After reading some of the reviews here I was really afraid to go to this hotel. Because I couldn’t cancel my booking since I booked it few months before when their rating was higher star. But overall our stay was great. They cleaned our room on second day of our stay because we were staying 4 days which was quite surprising. Made our stay pleasant. Also hotel is really convenient. Breakfast is decent with great view. Honestly my advice will be for the hotel management is that, clean peoples room on time and fix hot water problems. Because you guys deserve higher rating.

Staff were great. Rooftop bar has great view of Eiffel Tower. Only thing was my toilet was blocked before I even used it. I complained the following morning and left for work but it had still not been fixed by the time I got back. Fortunately they were able to move me into another room. Otherwise it would have been a big problem.

We stayed in room 840 and it was very pleasant. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was truly magnificent. We loved our stay, but we still encountered a few problems. The shower did not work very well: sometimes the water was cold and, at certain times, the water stopped completely after a minute or less, so we couldn’t shower properly. In addition, the sink water was freezing and there was no hot water at all.

Where to start? Room was decent. But temperature keeps turning up, at one point it was 26C in the middle of the night, kept on adjusting but didnt help. Had to resort on opening our door just to get some cold air!!! We were sweating, to think it was autumn and mildly raining. Front desk staff was neither helpful nor friendly, I guess french is notorious for that. I understand its not a high starred hotel, i would consider it in between a hotel and a hostel, but just the basic things are left unattended, room at first night was smelling with sewage that lingers around the room, thank goodness after passing water for few minutes in the shower, lavatory and toilet bowl, the smell reduced to tolerable state. They offer to fix it while we are checked in instead of providing us a better working room. I guess thats the catch if you book with 3rd party app such as hotels.com. I would not recommend Eklo if your just sleeping for the night as you needed that comfortable, blissful sleep to recharge you the next day. I guess, again, maybe it was just our room, well too bad for us. Even a simple 'do not disturb' sign we ask from the reception was never delivered and because of that our sleep was disturbed by the housekeeping opening our room while we are asleep, half naked because of the heat and exhaustion. Again, were to complain if everything I've mentioned above was never addressed in the first place. Hotel looks new but service was sub par, I would look for other hotels if you can.

Close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; can walk down back way into Pavilion. Extremely convenient when our conference was at Pavilion 7. However, ECO hotel, not sure if that's why: only 1 towel entire stay for each person; didn't consistently clean each day; no cups in room; and sink was very slow to drain in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows are too flat.

Location is a bit far out but youre paying less and there are food metro bus and tram links. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have a foul odour. We also requested extra pillows a lot but there was never any available. Learn from me and get some extra pillows as soon as you check in, theyre not very good. Actual mattress was fine. Its very bare bones, so its fine if you will be spending all day in paris and then only coming to sleep, just adjust for a trip back to the hotel on a really heavy shopping day. View from the window of the eiffel tower was lovely and so was the rooftop bar. The floors should really be moped more often

Restaurant staff are lovely but the food there was very overpriced for what it was (many dishes arrived cold) and the food was obviously just frozen. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant food but the waiters were lovely. Overall very happy with my stay!

The hotel stay was ok at best. I had to ask them 4 separate times to fix the air conditioning and they could not lower it past 24 C. Please keep in mind it was 90 degrees outside for the three hottest days in June. They gave me and 5 other guests a few bottle of water.

We arrived very late to our hotel. It’s not close enough to walk to from the eiffel tower. However you can see the tower from our room. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff was very nice too. The room was unique. It had a very nice balcony. You must have your own shampoo and conditioner. It was confortable for 1 night.

Overall we had a good stay however this hotel wasn't the most family friendly and the service was hit or miss. The night we checked in there was a young individual behind the counter. He was very energetic and did what he could to make our checkin and stay enjoyable. The shared microwave and fridge in the lobby was not working and he helped us find alternatives. Other nights there were other individuals who looked like they could barely keep their eyes open and were completely apathetic to our situation. Honestly if you're going to stay here its probably because you have a conference near by. The room had a cool set up with bunk beds for our kids and the service staff in the breakfast and lounge are were really amazing. Outside of that overall mediocre stay.

