The suite was a waste of money. The toilet being in a separate, small room was the worst and completely pointless. A larger bathroom with a toilet would have made more sense. Also, the spa was anything but. The pool and jacuzzi were cold, and the only other amenity was a sauna. Being advertised as a spa is a completely sendoff- it is just a pool. I was so excited to stay there for my birthday and have a “spa” day, but it was a waste of money.

What happened to the pool?

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the amazing looking pool featured in the pictures. I wasn’t told when booking, or when checking in that the pool was closed and completely drained of any water. Ruined my stay completely

The hotel is nice, staff are pleasant. Room seams a little small but clean and stocked with nice amenities such as Rituals products. The difference between the regular room and the deluxe is literally a bathrobe, a Nespresso machine, and about 20sq ft. The mattress is nice and firm and the shower has a rainfall shower head with amazing water pressure. The bar downstairs has some nice small bites so if you are waiting to check in, I recommend the charcuterie and a glass of wine!

We stayed here during our honeymoon, and when we arrived, they kindly upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The property is within the Paris city limits, making it convenient for getting around. While it's not located in downtown Paris, reaching the main attractions was easy with the local buses, and Google Maps made navigation a breeze. We were about 20-30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do.

On our last night, we dined at the hotel's restaurant, which offered decent food with a bit of an Italian vibe. One unusual thing we noticed was that hotels in Europe generally don't provide washcloths, so we ended up buying loofahs.

For the last two nights, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work, making the room a bit warm, but we forgot to inform the front desk about it. Overall, for the price we paid, we were satisfied with our stay.

Hotel was nice. Roomy and clean a few things need to be addressed such a shower heads and a bigger mini fridge. Location is ok a little far from main attractions. Carrefour nearby it's convenient. It has parking for 30 Euros a night. Gym and swiming pool but opens late at 10:30 am. Breakfast is average for the cost, and Sidiki the guy responsible for the area speaks no English and has poor customer service. Front desk and other staff was great.

The AC works great during the day, when we're not in the room, and at night they shut the AC power down or totally off. It was 71 in the room upon entering and 2 hours later the temp climbed to 76 and higher. The entire group complained because they had to sleep with the windows open at night, and the road voice was terrible. Two rooms rain shower heads the water was pumping out of the top of the shower head and spraying all over the outside of the bathroom floor.
Good location for the public transportation. Great restaurants close by.
Very expensive breakfast however, not worth the 22€ per person including children.

From the Oceania Paris Porte De Versailles Hotel, we were able to walk to the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe using google walk map, long enjoyable walk along the waterfront, cross bridges and local streets. After, we took a taxi back to property, enjoyable swimming pool and jacuzzi. Keep in mind, if you use a US based credit card, the hotel charges the credit card and places a hold for the balance purchased, the same thing goes for fueling your vehicles on France's gas stations. In the USA, if you paid, it comes off right away, in France it does not happen immediately.

We had a suite, nice and big, maid cleans daily. There's a few restaurants, a bakery and grocery store close by. I was disappointed to learn however it's 2 train transfers and 40 mins to the effifal tower or 55 mins on a very crowded bus. I wish i had stayed closer instead. Train stain, tram and bus are within a 10 min walk however. I chose this because they advertise a hot tub i thought it'd be a nice way to end the evening but it is not a hot tub or heated pool. The it's a room temperature pool with a seating area that has jets. It's literally connected to the pool and shares water. The bar/restaurant is expensive so we didn't try. They offer a coffee maker in room but one pack of sugar and no creamer. I wouldn't stay here if you want to tour the city pay extra and stay near the effifal

Hotel is easy to reach from the metro station. In walking distance to the Aqua boulevard swimming fun center. The room was a bit small, 2 people with large suitcases, but manageable. More hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be great. Nice that the toilet is separate from the shower/bathroom area. Bed was nice and comfy. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, either on or off are the options, no temperature control, should be updated. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke English well.

Loved our stay at this hotel. 2 minute walk to the Metro stop (which was super easy to use) and local restaurants.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating - they arranged for our taxi back to the airport and were kind answering all our questions.
Kids loved the pool - it was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel is very close to metro station. There's a lot of restaurants, bar and grocery stores nearby. It seems to be pretty good neighborhood too when we walked few times at night from the metro. Small room and a TV with a mind of it's own.

The room we had was far too small for a couple with two suitcases, we had to keep them closed at all times so that we could move around the room without bashing our feet on them. Car park was good but very tight for a large car. We didn't try the swimming pool as it was no more than a large plunge pool. TV kept turning itself on every ten minutes so in the end we had to put a towel over it so that we could sleep. Otherwise the stay was ok.

The staff was good and friendly.. I had a disable room and it was not accessible. I had to leave and go to another hotel because i was unable to get over the lip at the door with my wheelchair. Each time I left the room I had to get help to lift the wheels over the lip at the door.

We were hoping it was going to be at the top end of 3star hotels for the prices they charge, but it was very average at best (I have stayed in 3star hotels for 50euros a night that are on the same par).

Rooms were fairly clean (don't look too closely, e.g. piles of dust on window ledge etc).

Service: they tried, but was left wanting. E.g.
1. we asked got a kettle, twice, so that we could heat up milk for a baby, both times told, no problem, will be sent to your room, never arrived... In the end just had to go to a shop around the corner and ask.
2. First night there woken up 4 times by drilling into the wall. I recorded the event and took it to the reception to explain couldn't sleep because of this noise.. response was \"that's wierd, not sure what that is\" - nothing else. No apology for the inconvenience. We even had a similar noise issue the following night so obviously wasn't dealt with.

The design of the hotel is modern, bathroom very nice. The location is perfect 6.00 euros Uber to the main attractions and the train station is just right there.
There are many restaurants and bakeries around there, also pharmacy.
It is kid friendly
The Staff is really attentive and polite, when i go back to Paris this is the place to go again again snd again

Check in took forever. They charged us again for prepaid reservations. Assigned a room with non-working AC and directly underneath active construction areas. They refused to correct their billing errors and lied about it when questioned. No one apparently knew what was going on. The pool looks better in pics. ... but if you're with Fox Sports expect to be highly catered to, otherwise, don't hold your breath.

Overall: mediocre for the price. Rooms are tiny. Impossible to plug in UK adapters in the sockets. Treadmills in the gym are too high and my head was hitting the ceiling! (I am only 1.85m). We got woken up at 9am by the \"tea service\" the first night, and then the second night by a telephone call (only 2 rings, noone on the line- I suspect a mistake by reception - but very annoying-). My wife and I did not sleep well as a result. On the other hand: swimming pool and hammam very nice.

Stayed at the Oceania Paris Porte de Versailles over the weekend. If you plan on attending an exhibition at Paris Expo, the hotel is at a perfect location. As everywhere in Paris, pricing is rather steep for what you get, however, it's a good hotel with a smooth check-in process and a decent size room. The bedding could be more comfortable and the sleep comfort could be improved with a thicker mattress. The size and overall condition of the pool area in the basement was a nice surprise.

The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean, I had a bit of issues with the room heating and air con unit, it was constantly blowing cold; I could not get any warmth from it and they unfortunately do not warn you about the deposit that needs to be paid upon arrival. When my boyfriend and I arrived, we was hit with a hefty deposit that we was not informed about prior to booking, we was only made aware of the city tax, I thought this was very unfair and all customers should be informed of this when making a booking but overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
