Everyone was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean. The heater did not adjust up as much as we needed.
The location was very close to the sites we wanted to see. I would definitely

This hotel offers refreshing air conditioning, making it a comfortable stay! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The towels could use a refresh, as some had stains. Wi-Fi connection takes a moment to establish, but once connected, it works smoothly. The elevator is compact but functional. We enjoyed restful sleep and loved the convenience of a charming boulangerie just around the corner. Overall, a solid 3-star experience. Thank you!

Located at in a nice quiet area with little restaurants. You get the vibe of everyday Parisian life. There’s parks and close to Pernety station. The building is classic with comfortable beds and nice modern bathroom. Rooms are small but just what you need after a long walk around the city. Is good option for a budget friendly hotel.

You get what you pay for. The room was sufficient enough for a short stay. Although the bed sheets have some minor stains & hair in it..

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, nothing much going on. There’s a park across, a boulangerie downstairs, restaurants, and other necessary establishments are also around. The metro is a 10 min walk from here.

It was a good stay for the price. The staff members were all polite and courteous. I felt welcomed. The only thing is that you can see that some areas need updates soon for example all the doors sounded rusty and made a noise when guests opened or closed. The bathroom particularly needs to be updated. My bathroom door was rusty at the bottom, and the shower head felt loose. With that said, I still think I had a good stay for my budget. I slept well and the neighborhood was quiet. The thermostat temperature was great.

Really liked the staff, super helpful and kind.

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, but this wasn't there hotels fault and they did try to get rid of the smell for us, but couldn't.

I would stay here again, just for the excellent customer service.

I had to wait 15 m to check in. A note said that the employee would be right back but it was a long wait and she didn’t apologize when she arrived, she went on cleaning dishes in the kitchen for a few minutes.
However the hotel room though tiny was comfortable. It was perfect for one night

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area. The room was clean and nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It’s also not too far from the metro station.
The only downside was that they did not replenish the soap in the dispenser of the washroom prior to us staying there.

I stayed at this hotel in 1986 and again in 2008. I was very disappointed by my experience this time. All of the charm that was once a part of the hotel is no longer there. Whatever job they did to redo it was obviously very cheap. The carpet on the stairs is subpar, it looks like it was just pasted on with no trim. There are no details that bring it charm anymore. I love the location, but I was so sad to see the hotel in this state.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The hotel was clean and tidy and we had a lovely view overlooking the street and the neighborhood park. We didn’t pay for the breakfast as there’s an amazing bakery next door we grabbed food from. The area felt safe at night and overall I consider this a great value for being in Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was great, good location 50 min walk from your main attractions, great bakery next door, multiple supermarkets within an 5-6 min walk, lovely restaurant across the street.

However there were two main issues:

The cleaner that came into our room into daily would only empty our bins and nothing else (no bedding change etc) forgot to change towels/gave too little towels on occasion, there was also a lot dust in the room on arrival, however this wasn’t a big issue as we kept our room clean ourselves.

The bigger issue was the staff service at the hotel, majority of the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. However, on our last day we could not have felt more uncomfortable. We left our bags in the reception area as we had a late flight on our return to collect our belongings the member of staff kept watching our every move very uncomfortably and asking questions in a rudely member, making it clear he did not want us there, we were not longer allowed to use facilities such as the toilet within the hotel according to him. Due to us feeling extremely uncomfortable we stood outside of the hotel waiting a taxi earlier than we planned to, to our surprise the member of staff came out the second we got into the taxi to which I assume was to ask what we were still doing there.

Another safety issue I found is that there was no locks on the door therefore anyone with a key can enter your room at any time particularly overnight which is quite frightening.

I booked a room with air conditioning but after asking 4 times to either fix the AC or move rooms I was told by the night staff there is no AC until June. I immediately packed my bags and left for a hotel with AC. They refused to refund any of the money even though I could not stay in such a substandard room. The chairs in the lobby are stained and dirty. The carpet and walls were even worse. Run far and fast from this place. Not only that, if you're taking the bus or train here it's a serious walk with baggage.

After leaving and refusing to stay in the hotel the manager is refusing to refund the money. I also paid for 2 breakfasts for two days in advance. They said they would refund that but I haven't seen the refund. In addition, I told them they need to refund the city taxes since I didn't actually stay in the room. I would avoid this hotel like the plague. If I could rate negative stats I would.

The room was incredibly small and outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle that made for a poor night's sleep. I had to request a room change after one night, and the staff was nice and accommodating, but they then provided a smoking room despite our non-smoking reservation. When I went up to the new room I realized our sheets smelled like smoke, but that was the only room left with a slightly better bed and more space. On the upside, the hotel is close to the metro station and many cute coffee shops and bakeries so if you can get over the uncomfortable beds, go here!

Bed was very comfortable and the view from our room was nice. The sheets had stains on them, and the main shower head did not work so we had to use the spray nozzle. The fridge also did not work which was disappointing. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and always there. It was a decent place to stay since we spent most of our days out and about, and not at the hotel.