I did not see cleaning of the room for first 3 days. There are no complimentary water or electric kettle and the coffee or tea making ingredients. Only a hand wash available not all toiletries. The price I pad was bit high for this small standard room.

The restaurant was closed for a private event which I didn't know until I tried to eat there which was a shame as I wanted to eat quickly and go to bed. The service at front desk is awful and the service desk employees didn’t want to speak English at first and very slow in there resolving problems and sorting out customers there was huge line and only one person available when asked if he could call extra staff to handle the rush he answered that they all on breaks when ur check in starts at 15:00 why would you allow staff to take breaks and the hotels doesn’t change Lenin daily nor refills any of the toiletries which is absurd after paying very handsome money to stay in they would not replenish until you ask them

POSSIBLE DEPOSIT REFUND FRAUD
3 months and still no €50 refund. It seems this is a trend so please be careful if staying at this hotel. My bank assures me that no funds have been sent from them and that they may be using a common tactic, of hoping customers will forget about the refund so they gain more of your money.

One of the rooms has a problem with the air con, we went down to the reception and ask if they could change the room for us. They immediately responded and had a quick check with our room and confirmed it’s not functioning, then they are happy to change the room for us. The staff is really helpful.
We also had a dinner at the restaurant on the 9th floor, both food and services are very nice.
We sure will recommend this cozy hotel, and highly recommend to reserve the room with Eiffel Tower view, it makes it so much different and really a wonderful experience.

This property was great for our short stay in Paris. We booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view, which was amazing! The breakfast is also quite good. Recommend adding it to your package. Only complaint is that the rooms stay quite warm even with the air on and the wifi was down our entire stay.

I love the easy check in. I only stayed one night, unfortunately my flight was late afternoon and check out is at 11am. I still wanted to explore Paris longer, luckily the hotel was able to accommodate by storing my bag for free! The room was very clean and I had the Eiffel Tower view from my window! I couldn't give a 10/10, the central air system was blowing hot air and the room was very hot. I saw other reviews that it's the infrastructure for levels 7-9. I ended up turning it off, a bit unbearable to get a good night's rest. If the hotel can improve that, this hotel would be perfect for the view and cost.

Eklo is the closest hotel to Paris Expo, right next to Pavilion 7. The hotel is an eco-style hotel which had housekeeping every 3 days. No biggie for me as I disposed of the recyling on my own. A slight minus is that there’s no in-room hair dryer. I bought my own at Carrefour, a 5-minute walk.

However, upon checking out, I was surprised to find that there were no explanations provided for additional charges, nor was I given a detailed receipt outlining the expenses incurred during my stay. Imagine my dismay when I later reviewed my credit card statement and discovered a charge of 25.4 Euros (27.7 dollars) from the hotel.
It's evident that there was a lack of communication and transparency regarding the billing process. Guests should be informed of any additional charges and provided with detailed receipts upon checkout. The failure to do so leaves room for confusion and frustration.

Es gibt nur 2 Duschtücher und keine weiteren Handtücher, zudem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice ohne Aufpreis. Also 3 Tage lang ein Duschtuch pro Person für Körper und Gesicht??? Geht gar nicht. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, Abzug im Bad gibt es nicht oder war kaputt und das Frühstück für 15€ ist echt lächerlich. Eine Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Käse und Kaffe aus einem Metallbottig. Das Zimmer war etwas günstiger als in anderen Hotels, das war meiner Meinung nach, weil das Zimmer Mini klein ist, was ich bewusst in Kauf genommen habe. Aber im Endeffekt war es dann komplett überteuert für das was man bekommt.

La seule chose que cet hôtel a de bien c’est son emplacement.
Les chambres sont dans un état pitoyable , vous pouvez prévoir d’attendre 15 minutes chaque soir qu’on vous refasse une carte de chambre car la vôtre est démagnétisée et en surplus on vous explique que c’est normal

Hôtel très propre mais pas du tout agréable. Chambre trop petite, fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, Clim rend malade même à faible ventilation et 3 nuits passées aucun ménage ni changement de serviette de bain. Pas de bouteille d’eau fournie. C’est bien l’écologie mais il ne faut pas abuser. Petit dej très limité en choix café filtre c’était de l’eau. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une courte durée
