Stocked kitchenette with working stove and fridge. Cleaning ladies did come to clean during our stay and provided new bedsheets.

Shower was covered in red scale and had hair sticking to the walls and ceiling that were too short to be mine and too long to be my companions hair. Shower pressure was poor. The included shampoo and body soap were actually a 2-n-1. My fault for trusting they would provide these amenities. I can say for sure that the 2-n-1 is just a body wash as it ruined my hair. Hair dryer would sometimes not work. It would buzz but not turn on bith in the shower outlet and bedroom outlet.

Overall bring your own amenities!!! Kitchen is great and fridge is wonderful for days you want to eat in the room or have leftovers. Room is supplied with a coffee machine water boiler and microwave. Location is fantastic which was the saving grace as it was a 10 min walk from the metro and 2 or 3 buses ran just 2 minutes away from the location. it is also located around tasty resturants, gricery store, and pharmacy.

Great hotel with cooking facility, very useful if your little one is very picky and/or you want to cook your own meal. They also have a good sized pool in the basement for kids to play or adult to relax, after having spent one day out exploring Paris. Walking distance to the waterpark.

The floor of the bathroom was slippery when dry and one of us did slip and cut his foot on the door bar. This was reported to reception but they didn't understand when we asked for the incident to be entered I their accident book.
They gave the impression that there wasn't one.

This was a decent stay. It fit our needs perfectly as a family of 3 on a budget holiday. The surrounding area was nice enough as was the property itself. However, the parking on site is very limited (which was not stated anywhere) and tight, and the shower did not have very good pressure at all. Otherwise, it was fine.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel didn't clean our room at all during our stay and didn't even provide the means to clean it ourselves. The toilet stayed dump and smelly for the whole stay as it doesn't have any air circulation or ventilation system. Disappointing service for the price

Незважаючи на деякі можливості з покращення стану номеру все дуже сподобалось. У ванній кімнаті були рушники - без доплат. На міні-кухні (хоч ми і не готували) була необхідна техніка та обладнення для приготування їжі, посуд і головне штопор☺️, мийний засіб і т.д. Дістатись дуже легко на метро по 13 лінії (з CDG до Gare du Nord на RER, а далі з пересадками на метро). Розташування готелю сподобалось, близько до супермаркетів, кафе. Одного разу пройшли від готелю пішки до Ейфелевої вежі. Надзвичайно привітний персонал, який допомогав у будь-яких питаннях. Повернуся як буде можливість.

The hotel is nice and clean in a great location for visiting Paris. There's lots of really nice restaurants and bars around and the Metro station is only 5 mins walk away.

It would have been better with Air Conditioning but for the price we paid its still a very good hotel.

Positive - room had everything we need during our stay, so that we can cook meals. We were on the 5th floor facing inside, which was quiet and away from the sun. This was important since there was no AC and room got very hot at daytime. The hotel has a swimming pool and we used it a lot. A big plus when the weather was very warm and we can cool down every day. Hotel conveniently located 5 mins from 2 metro stations and one supermarket.

Negative - surprisingly hotel has no AC but they provided fans.

You get what you give.

I stayed in this chain of hotels in the aparthotel they had at La defense. That was great.
Thinking to get the same value I booked this one.
Honestly, I understand this is Paris and bla bla bla but this was one of my worst experiences .
Once in every 50 years you should refurbish the hotel . Seriously. The toilet seat was disgusting. And this violet late 60ies colour of the walls, coupled with very little light... Never again in a place like this.
Increase the price and get some refurbishment,

It is a nice apart hotel with a tiny kitchen in the room which is usefull if u want to make sth quick in the room, room service is every 8 days so make sure keep your towels clean, there is no vent in the bathroom so it can be smelly sometimes, the shower head in our room needs adjustment, i told the reception before i leave. The staff were helpfull and english speaking, the neighbourhood is very nice as u get to feel the local’s life. There are stores and food and bakery very close to the place, also near metro station, i would recommend this place.

