It was a good stay. The only thing that upset me was a friend came to my room with me for a few minutes during the day to grab something from my room and the gentleman randomly and not nicely said that she isn't allowed to stay here the night.

Excellent choice when coming to Paris. It's in a walking distance from the subway and neighborhood is quite calm, safe and has good food options.
Hotel itself is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day, bed was comfortable, bathroom was really good too. Besides that, the owner is a loving person and is always willing to help. Really worth it and price is surprisingly good!

The hotel is located close to the metro, and bus stop. Easily accessible from the city center. Good price although best to eat breakfast (not included) at the nearby restaurants. Try to explore the little town while there.

the hotel's owners and employees are really awesome.they help me find a ride to go to the airport and catch my early flight. I had my own bathroom. linens clean and immaculately white. I stayed there for more than a week and lived like a local. there are choices of good restaurants and patisseries nearby the hotel. thank you so much oksang and kabol.

If you need to crash for one night it's ok... twin bed is very very small hard as a rock please be a small if you need to use the shower no one above 200 lbs won't fit in!! Staff very freinfy and close to the train station convenience to DT Paris ..

This hotel is only a few minutes' walk away from a metro stop. The people who work at there were all super friendly to us, and appeared to speak some English. The local area has plenty of restaurants and a grocery store.
The room did not have air conditioning, so it did get fairly hot in June. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn't the worst I've experienced either. There was only one outlet in the bedroom, but there were two in the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it had mildew on the ceiling. Room was very small and there are no minimum arrangements in the room. Room temperature was high and there was no proper ventilation. There was no door for bathroom and the dryer doesn't seem to be in working condition. WIFI seems to be very slow.

Good Hotel, in the suburbs of Paris.
The hotel is situated within about 3 miles of the Eiffel Tower and is in a quiet location in Malakoff. It is generally quite clean and tidy, but I did not see anywhere to park in the area if you were to have a car. The Metro station is about half a mile away and can take you to the Champs-Élysées within minutes. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel has three floors with a narrow flight of stairs, but no lift, and so would be no good for some.
You could walk in to the centre of Paris but the Metro takes you there quite cheaply and I found this the best way to travel. Be aware that mornings can be busy with lots of commuters on their way to work and this may mean you have to stand all the way. Once I'd travelled in via the Metro I walked everywhere, as all the places I wanted to go to were within about 3 to 4 miles of one another. I found the Louvre Museum to be closed on Tuesdays. The queues for both this and the Eiffel Tower were very long and out in the open with no cover. I went in June and found it to be quite hot, so best to take a hat and a bottle of water with you unless you are prepared to pay the extra to get a ticket prior to going as this enables you to bypass the queues.
An open top bus tour is a good idea to see the city and a ticket is valid for a full day, with you being allowed to hop on and off whenever you wish during the tour.

Great staff and although the location appears far, it is actually in a great area and easily accessible by subway after a short walk. The room was great, kitchen and washroom were very good and usable. A/c as well. Staff was very friendly and could speak English and seems genuinely helpful. Didn't use the breakfast as there was tons of small quaint shops nearby and cheap! Highly recommended for budget stay in Paris.

Two adults with two teenagers with restricted budget. There was opportunity to prepare dishes in small kitchenette. WiFi signal could be a bit stronger but nerveless it works. Nearby this hotel were many small restaurants as well as fast foods - kebab, sushi. There was a medium size supermarket. For us this was important thing. The city center was about 30 minutes by metro number 13 and 10 minutes walk from hotel to metro station. This place Malakof looks quite safe. I didn't hear police or emergency siren and didn't see suspicious persons. The deafening between rooms coud be better

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was near transportation which was a plus but I wasn't thrilled with the overall location. If we could move the hotel to a different place I would totally recommend it.

Hôtel simple mais tout à fait convenable. Un peu de bruit la nuit occasionné par des clients rentrant tard. C'est un bâtiment ancien. On entend le bruit des pas dans l'escalier et la fermeture des portes de chambres vu que les gens sont obligés de tirer la porte pour la fermer car il n'y a pas de pognée extérieure. Literie parfaite. Accueil très correct.

Ce qui m a le moins plu, la tele trop petite et pas ajustable donc on ne voyait rien, pas de porte a la salle de bain ni de lumire adequate donc on entendait quand quelqu'un allait dans la salle de bain. On entend enormement le couloir, la lumiere au dessus du lit sans protection. Ce qui est bien c est de pouvoir rester jusqu a 11h dans la chambre mais on ne peut pas se reposer car les femmes de menages parlent fort

Cet hôtel est quelque peu vieillissant. Un rafraîchissement général est de mise. Le lit est fort peu confortable et la douche particulièrement étroite : il est difficile d'y entrer tout en enjambant les toilettes. Je ne recommande cet hôtel qu'en cas de nécessité. Des personnes ont parlé assez tard le soir dans les couloirs comme si elle étaient chez elles, ce qui est assez pénible.

Passer un concours loin de chez sois c'est assez stressant donc arrivée dans un hôtel où des personnes souriantes vous accueillent ça enlève une épine du pied.

A pochi passi si trova la metro e fa fermata degli autobus inoltre ci sono vari punti per il noleggio biciclette e monopattini elettrici.
Accanto all’hotel si trova un market con prezzi nella norma dove è possibile inoltre bere un caffè nespresso. E fidatevi per noi italiani questo sarà l’unico caffè che potremmo bere!!!!per noi e stato come l’acqua nel deserto!!!

Établissement vieillissant. Le flexible de douche est percé. Quelques petites rénovations permettraient de justifier le prix. Sol, couloir,chambre. Le ménage fait entre les 2 jours. Petit-déjeuner 7 euros cher sans laitage et fruit. Le réceptionniste la journée très gentiel et agréable. Quelques modifications permettaient de le classer dans les meilleurs du secteur.

Pour commencer, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour nous doucher. Le débit était d’une goutte donc impossible de se l’avertir convenablement.
Nous avons eu un problème avec la serrure de la porte de la chambre, impossible de l’ouvrir. Nous avons donc appelé pour qu’en l’on vienne nous aider. Le gardien nous a clairement pris pour des idiots.
Sinon, la chambre était propre et silencieuse.

O hotel é bem aconchegante e parece realmente uma residência. O senhor que administra e nos recebe é muito gentil e simpático. O café da manhã que nos oferece poderia ser um pouco mais aprimorado, mas talvez seja uma questão cultural! O quarto que fiquei estava sempre limpo e organizado, assim como o banheiro. O bairro onde se localiza é um pouco distante das atrações turísticas, mas há uma estação de metrô bem próximo, facilitando o deslocamento. O preço também é bem mais viável, em relação aos hotéis centrais, já que Paris é uma cidade bem cara.
