The entire lobby area has the aroma of sewage.
The staff mostly seemed fine but on checking in one particular staff member did not like me pointing out that I was first in the queue and had been stood waiting with my entire family to be seen at one of the checkin desks. So much so that she went out of her way when we went to checkout to take the group physically stood behind me. It was only because I called out 'Am I invisible' that another member of the team came over and quickly directed me to another person to check out.
They have screen cast option that simply does not work so be prepared for the tv to not provide programmes for children.
The parking underneath seemed easy but it is nothing to do with the hotel. You then pay using a ticket machine. Unfortunately none of these would work and it is not manned at all before 11am. It also took many calling through the machine attempts to get anyone to answer and took us almost an hour to leave the carpark!

There was no great choice for vegetarians for breakfast. The room was not properly cleaned, there was mould in the bathroom, dirty behind the beds, dirty under the furniture and not nice smell from the bedsheets and towels.

Everything is perfect but the pillows in the room. Please introduce a soft, narrow/flat option. Sounds crazy but there’s two options, one thick and hard and one super thick and feathery. Both a neck nightmare. A third in the wardrobe would be ideal as a thinner, soft. I just can’t sleep properly with the thickness of these pillows. Sorry it’s such a minor comment but everything is fantastic apart from this small detail

Was allotted a room next to noisy cleaning / maintenance room noise was later in night and early morning. Later morning again complained but most of the staff did not understand a single word of English, however room was changed but we had to go through hassle of packing and unpacking. Front of the desk said a manager will contact via phone / WhatsApp/ email but so far nothing has happened….

All in all never going back to stay in that hotel again…

The checkin in the second floor is unusual. My husband arrived with 5 bags and there was no one to assist him, which posed a bit of a problem, shelping the bags from the curb inside.
Otherwise, the room was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff not helpful at all. Got back to the room at 7 in the evening and the housekeeping was not done. Towels on the floor garbage basket not emptied no coffee and no water. The worst part was the attitude of the person when I called to complain. She tried to make it look as if it were my responsibility saying I might have left the “ do not disturb” sign on which I never did. Worst customer service ever. I did mention that at check out but they were unfazed; all I got was some nice talk and I am being polite Obviously this hotel is meant for groups arriving in buses, not for individuals.

The rooms are the worst designed hotel rooms I have ever encountered. Poor storage. No luggage rack. No shelves. Bedside table a postage stamp. Phone high tech for no reason. Shower stupid. Too open and too old. Located in poor location. Toilet hard to flush. Mirrors where you do not need them confuse you at night. Your room number is not the floor your room is on. They did not tell me this. The elevators are so tech heavy you had to know your floor, not your room. And we are in one of the expensive rooms. Be sure to have your bellman spend some time with you. The room has limited instructions and plenty of surprises. Bottom line: Nice looking room but designed to look good with no effort to make guest comfortable.

Nice hotel with updated and spacious rooms. Nice view too from the upper floors. Welcoming and Knowledgeable staff. Great gym. There was a major glitch at check-in which was very disruptive. The manager, Anis, was quick to admit the issue was on their side and worked diligently to get things resolved as quickly as possible. Still, this was quite unacceptable and no compensation was offered. Other downers are that AC is non existant, so air is warm and stuffy. Can’t open windows either to get some fresh air in the room. Restaurants and bars at hotel are not ideal for such a large hotel. Construction around is disruptive too. Would need to rethink whether I’d stay here again.

Our experience at the Pullman Hotel Montparnasse was nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported.
During our eventful visit to Paris, the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the team made all the difference.
Every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble.
The hotel itself is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, fantastic breakfast, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team that runs it.
We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a more compassionate group of people. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Montparnasse for helping during our challenging situation and ensuring we still had a truly memorable and comfortable stay. When we checked in there was a small misunderstanding, which the administration immediately resolved. The staff was very friendly. I would especially like to mention the Italian Restaurant Filia at Pullman hotel , they congratulated me on my birthday in French and English, brought a cake with a candle, it was a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices but very busy as it is a stop-off for major cruise line. We did not use the other restaurants as the Burger Joint had take-out only and the Italian was only open after 7 PM. Taxi stand is just outside hotel and Metro is across the street. Lots of dining options outside the hotel plus the hotel staff were very helpful advising how to get to attractions We did not go to see Paris from top floor from Skybar as there is a 50 minimum euro charge and they bill you 100 euro per night for incidentals but is refunded at end if you don't use their services. Our room had very little storage with one small closet as a large section was dead space and no storage in desk or night tables. We stayed for 7 nights but I think this hotel is probably suited for 1 or 2 night stays at most.

