Stayed 3 nights with family. Great staff and great location for the Paris stay. The hotel is right next to metro station. Attractions like Eiffel Tower are just 6 minutes by train. Lot of food options around. Safe and well connected area for your Paris trip, will stay again.

Good location for the convention centre, very close to metro exit. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but tired - sliding bathroom door does not shut properly, bathroom basin was blocked - staff did not attend despite reporting on first day. Breakfast kept running out of items and generally limited selections.

We booked the family double room, it had double bed and double sofa bed so very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was neat, clean, spacious, very comfortable and enough wardrobe space for us to organise our stuff. We had breakfast included in room rate which was good breakfast. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite and always helpful. There is water dispenser downstairs to fill up water bottles. Metro station is at the doorstep. Some restaurants nearby and also supermarket nearby. Overall very good hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is nice and has everything you need. The daily breakfast is terrific! My only complaint is that the overhead lights weren't working in our room and the shower head didn't work... It was clean, and in general, well maintained. But these issues should be corrected.

Disappointed with condition. Reception looked good but on the floor there was always stinking smell . Housekeeping was not good ,staff did not clean the room well. It’s winter time so heating had to kept on but became so hot we were not able to sleep and we had open Windows, regulator did not work.

Great Hotel, Scary Car Park!

Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

This hotel is reasonably priced with a great location (25 mins walk from Eiffel Tower and close to shops and restaurants). The room was comfortable, although the bathroom often became too wet when completing simple tasks like washing my face. The hotel could do with some paint.

The staff were amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an overall enjoyable stay in a wonderful city!

This hotel was beyond excellent and very understanding. Although our check-in time was suppose to be at 3pm, they allowed us to check in almost four hours earlier without any additional costs associated with it. House keeping came every day and changed all the towels with new and fresh ones, refilled coffee, made the beds and overall kept it tidy. They also have a beautiful lounge area and a printer and computer to use as well. The view from the room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were so kind, they helped us book a taxi to the airport the morning we left and when we were stressed out about missing our flight because we woke up slightly later than we were suppose to, a staff member came out to assure us that we will be on time and that the airport we are going to is not that large and it should not take too long to get through the security and check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Paris. It is in a great location and it is a forty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also right next to the bus stop and metro. They also speak and understand English, which was very helpful for us being people who do not speak French. Thank you for all your help! :)

The hotel was in a very good location with Paris metro station only few steps away. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean too. We got regular housekeeping for our 4 nights stay. Special thanks to the manager, “Mr. Prabir” for his immediate assistance to make our stay very comfortable. He also arranged the Taxi for us at 4 am to take us to the airport. Overall this is a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. It is very tiny but all hotels in Paris are tiny i believe. They had continental breakfast included with our package which was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a little run down place but very close to all iconic places that you would want to go. so it was definitely convenient. we had to take 2 elevator to get to our room which was a little weird and inconvenient. But overall everything was good.

Convenient location from metro anc train station. (Less than 1 minutes). It’s about 30-40 mins to central Paris (Notre Dame and such), quieter location than central. It’s perfect for family vacation. Franprix, supermarket is close by. Staff were very friendly, as some part of this city we’re not so friendly, so that is good point.

Great place for kids.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We have two kids and the room had 2 TV's so we could all watch what we wanted. Great for transport with a tram station and metro syation within 20yds. They also had gluten free breads for breakfast.

Ok hotel, staff nice. Travelling with kids- Clean and comfortable room. Maid attends everyday. Metro directly outside which was a real bonus. Breakfast good and worth having before setting out for the day as it reasonably priced and plenty of breakfast options.

My stay at this hotel was very nice. Hotel had a nice lobby that accommodated families with children, a nice breakfast selection that was not included in hotel rate and a really helpful and friendly staff. Koffie from the front desk and Ava of housekeeping we super sweet and helpful.

This hotel has a great location, it's easily accessible and simple to get to any tourist destination by metro. The faucet in our bathroom though would leak along the side and puddle on the floor if not left on a certain angle. Aside from that we had no issues. Staff was very friendly. They also offer daily buffet breakfast for 20€/person.

Our six nights stay at the Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte de Versailles were excellent. The hotel is located exactly across from the Metro (M12) and the Trams (T3a and T3b) which took us to connections to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with direction and easy to understand illustrated maps for our excursions. At late nights (after midnight), the front doors were closed and we were buzzed in by a front desk staff - secure. There was a stacked refrigerator (for us to buy) in our room and room service for our convenience. However, we did not use these services because of the price $$. Overall, were had a great time here and would definitely go back to and recommend Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte de Versailles.

Agata and Morgan at the front desk were awesome extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful; The hotel rooms are very small; The WiFi connection is slow to none at best! Breakfast Buffet was great. Showers and bathrooms were great. Room was very small but very clean. Safety was great. Convenient spot next to the metro which was great to use to see the whole city. Worst thing: they don't have concierge to help you guide your trip or activities. Also, the rooms were very hot and there is no air flow in the rooms; you have to open a window to circulate the air. The fan from the AC unit was barely pushing any air through the room. We changed rooms because of the bad air flow and no WiFi. If you stay, get your room in the main tower not the extension of the hotel; this way, at least you'll get the slow WiFi! The pictures that you see online are very true of the hotel's condition in terms of being clean and kept up.
If I was to travel on business, I would stay at this hotel again; but with family, not again!!

Nice property but service has room for improvement

Generally good but as an accor silver member, I don't felt being welcomed. The reception staff was slow in checking me in, despite there is one other guest enquire about some service. On one eveningbrfore 10pm, we were locked outside the hotel as the glass door was locked and there were nobody manning the reception. Hotel reception finally returned and open the door for us, without a single word of apology.
The worst is that the hotel claimed to provide a hotline to promptly handle guest enquiries. Calling one morning at 9am to the hotline (2424) and there were nobody answering the phone!
