Nice hotel with just a few problems

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really nice, but the breakfast room is too small. It takes only a few families to completely fill it up, at which point it becomes loud and awkward. The neighborhood is great, but there is no metro stop very near, so you either have to walk a great deal or take a bus or tram. Both options are good and convenient, but they add extra time to your journey. We ended up taking Uber a lot to avoid the hassle.

Great stay. Very kind staff. Delicious bakery across the street. 8 minute walk to metro into the city centre. The breakfast was wonderful. Coffee/espresso machine available at all times. Able to leave luggage if you arrive before check in. Washing machine available for 5 euros per load and dryer is 4 euros per load. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in room. Would definitely recommend.

It was a perfect fit four our family of four. Our teens had their own twin bed, while we had our own queen bed. The room was roomie and I loved our mini kitchen. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I love how they provide you with free suitcase check in so you can start exploring Paris while our room gets ready for check in or check out too! There is also a little market next to the hotel, lots of restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance that fit our family needs. We would love to stay here again. Paris engraved in our hearts :~) forever!

the property was fine. the hotel was nicely located between metro stops above and below ground so we were easily able to get around. I would stay again. My only complaint is that the coffee is terrible. I think the milk in the machine is actually powdered milk. I was disappointing.

My showerhead broke off the shower the last night we were there but that was clearly not planned. just something that happened. I informed the staff and they were very apologetic.
I would probably stay there again.

Loved the family balcony room that we had. Since Paris is known for small rooms, this room size was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was good, cheese, fruit, croissant and more. The staff is really friendly. At night my kids needed something to drink and they had stuff you can buy by the receptionist desk which is so convenient.

Staff was not very welcoming- Did not treat us as good as we were treated at residence inn London Bridge.
Room was Not cleaned by the cleaning staff. I requested for 1 KING whereas i was given 2 single beds. requested for an upgraded room , i was denied twice.

Excellent location 10 minutes to metro

Extremely nice hotel near many shops and restaurants. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a quick market right outside the hotel. The service was exceptional. The only downfall was breakfast was the same everyday with no variations. They served yogurt, eggs, bacon, fruits, cheeses, meats, veggies, and pastries.

When we arrived, we were without a room key for 24 hours. Also the air con in the room was non existent! We spoke to 4 different people in 2 days to sort it out but noone did. Also, our room stunk of rotten fish. The guy at check in told us he would find another room but then came back to our room to say it is better if we stayed where we were (in a room without a key, stinking fish and no flipping air con in temps of 29 degrees!!!!!!!)

Esta muy bien ubicado, hay una estación de metro a 8 minutos caminando, te mueves fácil al centro de París, el hotel super limpio, todos amables principalmente un caballero de recepción. La habitación es amplia y la cama después de tanto caminar es un regalo de Dios.

I was charged city tax twice, once when I checked in and once when I checked out.
I insisted that I had already paid it when I checked out, but the hotel staff wouldn't listen. I had no choice but to pay because the time to move was approaching and the hotel staff was adamant.
There were several other people arguing as well.
I also contacted the hotel through Expedia's system after moving, but have not received a reply.
Even though the facilities are somewhat good, I would never recommend this hotel.
A troublesome hotel.

À l’arrivée à la Résidence Inn by Marriot Paris Didot pas de chambre disponible réservée , délocalisation de réservation dans un autre hôtel à l’extérieur de Paris .
J’ai refusé cette proposition et cherché un autre hôtel en catastrophe.
Sur place le personnel était désolé ,serviable proposant d’offrir le taxi .La responsable des réservations doit faire la démarche de demande de remboursement auprès de Hotel.com , Expédia . J’attends le remboursement
