The only thing that we did not like is that the workers have a very limited knowledge of English or Spanish. To make matters worse, our French was not that great. We had a lot of problems communicating.

The best thing in this property is that each room has a small kitchenette. Also, the place is so close to the park Montsouris and public transportation. One thing missing in the room is air conditioning; it was too hot to stay during this summer.

I arrived to the hotel, but I was told that there was no reservation even though I booked it online. Instead, the person in charge there wanted to charge me for 3 separate rooms which costs twice as much of the one that I originally booked which was one single family room for 4 people. I won't recommend it.

When I made the booking, I had requested a baby crib. Upon arrival there wasn’t a crib in our room. After we asked the staff about it and he checked on it, turns out the crib was broken so he gave us a crib mattress and a bed sheet for our 1year old to sleep on. Really frustrating. It ended up working in the end...kind of but it should have already already been in our room or they should have notified us about the crib before we arrrived.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were given a room that was clean. No problem with that. But the internet connection was horrible. My husband and I had to log on seriously every minute, the connection would not stay connected. On reporting this to the manager she said it would be checked. She reported back to us the next day that it was just the way it was in France. We checked out and to this hotels credit they did give us a credit on our bill. We went to another hotel and had a perfect internet connection. I was extremely disappointed with the laissez fare attitude about this issue. Our room also was extremely creaky. We could not figure out if it was the pipes or what, but it was something inside the walls. I would not recommend a stay here because of these two issues.

It was okay but I wish the bathroom wasn't made of grey slate, I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. The toilet is also a bit high. I don't know if this is typical with Paris hotels but they use blankets with blanket covers instead of sheets.

THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE OFFERED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WAS SMELLY , OF DAMP AND MOULD, THE SECOND ROOM WE WERE OFFERED ON THE 4TH FLOOR WAS THE SAME. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WENT UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR TO ADVISE MY WIFE THAT THE SECOND OFFER WAS NO BETTER. BY CHANCE I PRESSED THE WRONG BUTTON IN THE LIFT AND WENT TO THE SIXTH FLOOR BY MISTAKE, I WENT TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE BUT OF COURSE NOW ENTERED THE WRONG ROOM. THIS ROOM WAS EMPTY AND ACCEPTABLE. I RETURNED TO THE RECEPTION AND SAID I WOULD LIKE ROOM 636, THEY WERE SURPRISED IT WAS NOT NOT LOCKED BUT KINDLY ALLOWED US TO TRANSFER TO THAT ROOM.

Hôtel bruyant concernant les chambres il y avait des enfants dans la chambre à côté qui criaient et hurlaient aucun respect pour le silence de la part des parents. La proximité du Parc Montsouris a motivé notre choix ; j’avais eu un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel il y a une 10aine d’années mais je trouve qu’il a mal vieilli. Le lit était vraiment trop petit et nous n’avons pas passé une très bonne nuit. Dommage !

I have reserved and paid in advance for a superior room !
First, I received a room on the ground floor with a bed not properly cleaned: BED BUGS. Ugly shower head covered by thick scale and mould. Then I asked for another room and man at the reception gave me a key to another room on the fifth floor with no light, no bed linen, no blanket, and there was a dirty plastic bucket in the middle of the bed !!! Was this a JOKE ???!! So, I went for a THIRD \"tour\" and asked for a normal room! Finally after long rounds with my baggage, I've got a so-called \"normal room\", but was still afraid of bed bugs after all these experiences...
Staff was very rude, no excuses at all !! Even the lady in the morning was not willing to fill out the invoice, though I already asked for it the night before!! There were almost no food left for breakfast at 8:30 !
