A stay in Paris

The sink was slowly drained and I told that to 2 different receptionists on 2 separate days but nothing was done so I finally gave up. Location is convenient to the metro and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. WiFi is excellent and breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

Great small hotel for solo traveller. Chic, compact and comfortable rooms, overlooking courtyard, with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent shower. Reception staff courteous, friendly and efficient. On nice street, not too busy, but with Monoprix, bakeries and shops nearby. Just a short walk to central Paris, and only three minutes to Alesia Metro

Lovely hotel. Very clean comfortable bed and linens. Located a 10 minute walk from the metro but lots of shops and restaurants along the way. I like the district. It offers all conveniences. Banks, boulangerie, happy hour, smart phone service for SIM card, interesting independant clothing shops, wine store, pharmacy and a good Monoprix grocery store for snacks.

Great little modern hotel

The hotel was spotlessly clean but some of the floors were under complete renovation. That meant that housekeeping storage overflowed a little bit on the other floors but I think it was simply a temporary situation. The rooms are tiny but modern and well equipped. The bed and linens were outstandingly comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The front desk staff members were always friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help with every little thing. I would book this place again in a minute for its cleanliness and convenience.

I love that the rooms had air-conditioning. The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn’t take breakfast so I cannot comment on it. What I did not like was the elevator which is medieval.I also didn’t like the fact that they were renovating the hallways so you had strong smells in the hallways the stairs were blocked with construction materials as well as the hallways. I guess when is the brand of Asians are finished at this hotel would be very nice. Please be aware than the rooms are very small.

Nice enough hotel in the 14th Arrondisement between the Metro stations Alésia (4) and Plaisance (13). Friendly staff. Tiny elevator. Rooms comfortable and with air conditioning. Scalding €12 per person breakfast, but several bakeries and a Monoprix supermarket a short distance away. Self service laundry just around the corner from the Monoprix.

Location was ideal for my needs, however extensive renovation works are being done at the property. So while the room I was in was updated,the hotel is effectively a construction zone. No one at the hotel informed me of this at booking or check in. Instead had to be awaken very early on my first morning by drilling and construction noises. The walls are part thin so there is no getting around it. STAY AWAIT UNTIL RENOVATION IS FINISHED

It was good stay, there was some renovation work going on but never heard anything...we stayed at 7th floor, front view, USP is view of Eiffel from room 😊, didn't try breakfast, shower panel is bit small, nearby bakery is good...value for money overall, would recommend it.

Room was extremely small. The shower leaked. Construction day and night so it was really hard to get a good nights sleep. Location is not that close to the metro. About a 7 minute walk. The elevator is so small and slow, it was easier to take the stairs. Overall, if you’re looking for a bed and a shower then this place is for you. If you want a nice, convenient place to stay then look elsewhere.

Very dirty and run down!

First we arrived to a very grumpy man on night duty. He was not helpful or welcoming at all. We got a room on the fifth floor with views of the Eiffel Tower which was lovely but the room was awful. Very dirty and falling apart. The shower was broken. The room was so so small and basic and the layout was poor. We complained and asked for a new room, the man initially said there were no rooms (even though there was if you looked on booking.com) Eventually he gave us a new room. The room was much better but still dirty and the shower glass doors were broken. The shower was incredibly small making it difficult to shower! we never had the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Both the night staff we met were rude but the day staff were friendly. The location is good, in between two different metro stations, has a nearby supermarket and a few cafes that serve nice food! Overall I wouldn’t stay again. Definitely didn’t fit the romantic holiday I had in mind for my partner and I!

Nice clean basic room with decent bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. We’d lost the key to our case and the guy at reception helped us break the lock open. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel all day even after we’d checked out. Good no thrills hotel located in a nice area. Would recommend to others.

The area is very far from the city and sightseeing attractions but for the price it is a very good hotel. The staff is proficient enough in English. The rooms are small but very clean and very comfortable. The only downside is the distance. But in terms of rooms etc I found it to be value for money. Think of it as a good business hotel with those sized rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable but not luxurious. And that suited me just fine.

Overall a good hotel, we arrived early, but our room wasn’t ready, so we really had to wait till 2pm to get in the room. The front desk did offer luggage storage though. Room is very small, shower is extremely small, I’m a medium size person, and I could barely turn around in the shower, nice hot water though. WiFi is fast, local area is good, lots of food options within the walk-in distance. We took Uber everywhere, easier than the Metro.

