rooms - shower not brilliant, but overall pretty good. Location is a little out of the centre near a business district, but it was very handy for the Rock en Seine festival, and is only twenty minutes on the metro to the centre. Plenty of restaurants (we loved Les colonnes) - although opening hours of some were less than they would be in the centre of Paris.

The room and bathroom were a bit small, but ok. On the plus side, the AC would get the room cold fast (it was summer). Bed was fine, bath tub worked fine, shower was standard, hot water was hot. ;)
It's in a quiet area, good to relax in the end of the day; but make sure you already had dinner when you go back, not many options around there. Convenient location: close to the supermarket (monoprix), close to the metro (easy to go to downtown where main attractions are), close to the train to Versailles.
It's a great and affordable place to sleep if you're planning on having busy days visiting Paris and won't spend much time in the hotel, it works fine for that.
One minor downside was the breakfast, expensive specially considering the poor variety. We looked at it and chose not to have it, we went to have breakfast somewhere else.

We rented 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, at U$S 75 each room.
It was a good value, compared with other much higher priced hotels.
Rooms were small (normal in Europe), with AC, bathrooms had new tubs, good overall.

Quiet and comfortable

This was my second stay here after needing to be at the Parc des Expositions, which is just two metro stops away. Everything is perfectly comfortable, the bathrooms are a little small but it is Paris so I don't really expect otherwise! My colleague said it was a little noisy by the elevator but I was further down and found it to be remarkably quiet, there was a fair bit of road noise with the window open but once shut it was very peaceful. Helpful staff, and good to have free wifi.

I stayed here for a conference, and I wouldn't book again. I had expected to be able to iron my shirt at the hotel, as I ususally do on this kind of trip. There was a single iron for the whole hotel, which turned out to be broken. This was conveyed with a shrug by the receptionist, after suggesting that perhaps I just hadn't waited for it to heat up. Even more annoying was the fact that all the walls are paper thin. At night I was kept awake by my neighbour's conversations and TVs, and was greatful that that was all I could hear! Finally, the description of this hotel is misleading: the wifi is not free, its very expensive. Satisfactory, but nothing special.

I chose this hotel bc it is located 35 mins. by walk to Roland Garros tennis tournament. It also has two grocery stores and two Metro stations very close by. The only thing I didn't like was that the room was very, very small. Over all, I give it a 4 over 5. Staff at the recpetion were very polite and professional. Thanks.

Missing the little liesures but still a good stay

The hotel is little and simple. I loved the outside of the building and the location was within a nice stroll to the Metro station. The wifi worked the entire time we were there, you just had to sign in every time you inactive. The little things I did not like was that there was not plugs on my side of the bed to plug my phone in and only one on the other side, the rooms were small but we didn't mind, the hair dryer did not have enough power or heat to actually dry my hair, the shower kept changing water temperatures from normal to super hot every 90 seconds, and the elevator. Other reviews mentioned the elevator was slow, which it was but we didn't mind because we were on vacation so we weren't in a hurry. However, it broke on our last night there and I must say those stairs are a little tricky a small to go up six flights while six months pregnant. Overall, I am sure that we would stay here again, we like to stay away from the major attractions just to see what the city looks like.

宿泊日の朝、荷物を預けに行ったら、もう部屋の準備ができているからと部屋を使わせてくれた。スタッフはみんな感じが良かった。
部屋に冷蔵庫はないが、他の設備は整っていて、清掃やタオル交換も毎日されていた。
目の前にスーパーマーケットがあるのも便利だった。

Property was renewing interior, Elevator could not be used to 1st flor. emergency stairs to be used to go up to level 1 thank take elevator.
no info while booking this hotel about renovation and very basic breakfast possibilities. perhaps it work is done will be better

Because of renovation, there was a lot of noise and dirt. The breakfast should NOT be bought. It’s not good. Money better spent at a restaurant. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful though and the room was fine!

Hôtel bien. Seul bémol : uniquement de l'eau chaude au robinet du lavabo. Pour boire de l'eau froide il faut faire couler la douche.

Du bruit toute la nuit impossible de dormir j’ai du partir à 4h du matin et le monsieur m’a fait payer une taxe de séjour.
Je recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.
