It’s a decent looking property, though small, in a quiet neighbourhood. Room sizes are good, better than most properties is Paris. Beautiful garden. Hosts are warm and welcoming. But we were mostly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was dust all over the shelves, and the daily cleaning service was sub optimal. Breakfast is name sake , they give the same bread, croissant and cheeses with juice/ coffee everyday, which is not enticing if you are staying for more than one night. The location is also not that great if you want to visit the attractions, but if you are looking for quiet than this might work for you.

The Le Suite was very clean and comfortable as long as you enjoy a semi soft bed. The shower had power and hot water. The coffees pods and tea bags were nice as well. The property owner was kind enough to show us the suite personally, since we were unfamiliar with the area

This is a small privately owned B&B. There is no lobby or front desk. The building has two levels. The owner lives in the lower level. The breakfast room is also on lower level. The upper level has (i think) 3 guest rooms. When you come to the property, you press the buzzer outside the gate and the owner lets you in. That's why they ask for approximate check-in time so the owner expects you.
This is an incredibly charming little place. The staff personally bake the bread etc, prepare freshly squeezed juice, and wait on you at breakfast. This was a really wonderful experience. Rooms are small but adequate. Clean and well maintained. No parking space on property. We went in August when street parking is free and we easily found spaces nearby.

This place is SO beautiful, exactly what I expect Paris to be! The owners sat down and had coffee with us in the morning, I love that. It’s actually not a hotel it is their home. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro if you are hauling luggage. But the room is gorgeous, with a fantastic staff. Make sure you notify the hotel the day before that you are arriving so someone meets you at the gate.

VERY Nice Place to Stay At
My wife and I visited Paris for our anniversary. This was an French apartment type place with breakfast prepared by the owner. She was very sweet and helpful with any questions we had. We stayed there for a few days using the metro bus and subway to get around. The bus station was a minute away from the place and very easy to use to get around the city, which took about 25 mins. We traveled from and to the hotel by bus everyday which was awesome.
This place is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The place was well taken care of. There was Wi-Fi in the room which helped out with our metro plans for the day.

A great place to stay. We decided to stay just outside of central Paris, but close enough to get to town with a short taxi ride. A good area with excellent local restaurants. The host was superb. Good large room, with tasteful and interesting decor. Happy to recomment

Amazing little gem in Paris!
Les Suites de Vanves was AMAZING! We actually had the room in the photos with a great little balcony right off the room! The owner went out of her way to make it an wonderful stay! The room was clean and cozy and breakfast each morning in the courtyard below as WONDERFUL! The location is about a 10-minute walk to the Metro (but about a 2-second walk to the bus) and the neighborhood is full of great little local restaurants. I was even able to get laundry done while here for a reasonable rate! The minor issue is that there is no lift so if you are traveling for a long trip and have heavy bags you have to haul them up a steep flight of stairs -- but truly that's a very minor issue. We had an amazing stay and I will definitely be back!!!

The proprietor was very kind, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My room was exactly as pictured. It was very quaint, clean and spacious with nice decor. It is located right outside of Paris on a quiet street and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Porte de Versailles metro station. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!

I returned (2nd day) after a long day out with my boys to find a dirty bath tub and unmade beds. So I had to clean the bathroom and make beds. Then the tub decides to leak from the bottom and flood the bathroom. I cleaned up and then another guest was locked out and called to me from the garden to help. It took some time to get the door open as his key had broken in the lock. Their was no one there to manage the place at night.

My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food.

Bra, mysigt hotell i väldigt lugnt o tyst område utanför turiststråken. Ca 100 m till busshållplatsen för att enkelt ta sig in mot centrum. I närområdet finns några mysiga restauranger o ett par mataffärer. Endast tre rum så det är väldigt personligt o man känner sig hemma. Ägarinnan bor på nedervåningen. Hon var på semester under vår vistelse men han som tog hand om verksamheten var supertrevlig o gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Rummen är trevligt möblerade med sovdel/sittdel, kylskåp o ac samt badrum. Frukosten var enkel men god. Kaffe/te/choklad, juice, painriche o croissant med enklare pålägg. Vi var mycket nöjda o åker vi tillbaka till Paris kommer vi försöka få plats här...

God \"lejlighed\" til prisen
Lejligheden, som vi vil betegne den, var fin, med nogle gode rum i størrelse. Soveværelset var med en kingsize seng og gode madrasser. Stuen brugte vi til soverum for vores teenagedreng, men der var en kogekedel og et lille køleskab i rummet, hvilket var super. Desuden var der aircondition i stuen, som var meget kærkommen, da det var i en meget varm periode vi var der, og der var meget varmt i lejligheden. Morgenmaden var fin efter fransk standard: friskbrygget kaffe/te, friskpresset juice og friskbagte croissants, foruden toast og små baguettes. Vi spiste morgenmad i gårdhaven hver dag, og det var super. Ejeren var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom.