Pullman Hotel was amazing. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday! A special praise to Christ who assisted me in translation when I couldn’t get out of the parking lot. Overall a great stay and plan to return! Our room had a strange smell 2 days of the 5 we were there. Very strange, I think it was either coming from the sink or shower drain. We only noticed the smell when we would come back from outside after a day on the town and the a/c was off. The other issue was that their Umami burger restaurant was closed. When I booked they didn’t post online about it being closed. We were really looking forward to trying it and having it as an option when in a pinch for food. The skybar was overrated as were the drinks. The view was its only redeeming quality.

Great Hotel for the money

This hotel was modern and clean. Check-in was easy and the room was quite comfortable. They are eco-friendly so unless you ask, towels are not replaced every day. We asked and had fresh towels daily. We never ate at the restaurant so can't tell you how that was. It was away from the hustle and bustle of inner Paris, but we walked to town every day and also to almost all the main attractions daily too. I would definitely recommend it.

Property is new and modern and awesome stay. However, couple things made me giving lower rating are 1. No bath room closed glass door and they refused to give curtain in one of the room and mentioned that is how it is where as we have curtain on open side of the bathroom. Additionally, there is no glass closure to the shower area and water spills out of shower area. Felt it is absolutely slip Hazard if we are not careful when stepping out of shower.
Food wise there I felt very limited options but they tasted really good. Food options outside also only few restaurants or I might not explored due to the environment felt unsafe in the evenings and night. But overall, happy customer with good break fast, clean and modern hotel and rooms. It’s a pleasant stay in this family friendly hotel.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Family friendly, a/c, amazing views, and very close to a super fun neighborhood. Only drawbacks: It’s not quite the level of room you’d get for the same price in the US, the street it’s on is currently under construction, and it’s close to a train station with some sketchy people milling around. But we were very happy with our stay. You don’t often get beautiful views in Paris hotels and it’s very close to Place Edgar Quinet which is so charming and lively.

The service at the hotel reception is terrible and disrespectful to the customer.
The concierge service is bad and intentionally misleading.
This hotel has about two thousand rooms, how can one or two concierges provide service to thousands of people?
Furthermore, they recommended that on the night of Bastille Day (July 14th), It is better to comfortably watch the fireworks show over the Eiffel Tower from the hotel's SKYBAR bar. Indeed, according to the concierge's recommendation, I bought tickets for 160 euros for myself and my wife.
It turns out that it was not possible to see the fireworks show at all from SKYBAR. The side of the bar terrace that looks towards the Eiffel Tower is two meters wide, and there were about two hundred people on the terrace, and a few dozen of them paid 700 euros and reserved the front of the terrace for themselves. What we saw was a lot of people and NO fireworks.
The simple truth is that the Eiffel Tower fireworks display can be seen comfortably from any street within a 2x2 km cube around the tower.
A scam.

Great location!

nice rooms, excellent shower and water pressure. Beds really comfortable- and I didn't roll into my husband. There was construction outside the hotel in the street but no noise or dirt in the hospital. GREAT location for the train- a few blocks, and lots of really good restaurants nearby.

We have stayed at the Pullman quite a few times but won’t again. It’s expensive and just not worth the cost. The street outside the hotel is being taken up so getting a suitcase to the station is a nightmare. Also, it’s dusty and loud. Entry into the hotel is effected and through one rotating door. The floor of the hotel is covered with dust from the street. Also, Accor has a big promotion taking up most of the lobby space so there are few places to sit and relax. We were on level 22 and the hall way on that floor smells terrible. The room was so so. As always the check in staff were lovely and professional but the overall hotel experience lacks ambience or comfort. We’re looking elsewhere from now on.

The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again.

Is beautiful inside out. My room was cleaned almost everyday and the sky bar view is amazing. You can see the eiffle tower lighting .
The only odd is the construction going on the outside . I have to walk on my heels going on the other side of the road to get on my ride.

Very helpful staff with excellent language skills. Hotel itself is a bit dated. At my age, I’m not sure I need quite so many mirrors around the bedroom to remind me about my wobbly bits and bald patch. Food is ok, but a bit overpriced - you’re paying for convenience rather than high quality. Great choice of breakfast items though. Be aware if paying extra for the “Paris view” that this just means a room on a higher floor, not necessarily one with a view of the Eiffel Tower as shown in the pictures. The area immediately outside the hotel is currently being dug up for utilities, so access is a bit restricted and dirty, but I assume that won’t be for long . Soundproofing between rooms isn’t great - the couple in the adjoining room were clearly enjoying their stay! In summary, the hotel was ok, but I’ve stayed in better places for less money
