Stayed for 3 nights and felt pretty safe as a female solo traveller and the room was cozy. Would say that they have no cosmetic products for showering other than an unlabelled hand soap so being shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When looking around the room it did kind of look like in the bottom left hand corner of the TV there was a small camera so covered that and felt fine after covering it. Overall felt clean and safe, all female staff who I met and were welcoming and friendly.

We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel.

A clean & humble budget landing pad
I was staying here for just two nights as part of a larger trip. Since I was by myself and was happy for a humble landing pad, the room felt just fine — I wasn’t too picky, and it definitely felt clean, warm, and safe, the most important parts. However, my single room was very small, enough for the bed and small side table; and the quality of the mattress (hadn’t been rotated in a long time) and amenities felt like more of a “budget” experience. The room did have a charming view of the rooftops behind the building, and I liked the basic tea service/kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. If you think you’ll want more space, even if you’re just one person, I’d recommend going up a room size. Also, be aware that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff; when I checked in and asked where my room was, the sweet woman at the desk immediately took my overly-heavy suitcase and carried it up three flights of stairs to my room! The other members of the team were similarly warm. Check-in was convenient, done at a machine outside the front door that gives you your room key. There are also lots of shops and metro options nearby, so even if you opt out of the €15 breakfast (which I did), you’ll have plenty of places to eat, including a bakery across the street. Overall, if you’re looking to visit Paris on the cheap, you will definitely have the basics taken care of here; just don’t go in expecting too much, and you’ll have a good stay.

Bien sûr les prix d'hôtels sur Paris sont généralement élevés et celui-ci affichait des tarifs compétitifs, toutefois le service n'est malgré tout, pas au niveau :
3e étage sans ascenceur, chambre minuscule avec un rideau accordéon en plastique pour aller dans la salle de bains, le sol gondole, la tapisserie au mur se décole, la TV est tellement petite et éloignée qu'on ne distingue rien si la chambre est éteinte, la literie est tellement mauvaise que l'on s'enfonce totalement là où l'on dort, ma douche était brulante et non réglable (la douche d'un collègue au 2nd étage était à l'inverse : froide sans eau chaude),
il y a de quoi se faire un thé/café avec une bouilloire mais celle-ci semble sortie d'une dinette pour enfants, en plastique léger et un fil trop court. Une fois branchée, elle a fait un flash électrique et a rendu l'âme dans une odeur de brûlé.
Le petit-déjeuner était offert donc je ne ferai pas de commentaire.

Praktisches Hotel für einen Paris-Trip, Es ist nicht das Four Seasons, liegt aber sehr schön, die Metro Station Mouton-Duvernet ist um die Ecke, das Frühstück schmeckt gut. Sympathisches Team, das Hotel ist sehr gut in Schuss.

Arrivée tardive. Check-in déroutant. Automate extérieur à renseigner pour obtenir passe de la chambre avec règlement de la taxe de séjour. Chambre 29 spartiate avec sol très très inégal que le revêtement de sol souple n'arrive pas du tout à masquer (raison pour laquelle le lit penche manifestement?). Literie passable. Séjour excellent. Un seul petit bémol sur la salle d'eau qui refoule des odeurs lorsque l'on tire la chasse d'eau (qui aspire le siphon de la douche). Il suffirait de mettre une prise d'air sur le tuyau d'évacuation pour résoudre le problème.

While the room itself was clean (and the small size which is expected for this price range), the room smelled of mold. Even after opening a window for a while, the wet smell of the room prevailed.
If you need a room just for the night (as Paris is great, and you just need a place to put your head), then this is a cheap, not so horrible option, But if you plan to stay in the room awake for a while, I personally suggest a different hotel.
The reception was polite and very nice. The facilities are just as described in the reservation page. Note that there is no lift (wasn't a problem for me with a small luggage, but may be if you intend to arrive with a large suitcase).

J’ai été ce week end à Paris avec un ami on a réserver notre chambre à un prix convenable pour 2 jours, la chambre étais assez petite pour ma part mais ça allais, la propreté étais à son rendez vous. L’accueil et vraiment top le seul vrai bémols et le petits déjeuner, trop de chose industrielle. Sinon super séjour ! À refaire je recommande

Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und eng ber sehr sauber. Da wir ganztägig unterwegs waren und nur zum Schlafen anwesend, war das ok. Leider gibt es keine Aufzüge und wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss sich auf teure Parkgebühren einlassen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ok.

Le bureau d'accueil ferme à 20h, il n'y a personne jusqu'au matin 8h. On a donc affaire à un automate qui nous délivre notre clé, mais il faut payer un supplément qui dépasse la taxe de séjour. Le reçu ainsi que le numéro de la clé sont imprimés sur une bobine thermique mais le format d'impression fait que c'est presque illisible. La chambre était très froide, pas de chauffage en état de marche, passoire thermique. Mais logement globalement fonctionnel, propre, eau chaude.

La ubicación es buena, el sitio normal, para dormir solo por que es muy pequeño, no tiene ventiladores y el aire acondicionado está limitado a cierta temperatura y solo funciona durante una hora por que se apaga solo, hay que encenderlo cada vez lo que para dormir es horrible. Pero lo PEOR de todo, el trato al huésped, la mujer del desayuno del día 01 de septiembre, estaba de mal humor, te atendía de mala manera, maltrató a mi madre casi tirándole el desayuno encima, cuando le cuestioné su actitud y si se encontraba daba de mal humor me respondió que si. Su actitud es inaceptable y el mal trato a mi madre, una persona mayor inaceptable. Por este incidente no volvería jamás e incito a la gente que no vaya a ese hotel. Para mi, la atención al cliente es lo más importante.
