A nice area to stay in that is away from the busy parts of the city but still very well connected by Metro and train. My room was spacious and I liked that there was a balcony too. Good water pressure in the shower and clean apartment. I used the communal space downstairs to do some work - wifi connection was strong and there was a coffee machine available for free use. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

The staff was very helpful. There was a mini market about .5km away and convenient. There was only 1 decent restaurant nearby although Italian but very good. The area currently was a lot of road construction so the taxi coming into the hotel had to work around it and it was ongoing.

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

The hotel itself is good, clean and was in an excellent and quiet location.

The rooms are basic and as described.

The only issue that I do have is that breakfast is advertised and charged for through the hotels.com site but due to current restrictions they are not offering breakfast.

I understand that this is for all of our safety but I don’t feel that they should be advertising a service that is not being provided at this time.

A refund was made but this was of a lesser value than that charged by hotels.com

I loved that this was in a safe location with nearby grocery and restaurants and metro station and bus stop. The staff was kind and accommodating. The proximity to the city sights felt a bit far because when I was there there was a strike and the metro wasn’t running, but that is no fault of the hotel.

My friend and I are extremely unhappy with our stay here. The wifi worked off and on at a very slow speed, we were on level one of the building, closest to the router, so good luck to anyone staying on the upper levels.
The staff member at check-in was unfriendly, lazy and possibly uninformed. I asked if there were two beds at check in to double check a request I had made, she said \"I don't know let me check\" and rolling her eyes with an exasperated sigh went upstairs to check. Why that wasn't confirmed beforehand, I don't know, why it was such a problem for her to check, I also don't know. She also failed to tell me about the laundry facilities or any of the other features at check-in. Because of this, we were waiting for room service. We needed our bedding changed and the trash is taken out. There was only one very small trash can in the room. Again I have no idea if there was somewhere to empty the trash as we were waiting on room service that never came. The heater in our room didn't work so the duration of our stay was chilly.

The 2 bedside lights did not work, nor did the light in the hallway. This was very unsafe as we are two female travelers often coming back at night so we were often standing in the dark and using our phones to light the way, which is ridiculous. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay but there was never an employee at the front desk to ask for help.

Rude receptionist and elevator does not work

Bad customer service. They told me when I arrived that the elevator will be repaired. I stayed 12 days, and the elevator has not worked. Lies. If your room is on the upper floors, good luck carrying your luggage through endless flights of stairs.
The receptionist was the worst. He lacks the basic principles of customer service. He is always angry and rude.

This was a very well priced hotel with a well equipped kitchen. The area around the hotel is good and safe. A good Intermarche is just down the road and the metro is about 8 mins walk with direct access to the centre of Paris.

It is in a quite suburban neighborhood about 15-20 minutes by metro line 13 to the center of Paris. The hotel is about 10-12 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The staff were friendly and it is a good value for the money. Dont expect anything fancy but clean and nice to stay.

Excellent Service, Bad Mattresses

Basically you get what you pay for. A temporary apartment that you have fridge, microwave, stove top, walk in showers, and pretty spacious bedroom/tv room. The customer service was excellent, my only complaint is the mattresses are terrible. But there is a market within walking distance and plenty of restaurants. Overall a decent hotel for the price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Avoid during hot season

When arriving the staff was nice and accommodated us with a room well before check in time.

The hotel is pretty much as described. However, our stay was not very pleasant on account of there not being any air conditioning or fan. As we had rooms on the ground floor it did not feel secure to leave the porch door open during night, but it had to be done. Even with the door open there was no air flowing through the room, so the nights spent there was spent mostly awake tossing and turning.

As others have stated, the hotel is situated a good distance away from the centre, we walked in once and decided to use the metro after that.

The kitchenette was well stocked and made eating a breakfast bought at the nearby supermarkets easy.

Overall the stay was tainted by the lack of sleep and a visit in the colder seasons would probably have a better review.

This was a good place to stay. The kitchenette in the room is great. The location is okay but a bit of a walk from the metro if you have luggage. The train into the centre of Paris is easier. Breakfast is basic but fine. The room has free internet, it's comfortable enough - just the irritating French thing about the lights in the corridor going out! The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly.

