The hotel is located near one of the main train stations in Paris, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also within walking distance (30 mins) to Le Bon Marché for anyone who enjoys shopping. The hotel feels very secure, as staff need to press a button to let guests in. The room was quite spacious considering the price, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating — they were even happy to keep our butter in the fridge when we asked.

I was happy with my stay. The room was small but had everything you could need. The location was very convenient, the staff was nice. The desk is closed late at night but they have a bell and let me in. I was able to walk over with my bags from the train station. Breakfast is available for 14 E, but I left to early to try it.

Got upgraded to the larger room which was very nice! We were on the first floor so felt like we could hear the cleaning and downstairs area pretty well which wasn't the best. The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The shower didn't feel very clean especially the shower head. Room was clean and cleaned well during our stay. Was ok for a short stay. the area was well connected otherwise, very close to metro and some nice restaurants which was helpful.

Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful, especially Alexandra. Located in a great neighborhood walking distance to tons of cute bars and restaurants. Easy access to all metro lines. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t huge but as long as you’re ok with that, this is a great place to stay!

What happened to the tea and coffee?

Our family room was on level 5, lift stops at 4. Roomy and comfortable with fresh air till the mosquitoes arrived - the air con worked great after that. The slanted ceilings get on your nerves after a bit. Great water pressure and filtered chilled water dispenser on ground floor which is awesome. Staff were all lovely, place felt secure with locked front door manned all day and night. Had a slight issue; half way through our stay the complimentary tea and coffee suddenly was being charged for without notice, really put a sour mood on our stay. Great location near a major transport interchange and heaps of food around.

In a tiny bathroom. The”air conditioning” was weak in a very hot day in Paris. For the rest was conviniently located near Montparnasse train station, as well as near to many restaurants and cafes this said, the crew was nice

We have been going to Paris every year since 2018 and this is one of the best hotels we have been too. It is right beside Montparnasse, a few feet from the train station and Metro line 4 , lots of resto, boulangerie, pharmacy . It is convenient and feels safe .
The staff are friendly with checkout at 12:00 but we can leave out luggage there and come back later when we are ready to go to the airport.

The place of stay is not worth they charged for the room. Receptionist behaved as if we were unwelcome in the hotel and have come to stay for free. She charged on my card in advance, but did not give me a voucher immediately. In the morning, there was nobody at the reception at 0700 Hrs and we had to search for him everywhere before we could check out. He was quite helpful in getting us the taxi, but the hotel needs professionalism.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff! Tje hotel is very convenient if you are arriving from the Montparnasse train station. The AC works very well (really important in Paris in the summer). Our top floor loft room was really nice and interesting. (If you choose a top floor room you should be aware that the elevator does not go all the way to the top and you will need to climb one flight of stairs.) The Indian restaurant right next to the hotel is excellent!

No Air Conditioning and very Noisy

Hello. Thank you for having us at your hotel last weekend! I have some feedback regarding the room. While the room was well kept and tidy, the air conditioning/cooling system was not working and it was uncomfortable the entire night. The solution we were given was to open the door but since the street was noisy, we did not sleep at all. We were told the repairman would be coming, but he never came. I wanted to speak to the manager regarding compensation but unfortunately could not. Furthermore, other guests were being very loud at night and the phone did not work so we could not call to tell the lobby. Other than that, the room and washroom were clean and tidy.

This hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the Gare Montparnasse and metro lines. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a doorbell to access the front lobby at all hours, so I felt very safe as a solo traveler. They offer a luggage storage service which was very helpful as I wasn’t flying out until later in the day after my checkout.

Room are exceptionally tiny ! The images pre booking must not show them all. For standard double, the two of us had to take turns sitting on the bed so the other could dress.
Also the towels were pretty small, as my partner is 6ft 4 this made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

Stayed one night on a family holiday. Lovely hotel, friendly obliging staff. We stayed in a stylish and comfortable family room on the 5th floor. Lift only goes to 4th but we didn't mind. Good location, very near Montparnasse train station and Montparnasse tower. Enjoyed walking to the Eiffel tower (about 40 min walk) and back, taking in the sights and sounds of Paris. Nice buffet breakfast too!

The staff is OK at the front desk (Not very helpful), but housekeeping and the breakfast staff is great.

I liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee-making facilities were appreciated as was the free wi-fi. The location was good in relation to the Orly bus stop and the Montparnasse train station.

The shower drained very slowly and water tended to splash out under the shower curtain.
We were disappointed that we were put in the back room (#001), on the ground floor as we had booked the accommodation on 4th August! We were told that this was the only available room as the hotel was full! Go figure!
It was fine, but noisy in the morning as it is near the lobby, breakfast room and staff coming and going.

Very clean rooms and lobby areas. Staff was friendly and provided recommendations (public transit, local grocery stores, etc) when we asked. Rooms are smaller than they look in photos, but typical size for a European room. Location was super central to everything, and in a safe area. Tons of metro lines within less than 2 blocks, lots of great cafes in the Montparnasse area, and a quaint farmers market on Saturday/Sunday around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

Chic Room in Central Location

Stayed 2 nights in a very and chic room top 5th floor room with sloped ceiling and beams. My kids and husband liked it’s unique appearance, but you have to be careful to not hit the ceiling if you are over 6 ft. 3 inches tall. We were only there for sleeping and napping so it fit our needs. Shower was in a sunken tub.

