We arrived early to the hotel but we weren’t able to check-in as the room was not available but we were able to store our suitcases while we explored the area. Room space was sufficient enough for a couple and usual room amenities available. Our room had a balcony which was really lovely as we could sit outside.

Good hotel - unless you’re coming back late
Overall good experience. Only issue is we got home at 1 am on one night and had no way to get into the hotel. There was a phone number on the door that went to voicemail after a long hold. We sat there buzzing the door and calling for 10 minutes wondering what to do before someone finally came to the door. 10 minutes felt like a long time in the middle of the night

Were walking at night in the area and didn't feel unsafe. Walkable to the Luxembourg garden or Eiffe tower. Good location overall.

I was greeted warmly and the receptionist got me checked in quickly. I was early, but my room was ready and i was accommodated. Good and safe location. The room was clean and plenty of room for a few nights stay. A 6 minute walk to Gare Montparnasse, made this a perfect place if you are taking a train to the West of France.

My mum and I had a great stay here during the Paris Olympics. Firstly Amynata at reception was so kind and helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, housekeeping came everyday. There's a safe in the room, clean towels and hot shower. Great location 10 min walk to Denfert Rorchereau Station which takes you straight to Charles De Gaulle Airport and the shuttle bus to Orly Airport. Lots of shops about including Lidi. Quiet road, there are a few tramps outside on the square but all friendly. Only issue we wished there was a fridge in the room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

No frills hotel near Montparnasse. I took a great price for a one night stay ahead of a work meeting so price wise it’s good if you’re out all day. Downsides: toilet seat wasn’t completely clean, and extremely noisy in the morning (got room 2 in the ground floor), from pipes and other rooms noises.

Fabulous little tourist hotel near Montparnasse station - lovely staff - clean and comfortable. Good quality firm mattress which is essential for me as I have a bad back - I’ll definitely return here - great value for money - sure there’s a bit of chipped paint and the rooms are minuscule but the balcony overlooking the courtyard gave a feeling of space and the room and bathroom were spotless . Highly recommended

On the pictures, the place looks great! On reality, it is totally different. First, rooms are too small, carpet looks old, elevator does not fit more than 3 people. You become clastorphobic inside.

It was a brief stay during the Paris transport strike; it was a clean, comfortable room although the TV stopped working on our last day; they sent the cleaning lady to try & fix it but of course she couldn’t. The reception desk was very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was great. The only complaint we have is that hotels.com refused to accept our request to change it from 3 days to 2 days, This was not the fault of the hotel! We made the change online Within less than 24 hrs with a comment on our reservation) & with a phone call to the hotel as well as o chat on hotels.com , to no avail! So we paid for 3 nights for a 2-night stay! Very disappointing!

The staff was incredibly RUDE!! They made a mistake with my reservation and expected me to arrive a day later than my actual PAID arrival date. When we sorted out the error they acted like it was MY FAULT and were quite rude with giving me a room, which in the end was super small and not what I expected. The lady overseeing breakfast was absolutely lovely and was constantly checking to make sure every food item was available and topped up. The food was varied, fresh and tasty and having breakfast available from 6:30 until 10:30 is unique in my experience. The location itself was perfect to see everything Paris has to offer, from a ten minute walk to the Catacombs, to a five minute walk to the metro, taking you to every famous tourist spot for just a couple of euros. The rooms are compact but just what we needed as a base for your \"Tourist de Paris\" experience. I would certainly recommend this little bed and breakfast and if we were to visit Paris again, we WILL be booking with them again.

We had a great two night stay at the hotel. We arrived before check in and we’re going to leave our luggage at reception but we were very lucky when front of house told us a room would be ready in ten minutes. Being able to check in early and freshen up was a lovely bonus since we’d been up since 4am! The room was clean with everything we needed and the bed was large and comfortable. The area was very quiet with a supermarket very close by and the metro station less than a five minute walk which was perfect for exploring the city. Montparnesse train station was less than 15 minutes walk away also. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to return to the city. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is a short walking distance to the metro which was very convenient since we often left the hotel early and returned late into the night. I stayed 7 nights and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was also very helpful. The room was very clean and large enough for our needs. The hotel was very nice and clean I don’t know the name of the lady that checked us I but she was great after her explanation of the situation subway we used it the entire time to get around. I would highly recommend this hotel

The property is very close to montparnasse train station which has many forms of transport such as buses and high speed train. There are many good and affordable restaurants of walking distance From the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. There is a small courtyard as well,
The room did not have an iron. We were told to go to an ironing room in the basement to iron our clothes.

Great hotel in a quiet area
The hotel was great and in a quiet peaceful area of Paris. It was not far to the metro's stations which made getting around really easy. The hotel was a little bit rundown but everything we needed was there and all of the staff were lovely and really approachable. We'll definitely go back to this hotel next time we come to Paris.

My wife and I liked this hotel, it was nice and clean. We could walk across the street and see the Eiffel tower. The tower was about a 40 minute walk a way, or the metro could be used to make it 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes from the metro (Gare Montparnasse 2). There is a grocery store around the corner. We would stay there again.

Difficult to get water temperature correct in shower - either cold or boiling hot. Front desk staff not customer service oriented. I have stayed in Paris 8 times this year in 8 different hotels and this had the worst front desk team.

Great location at reasonable price. David and Melchi are both awesome. It was raining on our first night and David graciously lent us the hotel umbrella.

Very good hotel small rooms
The rooms was small but clean comfortable and well designed exactly what we expected. The only think that marred our stay was the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle got us to the airport about 45 minutes later than we wanted for our international flight, we just barely made our flight getting to the gate just as the plan was boarding.

Comfortable and well run hotel in an area which - although partly rebuilt - still has plenty of small shops bars and restaurants. Easy walk to two or three metros, and to Montparnasse, and 15 minutes to Latin Quarter.
Only complaint was room had been occupied by a smoker, but rear courtyard was so quiet I could leave windows open.

Nice small hotel, great location
Hotel's location is very good, close to train stations, subway, close to shopping. Located at quiet street, there is good supermarket close by at Rue Niepce near Pernety subway station. You can buy famous french sweets there for one third of the price you'd pay at airport. Hotel is just steps to Boulevard Pasteur, where many bakeries, restaurants, cafes etc. not to mention great view on Eifel Tower both day and night. Walking distance to Montparnasse tower. Actually all major Paris attractions are within walking distance if you enjoy long city walking. Hotel is clean, everything looks pretty new. Room size is not American but typical European (tiny), which is fine. There is a shower and a safe in the room. I guess rooms are noise-proof, since we didn't hear our neighbors and had a good night-sleeps at the hotel.

Underrated hotel with perfect rooms.
If I wasn't moving all around France, I'd have stayed here the entire time! The pictures underrate the rooms. The room is perfect, bathroom/bed/comfort etc.. bonus the wifi was excellent! I'd recommend staying here every time! Great value too! Breakfast was good. Great staff.