This is a great price if you’re in a budget. Taking Uber to Eiffel Tower is about $15 and 15mins. Ride. Not bad. The place is lack of light in their hallway. The hallways smells old building. Bathroom is clean and the room is clean but be careful using their duvet because it’s full of dust. So you end up not having a blanket. We used our coats as a blanket. You pay €10 for breakfast. Far from metro. Around building they have Japanese restaurant and Chinese restaurant.

This review is for
- Adagio access ‘VANVES’ Porte de Versailles; (NOT the Adagio access Porte de Versailles)

Whilst the room had a comfortable bed and some other useful amenities (sink, large fridge and gas cooker), the decor was appalling. My student accommodation from the 1990s was in better shape.

The main reason this was a terrible place to stay was
- I was told (only when questioning the front desk) that there is an extra charge to simply replace the hotel towels provided
- Room’s do not get made up except for every EIGHT days a guest stays.
- I had cold water in the shower on Day 2 of a 5 day stay there.

Very poor value for money. Best avoided.

Short Break on Paris.

The Hotel was situated in a good, quiet area, but close to a Boulangerie, Supermarket and Bank. Also few restaurants close by. The Metro station was a few minutes walk and took you to all the main attractions. The room was clean and well equipped. A small double ring hob & microwave oven where great for cooking on. The staff where always available and friendly and helpful.

My stay was lengthy but the hotel only sent someone to clean the room once every seven days without charge. I had to manage my garbage so my room didn’t smell of food. The internet was a struggle, going in and out a lot. Other than that my stay was ok.

Clean hotel, large room, nice staff -- spoke English. Shower proved disappointing -- very small, with fabric curtain, which clung to my body when I bent down. The on/off valve operated in forward-backward directions, protruding into the already small shower, so I accidentally bumped it a couple of times, changing the water temperature. To make matters worse, no shelf for shampoo or soap, so I had to bend down often, a true difficulty in the tiny shower! Apparently \"Apart-Hotel\" means kitchenette without daily room cleaning or fresh towels and sheets (unless you desire to pay additional). Nonetheless, I might stay again, for the right price...

This is our 2nd visit here. Very good location for getting around city. Trains from airport abd short walk. Restaurants and supermarket very close by. Clean and comfortable and being repainted. Staff very friendly and helpful. They speak English so communication was easy. Good breakfast available but after first day we made all meals in our room - save money for sightseeing.

Nice hotel with a kitchen

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful suburb in the southwest of Paris but it is very close to downtown Paris. For those who are concerned about safety it is a suburb which makes us feels very safe. There is a supermarket across the street and there are is a bakery, a bank with ATM, a couple of pharmacies and several restaurants nearby. The kitchen is very well-equipped, albeit a bit small, but the electric stove is enough for you to make some pasta and there is also a microwave oven. (Although it would be best if there is an oven as it seems that French supermarket's ready to cook food are mainly designed for ovens rather than microwave ovens)

Wifi is superb, even with a free plan the speed is more than 10Mbps (makes me wonder who would need the paid wifi service, which claims to be even faster).

You would hear about the housekeeping thing, we stayed for 4 nights, it was manageable without a housekeeping exercise as the room was spotless when we arrived.

The room is spacious with a proper dining table enough for 3 people (though there are only two chairs in the room). With the price we achieved it is excellent value for money.

A slight drawback would be access to airport, Orly requires 2 changes (Orlybus-&gt68-&gt126), CDG also requires two changes by bus (126-&gt68-&gtRoissybus) or one change 126-&gtRER B (But the change at Luxembough would require negotiating several flight of stairs, which is inconvenient with luggage and potentially unsafe for pickpocketing) We went to airport early in the morning and the Orlybus raced to CDG T1 in less than 30 minutes, so when traffic is smooth the Orly bus may not be at a time disadvantage when compared with the RER.

The hotel is conveniently located in the suburbs, just a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Kitchenette is fully equiped with microwave, range, fridge and all the basic utensils. Very comfortable room. Only con is the free internet conneciton. Too slow and disconnects often (a faster internet access is available for a fee)

Optimal service for less money.

Good price for value ratio. You have everything you need. Room is clean and equipped with mini kitchen and coffee maker. Wifi is fast and reliable, sleeping confort is high. I cannot estimate breakfast, because I didn't take it, boulangery is at 1 minute walking. One thing, better take with you portable socket-outlet, because it is lack of electrical outlets in the room (it is usual for 80% hotels). Location is also good. 7 minute walking for the metro and in 30 minutes you can reach any almost place in Paris centre.

