I had book to stay here for 2 days initially but extended my stay for a total of 5 days because I liked how quiet it was, breakfast was great and there’s a guy that works days, he’s name is Ohmair or Romain, he’s friendly and very nice, he went above and beyond with his customer service skills. I will recommend this place and will return for a future visit.

Probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Arrived very late after flight delays and the floor we were on had no lighting in the hallway - had to use phone to find room, move luggage and then find the slot to put room key in to get light in the room. Towels literally had holes in them. Linen all very old. Internet patchy. Bathroom smelt like a public toilet. Upside - it was near where our daughter lives so we could walk to her and the restaurants in the area are good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet side-street, a five minute walk to some dining options and a somewhat longer walk to a bus stop and the RER B train.

There was no air conditioning, but a loaner fan enabled sleep. You should also be aware that there are no in-house dining options, breakfast included. There were some stains on the rug, but otherwise, the premises were in excellent condition. Unconditionally recommended.

This hotel is okay. If you are the type to explore all day and just need it for sleeping then this is for you. All the attractions as in Eiffel Tower, louvre, etc. are 25min distance but you have transportation near by. This hotel does not have AC in the rooms, only small fans. I was there during the heat summer days and it’s brutal. The staff was nice and friendly.

Small, Well Maintained Hotel, in a Great Location

The hotel rooms were generally larger than the typical Parisian hotel. The desk clerks were extremely friendly and management was very helpful in accommodating an error in our booking (we meant to book an additional day, but the room we were already in was already booked for that extra night). It was clean, and generally well maintained. The location was not near tourist areas, but it was a quick taxi or metro ride, or perhaps a 20 minute walk, to get to the places we wanted to go. The fact that it is not near tourist areas was nice (for us, anyway), in that the shops and restaurants nearby were not \"touristy\" and generally less expensive.

Wi-Fi was good, but open. Make sure you use a VPN or some other encryption if you are entering passwords.

The only downside was that Paris was experiencing a heat wave during our stay, and the hotel is not air-conditioned. Electric fans were available on request though. Our room was directly over the entrance, and occasionally, the clerks would step outside to smoke a cigarette, and the odor would waft into our room (which were open due to the heat wave). So, if they read this review, perhaps they would consider stepping a few meters away from the front of the hotel in the future.

We would definitely consider a stay in this hotel again. It was a near perfect fit for what we were looking for!

A Lovely Non-Tourist Experience

This is a small hotel and if you're game to walk, you can access the Eiffel Tower and other Parisian experiences, or be there in minutes by taxi. We preferred staying local, finding a local restaurant, and sitting with Parisians playing cards, chatting over beers, and generally enjoying each other's company. The service in the hotel was warm and friendly, the room intimate and charming, the breakfast delicious - all aesthetically pleasing. A nice memory.

Loo roll didn't work otherwise ab fab hotel-room was lovely & warm (& had an ab fab shower), so were the staff, hotel has a lift & 24/7 concièrge. Metro 4 mins walk supermarket 2 mins walk. Brilliant value.

Older hotel, but very clean and great service. There is a 24 hour front desk who held the key card when we entered and left, so there’s no chance of losing it. Convenient location. Lots of bakeries and cafes just down the block, and a subway station and bus stop are just two blocks away. Takes 30 minutes by public transit to reach the main attractions (Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower). Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but was fine for one night. Note that there is NO elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs!

Great staff, not sure it's 3*

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and accommodating. That's by far the greatest asset of this hotel. I'm not quite sure how this is a 3 star. It does not have AC. Depending on the time of the year you're travelling, it might not be a huge deal. But when it's 35C it is very uncomfortable. The staff do provide a fan but that's hardly the same thing. I do realize it's my fault for not specifically checking this when booking but I thought it's common sense a 3* hotel would have that.

Good base for exploring.

We chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and in a part of Paris we had not stayed in before. The hotel is small, comfortable and has a very friendly team of staff. It is situated close to a Metro station and there are some good bars and cafes nearby. La Butte aux Cailles and Montparnasse are both within walking distance and offer excellent (though very different!) experiences of what we regard as \"the real Paris\". Breakfast was traditional and featured home made jams - definitely worth trying.
We are already looking to see if we can make time for a return visit.

