The hotel is a little bit smal with small rooms that have the min essential requirements, no minin bar in the rooms, but they have a shared kitchen area to be used, It's near to the Porte d'Orléans metro station, couple of halal resturants, a super market and a pharmacy, I believe it's ok for a single while it would be a little bit hard for a family with kids.

Small room/bathroom but I’ve learned that a lot is small in Paris. Well decorated and very clean. No fridge in the room and no ice maker on property. They ask you to leave your room key whenever you leave out which is weird but they also don’t ask for an ID when you return. Every occasion it was different staff when we returned. Location is walking distance from a lot a stores and restaurants. 3 min walk to bus and metro that will take you to all the attractions. I’d recommend.

Very good hotel, extremely clean, very close to metro station, bus and tram. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Only two minor downsides, wifi signal was little weak and the air conditioning did not cool well, but it was not that hot at night time, so it was ok.

Glam and cool in Paris
I was in Paris for an art exhibition and parkrun. I chose the hotel for its proximity to Parc Montsouris. It was brilliant to have such good air conditioning in heat wave conditions of 34c. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Awesome location, one block to the metro station that has an elevator, also one block from above ground tram station. Grocery stores, flower markets wine stores, cheese store, foie gras store and French and Ethnic restaurants all within one-two blocks. Movie theater, hair salons, and boutiques are also within two blocks. Parks were in walking distance 4-5 blocks. Quick metro to tourist destinations. Barber shop

Pegamos esse hotel porque vimos que tinha sido recém reformado, mas tivemos problemas de mofo no banheiro, nos lençóis e pia entupida. A manutenção e a limpeza diária são muito irregulares. A pia estava claramente entupida e ninguém tomou uma providência até chegarmos tarde à noite e ela estar quase transbordando. Tivemos que reclamar de algo que era facilmente identicável durante a limpeza do quarto. Além disso, a reposição de itens de toilette só ocorre se pedirmos. Meus pais estavam em outro quarto e não tiveram problemas. A localização é próxima do metrô e o bairro é tranquilo. Camas conforráveis.

Decidimos irnos en la madrugada (4 am) porque nos dió mucho temor que pudiéramos tener más piquetes.
Uno de los días no realizaron la limpieza del cuarto, y también encontramos cucarachas.
Es una verdadera lastima, ya que el personal es muy amable, sin embargo nos parecieron muy malas las condiciones de higiene. Queremos sugerencias para saber el protocolo a seguir por esta situación, ya que estamos a punto de regresar a México y nos da pavor que llevemos algún tipo de insecto con nosotras, sobre todo chinches, ya que su picadura es espantosa.

j’ai passé un très agréable wk dans cette belle chambre, superbe accueil, tout était très propre et le lit était bien confortable. j’ai aussi très bien dormi grâce aux rideaux qui étaient occultants.

No air conditioning during the vinter.
We had a problem with high temperature in our room during the whole duration of our stay. In the description on hotels.com it clearly states that the room has air conditioning, however this is not the case during the winter part of the year. Do to my father’s condition with noise sensitivity we were not able to open the windows during the night. We were then left with a room with nearly no ventilation and high temperatures. When we addressed this issue with the hotel staff we experienced some help, however it was not adequate. We are left wondering why they just couldn’t turn on the air conditioning? When we asked the reception about the air conditioning, they did not give us any information about why it was not possible to turn it on. It was not until we spoke with one of the maintenance guys that we were told that the air conditioning was only turned on during the summer. If comfort and good service is important for you, I would recommend staying away from this hotel.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Persönlich habe ich Wurst nicht vermisst, aber es gab auch keine. Auf Nachhaltigkeit wurde Rücksicht genommen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Eine Handtuchheizung im Bad habe ich vermisst.

La chambre N2 est bloquée entre les toilettes du hall d’accueil et la salle du petit dej, du bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin et ça recommence à 5h pour les 1ers départs et la mise en place de petit dej. Jamais passé une nuit aussi bruyante.

All of the staff were super friendly and spoke very good english. Bed was comfortable and I believe in Paris standards the room and bathroom were quite spacious! Metro and minimart right around the corner, many restaurants, and catacombes within walking distance.