We stayed for a week in Adagio Access apart-hotel in early September 2014. Upon arriving, we noticed that the room has two single beds, not a queen bed as expected, and also the hotel does not have air conditioning in rooms. We asked the reception to change the room, and they changed the room the next day early morning. The new room was on the 6th floor, so it was cooler and also cleaner. The kitchenette was well equipped, the wireless Internet was steady and good and the staff were well behaving. We didn't check the pool in -1 floor. We also didn't use the breakfast service, so no comment. Nearby amenities include a supermarket ~4 minutes walk from the hotel, metro station ~8 minutes walk, a good bakery and cafe in front, multiple restaurants nearby, including two serving halal foods and one italian restaurant. Overall it worth the money we paid and we enjoyed our stay.

short weekend in Paris packed as much in as possible and with the underground you really can travel with ease. get your ticket from the main manned ticket office we got 3 day zone 1-3 under £50 for 2. there are people at the un manned helping travelers to purchase tickets but i wouldn't trust them.

Excellent parking - underground private parking, we could come and go as we pleased with the car and at a very reasonable price. Hotel situated in a nice area - handy supermarket nearby. Few mins walk to metro and just few stops from Montparnasse. Would use this hotel again.

Good budget hotel but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is only 2 mins walk from the nearest metro stop which is ideal for fast travel. There are 2 supermarkets nearby,1 frozen and one normal and a nice little bakery and quite a few restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by a male receptionist who was friendly and booked us in. Our door to the room required a hard shove to open which wasn't easy. We didn't feel the room was up to the standard set in photos,and on the wall there was a dirty mark where a picture had been previously but was no longer there which was unsightly. No english channels on the tv except for Sky news :-/ we could see the eiffel tower from our room though which gave us something to look at. Unfortunately there was a cockroach in the room. Yuck. And some weird stains on the curtains. Probably wouldn't stay again unless we were desperate as it certainly wasn't \"romantic Paris\".

Very nice hotel, worth the money

Very pleased with this hotel. Although it's outside the main area of Paris, the metro station is not a far walk away, and the area is well catered to (supermarket, bank, pharmacy all at the end of the street). The room facilities were a plus with all the cooking essentials as there are not many restaurants around. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was a little expensive for what you get, much cheaper to buy food from the supermarket. Overall, a very nice, clean hotel! (although a little run down in places but nothing major)

Room perfectly adequate, with comfortable bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, table, desk, two padded chairs and bedside cabinet. Small kitchen area with refrigerator, sink unit, microwave, two electric hob cooker top, filter coffee maker, saucepan, frying pan and plenty of crockery and cutlery. No kettle, but can boil water in saucepan. Very small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Free wifi a definite bonus.

Heated 10 metre indoor swimming pool open from 10am until 8pm each day.

Good hotel if you confirm the smoking choice ahead

First about the good things
Check-in was quick. Room had an electric stove, Microwave and a refrigerator. All the basic utensils and crockery were provided and were clean. Seen in other aparthotels , the utensils are dirty and stained most of the time. Room was clean when checked in. Asked the reception to send someone to explain the appliances and the hotel service guy was at my door in next two minutes. Impressive.

Cons:
Specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room given to me was a smoking room. Had a strong stench of cigarette smoke. Asked to change the room but was told there was none available. Another funny (weird) thing is the room key. It is not the regular plastic key with the magnetic strip. It is the actual key with the key ring. First time, I needed to call the reception twice to open the door. You need to pull the handle in one hand when you gently turn the key to the right to open the door. Reception staff were good but could be more helpful.

wonderful hotel with a few riders

friendly and helpful staff who managed communicating with us in english. the rooms were small but efficient for our needs. the kitchenette had all the equipment to make cooking personalised as desired. wish they didn't have a rule about gratis cleaning room once a week for guests staying for more than 3 days.
the malakoff plateau metro station was just a stone's throw from the hotel.the major concern is it is just outside the paris zone and hence some of the faciilties available for paris hotels are not applicable for vanves hotels, like hotel drop off from tours and online transfers from/to airports.