The owner is rude, when asked for more towels she made sure we gave back what was there before she gave me new one like if I was going to steal them. Carpet in room nor cushion at all ask for 3 beds only got a twin and a ful and my back was hurting a lot.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Came late the night we signed in and left early for our day in Paris. Came back about dinner time. They didn't waste anytime entering our room to rummage through our suitcases and steal from us. I know the warnings about staying places, taking your valuables with you. But you take everything with you all the time, thats why you rent hotel rooms. It's not comforting to know that you can't leave without confidence in the security you're ideally paying for.

The area was reasonably close to the centre and well served by metro and buses. There was a supermarket nearby and lots of cafés and eateries. The receptionists were friendly. Our room was very warm and welcoming particularly relative to the cold and windy conditions of the outside. However we were disappointed with the dirty carpet, the uncomfortable armchair, and my partner found the bed too short for him (he is only 176 cm). Furthermore the telephone calls that we received from our friend were not always put through immediately.

Very comfortable beds and they had an elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage all the way up. There isn't any wifi, so you can go to the Starbucks by the Metro entrance if you really need it. One manager said that he would put in an extra bed for no extra cost while another tried to charge us the normal amount for a three bed room even if we never got the third bed during our stay. Lesson learned, either stay somewhere else or book waaay in advance and call a few days before you arrive to make sure your spot is booked and the price is what you saw on whatever booking website you used. There is a city tax so factor that in too, and make sure you ask about it. English by the employees is fair.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. It is very close to the RER hub of Denfer so it is an easy commute to the Notre Dame area. However, one should keep in mind that French 3 star hotel isn't really US 3 star so keep your expectation to the right level.

We didn't have a good experience because:
- There is no air-conditioning. In summer time, it is very hot every night.
- Internet is available only in lobby area with extra charge. No internet available in each room.
- No enough toilet paper provided in bathroom. We have to ask front desk for it every time we need.
- No shower head holder available. We have to handhold the shower head for bathing.
- Only shampoo provided, no conditioner, no lotion.
- No ironing board provided in the room
- Window curtain can not shutoff completely in the room we stayed.
- An old carpet roll-up is put on the floor inside the small closet, piled with cushions and pillows on top.
- Bread, jam and coffee only for breakfast with charge of EUR 8.00. We feel it is too expensive.

Nous avons payé le prix au plus bas et heureusement, car cela ne vaut pas plus cher… Chambre, très très moyenne, literie, assez douteuse, avec de nombreux taches, notamment sur la tête d’oreiller. Pour notre part, la salle de bain était plutôt propre, rien à redire là-dessus. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous avons trouvé ça correct car l’emplacement est vraiment bien et s’il arrivait fallu mettre plus cher, j’aurais été très mécontent en vue de la qualité des services proposées.

Satisfaite de notre nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avions une chambre de 3, couple + 1 enfant.
Très bon accueil. Chambre très bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel très bien situé. Bien que notre chambre était au rdc côté rue. Rue calme le week-end et métro à 2 pas. Quartier riche en bons petits restaurants, ce qui ne gâche rien !

Seul bémol, qui reste commun à beaucoup d'hôtel. Température trop élevée pour nous dans la salle de bain et un peu dans la chambre, nous sommes plutôt habitués à 18°. Il a suffit de couper le chauffage et de fermer la porte qui sépare l'entrée donnant sur la chambre et la salle de bain. Cette même porte, très pratique pour couper des bruits du couloirs.

Ce n est pas un 3 étoiles... mobiliers très vieux,moquette tachée à plusieurs endroits,papiers sous le lit,taie d oreillé tachée de sang,rideaux fenêtre sale et ourlet défait, (ns avons demandé une taie propre), ..beaucoup trop chaud et pas de possibilité de baisser chauffage, difficulté de dérouler le papier wc,couvercle poubelle Sdb cassé,rien pour poser savon dans la douche... seulement 2 points positif: un des employés à l accueil s est excusé et ns a offert un petit dej,et les draps du lit étaient propres. Ns avions réservé cet hôtel à cause de son prix attractif, mais tout de même !!! Est ce une raison pour que ce soit si sale!... ns ne savons pas si toutes les chambres sont comme celle là, mais la notre du 4 ère étage, un taudis.

Le hall d'entrée et l'ascenseur m'ont inquiété, mais la chambre m'a rassuré. L'aspect vétuste s'est effacé. Mais l'hotel est assez bruyant, surtout si votre chambre est à côté de l'ascenseur. Dommage qu'il faille laisser à l'accueil la carte-clé de la chambre à chaque fois que l'on sort de l'hotel, même pour aller faire une course juste en face.