Sparkling Clean, Spacious & Modern

Loved this hotel! My room was spacious and sparkling clean. Everything was super modern so it may have just been remodeled recently. The concept mirrored what is common in nicer American hotels. The bathroom had L’Occitane products and a warming rack for towels —fancy! Another way I distinguish nicer hotels is the bathroom lighting for makeup—higher end hotels always have good lighting. This one had that and a magnifying mirror. Bathroom also had a walk in shower with two different shower heads. The room had a comfy bed, wooden floors and smelled nice (coming from someone who is picky about clean hotels). You can also control the temperature in your room. I can say without a doubt you’ll be completely comfortable during your stay here. I stayed in another hotel in Paris and the bathroom setup was awkward and there was no temperature control in the room so we had to leave the window open. This place is walking distance from lots of restaurants and the metro bus/train. Also the hospitality at this hotel is great, and they speak English. I encountered many people who only spoke French during my stay and they’d easily get frustrated and be very rude so it was nice to have English speaking staff at my hotel. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in Paris.

Modern and clean. We had the triple room, which was a king bed and small chaise lounge that a child could sleep on. Plenty of room to hang out. AC worked great. Bathroom was huge. Not an issue for us, but the floor was a bit saggy; seems to have suffered water damage from bathroom. The shower only has a quarter door so the floor does get very wet when showering. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

My room was small but comfortable and very clean. Everything had a very updated and modern look to it. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes had trouble understanding my questions in English. 4 minute walk from the Montparnasse metro or train station. There is one lift to get up and down floors but it is very small and you might have to wait on it a while if it is already being used.

This little hotel has one of the best service and nicest rooms I have ever seen at this price level with a very convenient location in Paris. I have had the opportunity to visit Paris many times and stay different hotels. Second time, the first time was ok, small room but acceptable, and recently refurbished. This time room #105 was still recent to be honest, but really too small, never again. Obviously no room to open a suitcase outside of the bed. No table or tablet anywhere in the room, no space for that. only a small chair, and a stool - next to the sink, used to put your amenities.
To top it, Wifi requires you to log in over and over, get cut off for no reason. Happened to me in the middle of a work Skype call.
Hint: trying to reload multiple sites at once prevents having to wait for the timeout that targets the login screen.

Hotel near station

Very convenient to Montparnasse Station in Paris. The hotel has recently been tastefully refurbished and is. Very clean and tidy. The room we had was oddly shaped using space available but was comfortable and good value for money. We only stayed one night as we passed through Paris having travelled by rail from Lisbon en route to London. Had we been visiting Paris for a longer period we would have hoped for a bigger room. Area full of restaurants so eating out was very easy.
Would certainly recommend to friends and would definitely use the hotel again.

Very nice attic room near Montparnasse station

We booked the hotel which is a walking distance to the Montparnasse train station for the next leg of our trip to Angers. We were given a lovely room which could easily fit a family of 6, instead of 4. It has very high standard of amenities inside the room-skylights, new fixtures, marble bath tub, etc. However, the lift go up only to the 4th floor and we had to carry 4 medium size luggage up steep steps to reach the 5th floor room. The sofa bed was also unmade when we arrived but the staff was quick to attend to our requests.The hotel has no restaurant except a vending machine at the ground floor but it's close to bistros and to the Lafayette shopping centre across the road. The ground floor was also being refurbished and they were sanding ceilings and painting while guests were checking out in the morning.

There was a complete miss match between our booking with Hotels.com and the hotel. Firstly, we booked for 3 people, the hotel only had a booking for 2. We asked for 1 single room and 1 room with two single beds. We got 1 single bedroom, and a double bed in the other room. We were told that there would be a €10 supplement per night because of the extra person. At breakfast (extra) the hotel ran out of food. However when we tackled the hotel about the lack of food, and the extra charge on the room (although a price had been confirmed with Hotels.com) they capitulated, and in fact could not have been nicer. Our main problem was that Hotels.com did not give the hotel the correct information regarding our stay.

good area - clean rooms

small comfortable hotel in very good location opposite Gallerie Lafayette and the Montparnasse tower
a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro with many cafes and shops nearby
try a trip to the top of the Montparnasse tower to see most of the sights of
Paris from the viewing platform ( costs 15 euros via fast lift )

Great Location to major attractions.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. We spent our honeymoon here and loved how close we were to everything. The hotel was not fancy or highend but, was nice and pleasant. The staff was super helpful and anything we needed they were more than happy to help with. The room was bigger than expected, which was awesome. It also was across the street from the mall. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to the hotel easily. The registration was fast and the person in charge was gentile. The room was big, so the bathroom. There was a big and comfortable bed. The location is very convenient for someone who needs to go to the Montparnasse train station, it is less than 5 minutes by walk. There are two metro stations at less than 4 minutes walk, so you can reach all Paris from there.

NOT TO RECOMEND!

Room is clean, big..... but no aircondition. Breakfast???? No way to book again coz always the same and everytime we have breakfast they get some bread from other table and you have to ask in the reception downstair coz no one in the breakfast room. They didn't speak english.