Nice reasonable accommodation in a mid-budget price

It was a nice stay there and I got exactly what was written. The place was about 5 minutes walk from the metro station called Malakoff – Plateau de Vanves, which takes around 20 minutes to the city center. You can buy all your grocieries from a nearby supermarket called Intermarche in good prices. The room was nice, big enough, clean. The warm water in the bathroom doesn't last so long, so try to finish your bath in a calculated time, but it is long enough for a person ;) Overall I was quite satisfied with my stay and I got what I expected.

OK location but outside of metro paris. this is not really mentioned in the description. Good area, felt safe at all times. has a few bakeries, grocery stores around. The bad thing is that is is Old and rundown. carpets are industrial. strong odor of industrial cleaning products. Good service. The kitchen and dining area was a very good plus.

Perfect basic hotel for all

Booked a 3 person studio for a week at a fabulous price for Paris for my 15yr old son and me (his mother).Took advantage of an Expedia discount and accessed via Topcashback. Hotel is 15 minutes from the centre via an extremely simply Metro system. The pool was pretty chilly and therefore only used once! Nearby is a small supermarket, a event Italian restaurant and convenient waitrose-style frozen foods shop and a bloody marvellous bakery. I also had a perfect coffee on the small bar over the road when in need of that morning kick. I wouldn't bother with breakfast - buy coffee and filter papers from the Intermarché - there's a coffee machine in the room, along with sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid. If you are staying a week as we do luckily did, your room will not be cleaned nor your bed made up - just be tidy! I would recommend this hotel to all. 7 days in peak season Paris for 2 people for £300, bargain.

Great value for money

The hotel was easy to find, as it is 5 minutes away from the metro station. When buying food and other groceries, there is a supermarket located nearby. On the road which it lies, there are a few restaurants.

Upon arrival, the staff at the reception were pleasant. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room came with complimentary shower gel/shampoo, soap, 6 clean towels, washing up liquid, sponge, and cooking utensils. The kitchen area had two cooking hobs, a sink, shelving, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee is also available free of charge downstairs in the dining area. From our window, you could see the top of the Eiffel tower which was nice. Also, if you have anything to print, you can print up to 3 pages for free which was helpful when printing Disney tickets.

Considering the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. People must remember this is not a 5 star hotel, so the service was very basic but they were never unpleasant. Overall, if looking for a good, reliable place to stay when on a budget, this is an absolute bargain!

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. To begin with, there was no room service at all over our 6 day stay. When we asked we were told that its too late and they charged us 5 euros just to change two towels.
Our room was incredibly squashed up and the beds were in a terrible condition. By the way, its actually a 2 star which is clearly displayed outside the building. When we booked it, it was rated as a 3 star. Far from it.

The good point, if you must know is that we were close to the metro station and within 20 minutes of central paris. But i would still recommend you to stay away from this hotel.

Adequate hotel

Hotel was adequate. It had a coffee machine but no kettle.The only way to cool the room was to open the window but we had to close it at night due to busy road outside hotel.
There was a supermarket, a post office and some restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast was available but with a kitchenette and fridge and a supermarket nearby, it was cheaper to buy and make our own. Cleaning materials and crockery, cutlery and limited cooking vessels were also available.

Easy to fine and good location.

No clean service at all. But hotel is very convenience with a small kitchen in the hotel room and I can easy cook som easy breakfast my self. The hotel room is good size. But in the room they put only one mirror in a bath room. You know...all lady like to look at mirror a lot and specail, when we live two people. So if they have more mirra in the bed room, it's should be perfect.. But I'm enjoy to stay in that hotel and I have a great time in Paris.

Don't stay there

If you expect room service - don't - there's an extra charge for that and first of all you will be offered a sub-standard twin room before you have to stand in a big queue again to get the double room you booked and paid for. And that room, like ours will be a smokers room, even although you've requested a non-smoking one. Then before you check out you will also be presented with a bill for local taxes per person per night.

