It is not at all a 4 star hotel. at best a 1 star hotel. The staff was rude. The parking area was completely terrible, no service from the hotel and I got my car damaged because of it. I need compensation for the terrible room, service and most importantly the damage to my car. Please initiate my refund at the earliest.

restroom upgrade is amazing, but it didn't match the sleeping area and condition. it felt dusty old, and blankets smelled like old wet towels.

The hotel is OK; convienently located near the metro with funky decor and bed was comfortable, but the room was small, dimly lit and cold, as were the corridors. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. They are doing some renovations so hopefully they will improve the general look of the place, which is down at heel with chipped paint etc.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Olympics and picked this hotel because it was close to the events we were seeing. It’s a bit outside the Paris center, but we found that to be a positive since it was very easy to get into restaurants and bars. There’s a metro stop right outside as well, so it’s easy to get around. The room was comfortable and, notably for Paris, huge! Breakfast was good, and the A/C was good in the summer (though it would’ve been nice if the ice machine were a bit bigger). The staff members were helpful as well. Would recommend!

Room is a dated and dark, the pictures look much better than the unit is in person, units need maintenance….. but ok for a quick night stay, if you want a later checkout they will charge 10 euros per hour and there is no leniency on check out time. Also we we’re awoken at 6am by the fire alarm for 10 minutes, I live in the states and I was just getting to sleep a few minutes before due to jet lag, that really was not fun. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest, not worth the $160 per night

Hotel is in a great location, metres from a metro station. Hotel itself is a little tired and needs modernising. Room had hairs in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and bathroom very tired - shower over bath from a mixer tape wasn’t great and bath was very slim. I stayed in a room next to the main road and noise throughout the night and morning was horrendous, especially as the road is on a hill which requires cars and motorbikes to rev their engines! Didn’t sleep well at all, not helped by two single mattresses being pushed together to make a double and a couple of lumpy pillows. Stayed here for 3 nights during a busy season.
Good: very close to a subway, even it was the end of a line and it took us about 10 minutes extra, compare to being inside the Paris-ring.
Rooms where nice and clean, the bed was comfy and AC worked great.
Included in my comfort room with balcony were 5 free sodas in the fridge.
That place was as well close to a nice supermarket, which closes at 10pm and sells drinks and snacks to a great price.

Bonus - from 2pm til 11pm you get a free coffee (if the machine works) and some snacks.

Very convenient and friendly hotel. The metro is just around the corner. I had to change some elements of the bookings (7 different ones for myself and four colleagues staying different days) and Francoise the manager (although busy) was a star.
Breakfast just perfect for me, is a buffet and nicely laid out in the airy garden room.
My only criticism is that the accounting / payment system is slow and complicated for their staff so one can end up waiting more than is ideal. It defeated one of the staff when I wanted to roll payments together so I had the slow process 6 x over.

Il y avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, ce qui assombrissait encore plus la pièce déjà pas très lumineuse. Autrement, l'accueil fut cordiale. C'était aussi agréable de circuler dans les couloirs grâce aux diffuseurs qui propageait un merveilleux parfum.

Bad Smell and Broken Facilities Ruined Our Stay
We booked 6 nights and were extremely disappointed. The carpet in the room felt disgusting and was most likely the source of a constant bad smell. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning kept turning off on its own, forcing us to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on. The water kettle had to be moved across the room to find a usable outlet. The security locker didn't work at all when we arrived, and we had to report it to get it opened. The shower flooded due to poor drainage, though it was fixed after we complained. Worst of all, the car elevator broke down and we couldn't access our car, completely ruining an evening in Paris. The hotel offered only a 2-day parking refund and ignored how serious this issue was. If this had happened on our checkout day, it would have been a disaster. It's clear the hotel lacks a reliable service provider for essential facilities. We requested a one-night refund and a full parking refund, which was denied. For the price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. Poor maintenance and lack of guest care made the entire experience frustrating.

Das Hotel war für 2 Nächte in Paris sehr gut. Mein Zimmer war ein bisschen dunkel, aber recht geräumig, mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Balkon und neuem Bad. Das Bett war bequem und alles war sauber. Es gab ein modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Metrostation sowie Bushaltestellen sind in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Bäcker und Café's. Das Frühstück bietet für nur 13 EUR viele Optionen. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, den ich leider nicht nutzen konnte (göffnet von 09:00 bis 21:00). Wenn man die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag laufen lässt, sorgt diese auch im Hochsommer für angenehme Temperaturen. Empfehlenswert.