The room is big enough for 2 people who have 2 small luggages, but it would already be difficult to move around if guests would have medium to large luggages. Overall, room plus the toilet/bath are clean. Neighborhood is quiet, with groceries and bakery and bus stops nearby. The nearest 2 metros are about 500mtrs away. The only thing I noticed ( I may be wrong) is that the heater doesn't seem to work (For a person who lives in a tropical country and is used to 28-35 °C outside temp, October wind chill in Paris is intolerable especially when there is no heater). And also, you have to leave the keycard at the front desk everytime you leave the hotel, but nothing was lost anyway so I guess it's ok. We're satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located on a fairly busy street, not for from subway station. The room is clean and washroom with hot shower. In-room tea and hotpot is very convenient. The hotel price is not expensive. And bed is confortable. However, few things need to pointed out: the room was out of electricity few times, had to call front desk to reset. The room facing street was quite noisy before mid night.

Nice location average hotel.

The area was great. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The subway was a bit of a walk which was a drag, but the metro trains came every few minutes so we rarely waited to get where we needed to go. The hotel was nice though the rooms very small. The shower was tiny, so tiny you cannot even clean your feet because you can't bend down! The room provided minimal requirements, and we had to ask for creamer every day, so we ended up buying our own as well as tea and coffee. There was no iron or even enough room to iron, so bare this in mind. I'd give it a 3.7 out of 5 for location and a 2.8 out of 5 for the hotel itself. It wasn't comfy, it was tiny, but.. it did have A/C so that was awesome!

I love this hotel. It was near a metro statio so you could get anywhere in Paris. It was in a very calm neighborhood. There's a nice bakery near by and a couple small markets near by also so you can buy water and food for your hotel or for your adventures in the city. The service was great and the room was great. I stayed here for 4 nights and I was very happy with the room. I will be going to this hotel on my next stay.

Everything a minimalist on a budget needs!

The staff was top notch! Incredibly helpful and accommodating. I made a HUGE mistake in my travel plans and didn't realize I didn't book enough days. My mother and I left to go about our Paris day and on our return they asked me if I was planning to stay another day because my reservations had expired. They could have taken our stuff out the room or been upset but they were absolutely wonderful. As far as the room it's exactly what we needed for two people that only used the room to store our luggage and rest in a safe and clean room for a while until our next days adventure. Oh and the view was pretty darn nice if you have a room facing Rue D'Alesia. Two metros in either direction. A nice bakery at the corner. Bus stops maybe 100 feet away. I woudl definitely stay here again.

I made the above reservation using my credit card for two friends who are in Paris for an antique show. Initially, the reservation was made wit the understanding that the hotel will have WIFI available at no cost for all guests. However, since the day of their arrival, they are being told that that the WIFI IS DOWN, being repaired and will be available the following day. However, ever since their arrival on November 3rd , there is no WIFI available. They did not check out seeking a different hotel, relying on what they were told by your staff which was \"that WIFI would be up and running any day if they remain patient\".

As antique dealers, they must forward photos and merchandise description to their retail locations. Therefore, lack of internet service has created a significant inconvenience for them and an embarrassment for me, as I was the one selecting your hotel for their stay.

I am asking to please reduce their rate or provide a significant discount and issue a credit to my American Express card which was used to make the reservation. Otherwise, I would have to settle this matter with American Express and file a claim with them directly.

A nice hotel. I stayed two days. The only negative was that I arrived 11 am but the room was not ready until 2. I was tired after an overnight flight, but I did a little tourism and had lunch. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good. It's in a convenient location in Montparnasse, between the Alesia and the Plaisance metro stops. There is a Monoprix grocery and several restaurants and cafes in the area.

This was a last minute, one night booking that worked out very well for a commute changeover. We caught the local bus from a nearby corner for the 5 minute trip to Gare du Montparnasse. There were plenty of good cafes around and the hotel served a decent breakfast for a small additional charge. It was all good value and overall an excellent choice.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. Rooms are small with sparce furniture (beds did not even have a headboard). While the bath room was up to date and clean it was very dissatifactory. There were no towel racks and not enough space on the vanity for all of our things, It seemed that we had to move one or two things to put something else down. The shower was the size of a phone booth with an even smaller door. The location was not very convient. The 10 minute walk to the bus or train got tiresome quickly. Montparnesse is a middle class neighborhood in Paris and not a touristy area. We did like the feeling of living in Paris not just visiting.