Adagio Access Hotel

Stayed six nights and the rate didn't include any room service at all. Same towels, sheets, and a tiny room. Hindsight is 20/20, I wouldn't have reserved it if I knew they weren't even going to empty the trash.

Great value in Paris

The location was great, just outside of Paris major in the suburbs with a ten minute walk to the metro. Nice neighborhood with bistros, pastry shops and brassieres within a few minutes walk. The staff was pleasant, and while the room was small, it had everything I needed. The value couldn't be beat.

Easy access to subway. Room had kitchenette

I was a little leary to stay so far away from the center of town, but the location was very easily accessable. The neighbohood was nice and felt safe. The walk was not far at all and the staff was very helpful. A grocery store is also withing a reasonable walking distance. Which made it a great location for our trip. Would definately stay there in the future. The room was clean, the bathroom smelled a little musty, probably due to a malfunctioning ventilation fan. The carpet in the halls were a little neglected, but the rooms were nice.

Good for the Price

Hotel is on very outskirts of Paris in the Vanves area. Room was cramped but comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. To center of Paris take cab or near-by(2&1/2 blocks) bus line to metro station. Hotel's 5 Euro buffet OK but restaurant and a Crepe place directly across street better. Not many amenities but you get what you pay for.

OK .. But ...

The hotel room is clean and modern and great.
However, they sell the parking separately so, although we noted that we need and want to reserve a parking spot, that was not available when we showed up. We had to spend 15 Euro per day at a nearby Ibis parking lot. Also, there is no way to park and offload in front of the hotel. Had to carry our luggage from far away, where we found a 30 min parking spot.

Internet - although website says that it is available, the price is ridiculous and the signal is poor.

I flew to Paris to attend to my sister's need at Percy Military Hospital? In critical condition . Miss placed to Info. and confirmation.
Missed the date line . Had a hard time to find a hotel. By the time I found the info.was too late missed the date line to cancel the 2 nights they had no more vacancy and no room for me and no refund!

Nice stay for an amazing price

This hotel was more like an apartment. We had a minature kitchen, huge bathroom and double sized bed. It was more then we expected. The people there were extremly nice and worked really hard with the language difference. It was about 4 miles away from the Eiffel Tower and 12 mins from the Lourve, which we visted.
The only problem we had was a leak from the rain in the hallway. They cleaned up the water but it left a terrible smell. Thankfully we only had one day left.
Overall it was not spectacular but when on a budget, its great.

No internet access - beware

This was my second stay at this hotel and for some strange reason, each time their internet access does not work (they say the internet is down and will be available by the next day but the next day comes and no internet. This was very bad especially this was a business trip and I had work to do at night that required the internet. Other then that, I love everything else : fridge, stove, dishes, tv and comfortable bed.

Vanves is fantastic, but this hotel has a few quirks..

Staff was not very friendly. Must use calling cards down at lobby phone for all international calls (room phones do not work for international calls). The small stovetop and cooking utensils/pots/silverware and such were fantastic. The room itself clean and comfortable; easy 10 minute walk to tram either direction from hotel. Small grocery store, ATM and post office just seconds from hotel. Vanves is beautiful little town--definitely would return, but perhaps in a different hotel next time. OH! An fyi--continental breakfast is \"supposedly not a European thing\" ...at least at this hotel accd to staff....8 euro for their wimpy breakfast spread....

Excellend location -

great room for the money. suggest put a full size mirror inside room maybe near door exit. There was a small mirror in the bathroom -but if someone is using the bathroom - you need to wait. also provide kitchen utensils, this is suppose to be with kitchen facilities. This hotel has excellent location.

A bargain

We enjoyed the hotel. The kitchenette is very convenient and allowed us to save quite a bit of money. The desk help was friendly and spoke some English. The rooms were big...for Paris anyway. For the price, it is hard to beat. Especially, since eating out in Paris costs so much money. The indoor pool is nice as well. The italian restaurant a few doors down is very good as well.

Très belle chambre. Point très négatif nous n'avons pas dormi avant 4h du matin. Hurlements, cris , personnes qui chantent, courent dans les couloirs et tapent aux portes . Mon fils en a eu peur. Très déçu. Ce serait bien qu'il y ai des rondes pour maintenir le calme
