Staff were absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, helped me carried my bag up to my room as there was no elevator. Room was clean and comfortable. However the walls were quite thin so could hear everything from the room next door.

No complaints, clean, friendly staff, spacious room, reasonably priced. Only 1 complaint - no elevator, which might be normal for boutique Paris hotels but hurts twice (checking in and checking out) when you’re traveling with heavy luggage. That doesn’t stop me from giving it a 5 star since you’re only experiencing that hardship twice. But if you’re traveling light, best hotel in an awesome location, surrounded by good retail, restaurants and close to major transportation options. Slow WiFi but you’re not meant to use WiFi in a hotel that much if you’re in Paris, right?

I was able to partially checkin online (they emailed me beforehand) which made arrival very easy. There’s no elevator which wasn’t an issue but could be for some. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk from the train station on a nice, quiet street.

The location is great with many different kinds of restaurants and shops, and especially close to several Metro stations! But I’m most impressed by the professional and kind help of the staff, in particular the gentleman on night-morning shift on March 12-13. He went out of his way to help get my Uber to the right pickup position! I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Paris for business or pleasure!

not impressed, ridiculous amount of noise all night snd then in the morning, I was refused my door key unless I paid euros 20 for cleaning of duvet and pillows which we had allegedly ruined. Ask to see them, but myseriously they had been dumped and the rubbish had already been cleared...Avoid

The carpeting up the stairs and on the landings is outdated and stained, but nothing about the hotel feels dirty or unfriendly. Our room for 3 was very comfortable and we found it to be spacious enough. All in all, we would totally stay here again as it is good value for money.

Hotellet tilbyr en enkel, men hyggelig opplevelse. Rommene er små og det finnes ingen heis, men alt er svært rent og velholdt. Frokosten er spartansk, men tilstrekkelig. Det som virkelig utmerker seg er den eksepsjonelle servicen fra personalet – vennlige, hjelpsomme og alltid imøtekommende. Beliggenheten er praktisk, med kort vei til metroen og dermed enkel tilgang til byens severdigheter.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Perfekt, wenn man viel unterwegs ist um die Stadt zu erkunden und einfach einen Ort braucht zum Schlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sauber. Das Bad ist auch sehr sauber, aber eher klein. Es hat jedoch alles was man braucht. Das einzige was nicht sauber war, waren die weissen Vorhänge. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat in der Nähe viele Restaurants, ein Shoppingcenter und am Bahnhof Montparnasse sehr gute Metroverbindungen. Sehr empfehlenswert-

Es war genau passend für die Nacht in der Nähe von Montparnasse

Llegamos y el chico de recepción nos dijo que cada vez que saliésemos del hotel teníamos que dejar la llave en recepción, algo que nunca antes nos había pasado. Luego subir hasta la cuarta planta por las escaleras (no hay ascensor) y ademas el aire acondicionado no iba, teníamos un MINI ventilador que no servia de nada.
Pero aparte de todo eso la segunda noche estábamos mirando un partido de futbol desde el ordenador (teniendo en cuenta que la noche anterior habíamos mirado Netflix). Y el ordenador estaba conectado, ósea cargándose. De repende salto la luz en todo el hotel (el ordenador ya llevaba mucho rato cargándose) y el cargador del ordenador exploto, se derretía el cable y me queme los dedos al tocarlo sin querer ya que no había luz en la habitación.
Cuando bajamos a recepción a por una solución el chico lo único que hizo fue dirigirse a nosotros de manera muy maleducada diciendo que eso era culpa de nuestro cargador y no de su hotel (normalmente si eso pasa es culpa de la instalación eléctrica, poca potencia contratada).
Total que nos dijo que no se iba a hacer cargo de nada y que el cargador que se rompió era cosa nuestra, pero por si fuese poco al cabo de poco el ordenador dejo de funcionar.
Entonces mi pregunta y queja es sobre ese ordenador que al final es una herramienta de trabajo y que ha costado dinero quien se hace responsable de pagárnoslo, porque el hotel nos dejo claro que ellos no.
Super desaconsejado, malos tratos por parte del personal.