Very Unpleasant

I found my stay at this hotel to be very unpleasant. There is a building under construction next door, and a large construction project right across the street, including a sign that says the construction will continue through November 30, 2014. There is also another construction project approximately 50 yards down the street. The construction noise started at 8 AM and continued past 5 PM, M - F, with an hour off for lunch. I am very sorry I stayed at this hotel.

Basic but adequate

Apartment is basic but adequate. Staff were professional. My main issue is that bedding and towels didn't get changed for the entire 6-night stay. They say this is to help the environment but offer an \"a-la-carte\" clean for a surcharge! The do however offer a daily maid service if you only stay 1-3 nights. I don't understand this concept. I think it's wrong and unhygenic and doesn't shout environment to me but shouts money. I don't mind cleaning up after myself in an apartment but I do want bedding and towels changed as a minimum in an apartment in a warm climate.

Room only had a balcony door, no window, and had no security chain to keep the door open so it was way too warm at night and too unsecure to leave open.

All in all it was a well priced, clean room but with a few negatives for me that would put me off returning.

The hotel was priced well, considering it was about a 30 minute metro ride from Paris. There is also a 15 minute walk to and from the hotel to the closest metro station. There was construction every morning right outside our room and we were awake by 7:30 every morning. So take that into consideration when booking this hotel. No wifi in the rooms only in the lobby. I was only able to access it once in the 4 days we were there. Don't think I would stay there again.

Crappy hotel far from center

The hotel is located not too far off the train station (SNCF) Malakoff-Vanves. This is more expensive and does not give access to the center of Paris in any simple way. If you plan to go by subway be prepared for a walk of 15-20min to get there every day. You’re still in Zone 1-2 so one ticket is enough, but it’s quite some time to go to the central part of town.
If you’re staying there for less than one week the housekeeping is not included. You have to ask for supplies yourself and take out the trash. We wanted a hairdryer which can be had for a deposit of 20 euros, but it did not work very well. Breakfast can be had for 7.70 euros, but it’s significantly insignificant. You can have just bread and cereals – no hot food.
The good part is that it’s a quiet area and you have your own small kitchen with fridge.
I cannot recommend this place based on amenities and location. There is much more to living closer to the center. So in summary: Don’t go here!
Also it you’re going to France keep a tight hold of your things, especially at the metro as the risk for pickpocket is imminent.

Cool but not close to Paris

If you want something very close to Central Paris, try something else. You need to walk for 15 minutes to the closest metro station, and then it takes like 15-20 min to get to Paris. It is not bad during the day, but when you come at night you might be very tired to walk. The hotel is good. It is clean but rooms do not have air conditioned. So they offer you a fan!! The staff at reception speaks english in case you dont speak french and they can say you how to get to different places. I arrived Orly airport and you take a bus to Gre Montparnasse and then you have to take a train. Otherwise you will have to take different metro lines (change from train to train with all your baggage)

Great price, great service, great location

We've stayed for two days in Paris and checked into this hotel. The employees where polite and helpful, especially concerning the recommendation of a nice restaurant close by. The subway sation is about a mile walk with a direct line to the Champs-Elysee. The beds are ok, but a little too hard for most Americans. A grocery store is within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall we where really happy with the hotel.

good for budget travel

This hotel is clean, but humble. Room was large by Parisian standards. Desk staff was helpful. The drawback is the location -- just outside Paris. Be ready to take a commuter train to Montparnasse station, then connect to the Metro. Remember Metro stops at midnight, commuter trains around 1AM, so if you want to be in Paris itself later, be ready to take a taxi. Neighborhood is attractive, but very quiet.

Quiet and Spotless

If you don't mind a few brisk walks then the location of this hotal is fine - Porte de Versailles is a [pacy] 15 minute walk away, however the tube into central paris is also a good 10 minute walk away (and walking is the only way to do these two journeys - unless you take a taxi). The location is very suburban and it certainly isn't the Paris of romantic dreams but its not a bad area by any means, and perfectly safe, and the metro is fast and frequent so its fine (you're in the centre 40 minutes max from leaving the hotel) - however if you are not a big fan of walking this probably won't do. The hotel itself is incredibly quiet, with modern, clean, tastefully presented facilities for the budget. The rooms are spacious with very decent bathroom and good shower, and the free internet connection and peace and quiet is great if you're on a business trip. Staff are helpful and room was spotless. For the price, you couldn't ask for it to be any better.