Overpriced for what you get. The tiny room was not enough space to open a suitcase. The toilet and shower and sink are all in one tiny room, so every time you take a shower the floor and toilet seat are soaking wet. The water spills out onto the carpet and it was molding. The room smells strongly of tobacco and perfume. The pillows were destroyed and not functioning. The staff were pleasant and helpful but not very fluent in English.

I would go back to the Hotel Moulin Vert

The Hotel Moulin Vert is located in Paris’ 14e arrondissement, a location I much prefer to other arrondissements that are more frequented by tourists. When you go out to a good restaurant or to a shop close by, chances are you will encounter mostly Parisians. The hotel is small and has an elevator. Our room was small, but was still comfortable (clean comfy bed, small but clean bathroom, AC, WiFi, television.) Carpeting in our room and in the hallways showed age and wasn’t clean everywhere, but that didn’t bother us. Keep in mind that you can spend a whole lot more on a hotel room in Paris without it being cleaner or more comfortable. Hotel Moulin Vert is easy to get to (10-minute walk from the metro station.)

Unfortunately we did not get to stay as our flight was cancelled, so this has nothing to to with the physical hotel but the management. My rating is based on the hotels compassion for an unavoidable circumstance. Our flight was literally cancelled the day of departure so we had NO WAY of getting to Paris. Hotels.com tried to call to get our money refunded and Hotel Moulin Vert refused. Very sad, I understand we booked non refundable, and I can see if we just didn't show up or changed our minds, I just feel with this type of circumstance some consideration could have been made, we had proof of flight cancellation.

Its a beautiful, well maintained small hotel in a Paris neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. The staff was friendly and spoke English, French and Spanish. It's casual and old but the rooms were clean and the area was perfect for strolling away from touristic areas and to get a sense of French lifestyle. It was charming and convenient, I recommend it to travelers on a budget. We enjoyed our stay completely.

Terribly Rude Staff!!!!

Very rude service from front desk staff. They do not have proper communication with hotels.com and could not find our reservation. They waited until check-out to inform us, while we are waiting for our uber to pick us up for CDG. During check-in they did not ask us for any information, no identification, they just handed us the keys. While checking out, the man started giving us a hard time, informing us that we should have \"checked\" our information and started putting the blame on us. We had all our reservation documents, confirmation booking number and we had even called the hotel prior to confirm our reservation and was told it was good. The man did not want to take any ownership. It was clearly very poor communication between the hotel and hotels.com. In the end he was rude enough to tell us we were not welcome back, for their mistakes. Paris has sooooo many cute and affordable accomodations. My recommendation, a void this one at all costs. It's not even as close to metro/transit as many others, so not an ideal choice, especially since the staff are so rude.

The hotel is a bit far from both airports in Paris but taxi service was easy and our return trip to the airport via taxi was facilitated by staff which was super convenient and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area surrounded by cute cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit older, but everything was clean and there were no issues. The hotel is not close to major attractions but we didn’t mind walking. It is about a 40-45 min walk from the Louvre and about 30-35 min to the Eiffel Tower. As three girls traveling together (in our 20s) we felt safe throughout our stay which is very important.

I wasn’t too sure about this hotel as it didn’t have great reviews but i took a risk... I stayed in this hotel in June 2018. The weather was very hot in paris but luckily my room (no 30) had air-con and it was working great. The room was very clean, i picked a single room which was ok for one person but i wouldn’t recommend it for 2 people.

The toilet was very clean as well and in a good condition although i did have a bad experience were the water was cut out and there wasn’t any water for 30 mins but apart from that it was good in general.

The area is very decent and it is a safe location, just a 10 min walk to alesia station which has great transport links via the metro to anywhere in paris. Also there are bus stops nearby the hotel.

Quarto e banheiro muito sujos. Na varanda tinha lata de coca. Informações não muito claras ao cliente. Não voltarei e não indico pra ninguém! Chegamos da Disney no dia 02/12 por volta de 00:47 e o recepcionista estava dormindo! Ficamos um bom tempo do lado de fora batendo na porta e na janela e ninguém acordava para abrir!

The hotel was not very clean. On the first day, we asked the maids twice to change the bed sheets, but they didn’t. On the second day, they only tidied up the room, and the sheets still were not changed. The floor was also dirty. The mattress was sagging, though still usable. Aside from these issues, the room itself was generally tidy. The location is decent, with bus and metro stops about a 10-minute walk away

El trato al huésped por parte de el recepcionista Francisco es terrible. Contraté desayuno incluido en Expedia y al último día Francisco, me avisó que no estaba incluido. Y sólo me dijo “paguen”, de una forma muy grosera.
Las camas tienen colchones en mal estado.
No volvería a ese hotel. No lo recomiendo.

a situação estava melhor.