After finding our hotel we were met by a rude lady who told us our room was \"that way\" and that was it. Couldnt get into our room as it was in the middle of being cleaned even though it was after 2pm. Room was small and even though it was cleaned daily we were only left with one towell for the 2 of us. Overall, the staff were not helpful or friendly at all and it was too far from town.

Beware !

This hotel needs improvement and should not be listed until some change is made. The two blocks from the train is more like two miles. Also, There seems to be a charge 0f .30E per call/minutes when using a phone card. This could amount to almost 30E at check-out when the bill is given after the taxi has been called.

15時より早く到着してしまったが、荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かりました。

部屋のWi-Fiナンバーを貰ったが、対応Wi-Fiが見つからず利用できませんでした。
タオルの交換は申し出ないとしてもらえないようです。ルールの説明がなく分かりませんでした。
また、1人で予約・宿泊しましたが2人分の市税料金を請求されました。チェックインの際に説明もなく、チェックアウトの際に「もう変更はできない」と請求されました。
同日で別予約をした同行者は市税自体を請求されませんでした。予約の時点で1人分の請求があったにも関わらず追加請求をされたことも含めて2組の違いが分からず困惑しています。

Wir haben schöne Tage verbracht. Da wir I Erdgeschoss waren, konnten wir direkt auf die Terrasse gehen und frühstücken- optimal !
Die Lage ist gut = man erreicht innerhalb von einem 15 Minuten zu Fuß die nächste U-Bahn Station der Linie 13 und man ist 20 Minuten später mitten im Paris.
Die Bäckerei fürs Frühstück ist auch schnell erreicht.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits 15 min du métro où 7 min du train. Un peu de bruit alentour mais ça va. Petit dej pas très copieux pour 14€ il n’y a pas de fruits dommage. Problème à l'arrivée (après 21h), j'avais prévenu. Je n'avais pas le code pour la porte d'entrée. J'ai pu rentrer avec d'autres personnes mais je n'arrivai toujours pas à avoir quelqu'un pour pouvoir récupérer mes clés: ça sonnait dans le vide. Rien à dire de l’hôtel et de son personnel , par contre je suis arrivé en retard à l’hôtel … personne à la réception et impossibilité de récupérer mes clés. J’ai contacté votre agent virtuel Hôtel. Com …. C’est une catastrophe aucune solution. Heureusement qu’un tiers a réussi à joindre Adaggio qui m’a donné le code de leur coffre pour récupérer mes clés ! Adaggio me dit qu’ils ont contacté Hôtel.Com pour que vous puissiez me contacter et me préciser la marche à suivre. Je n’ai jamais rien reçu de votre part et je ne vous félicite pas pour cela. J’avoue avoir hésité à vous rayer de mes sites favoris. Horrible hotel. Buyer beware!

Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

Hôtel trop cher pour la qualité proposée : chambre vétuste, literie médiocre, aucune prise électrique à côté du lit, une rénovation s’impose !
Seul point positif, l’accueil de la personne à la réception.

Très contente

Séjour agréable, logement propre et literie très confortable, le personnel est très sympa. Je n’ai pas pris les petits déjeuners , la cuisine de la chambre est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous n’avions pas de voiture , métro à 15 min à pied . Je reviendrai.

Hotel bien situé . Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible. la chambre était propre , la literie confortable . Nous avions du choix au petit déjeuner . Je recommande cet apparthôtel , à très bientôt.

2ème séjour et toujours aussi satisfaite : studio agréable, fonctionnel, environnement calme, un super petit jardin où on peut s'attabler pour un café ou travailler.
Et un personnel au top, efficace, agréable, présent sans lourdeur.
Je reviendrai très volontiers séjourner à l'Addagio access de Vanves

La llegada bien, Check In rápido. No nos dieron la info del WiFi al registrarnos así que hubo que bajar nuevamente a recepción para conocer la red y la contraseña. En la habitación:. La estufa no funcionaba, lo cual estuvo mal porque fue una de las razones por la cual escogimos ese hotel (no lo reportamos porque sólo nos quedabamos 2 noches y ya no daba tiempo de arreglarlo o de cambiarnos), y en menor escala, la puerta del baño no cerraba del todo. La habitación pequeña pero con lo necesario, tranquila, cero ruido; y el hotel en general.era agradable. Muy muy cerca de una parada de buses que conecta con todo la red de transporte.
