A very good hotel with a friendly staff and a central and quiet location. Cleaning was done daily. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby, and it's right next to the metro. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

I had a great stay here. It was easy to check in, super friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations. The lobby and food area are very nice and kept very clean. I did not opt for the buffett breakfast but from the fantastic look of it I would next time. Lots of delicious foods and very clean and well kept. The coffee machine is awesome with lots of options (the hot chocolate one of my faves). Also had a cozy bar area and and lovely outside area with a few seats and tables.

Our hotel room was lovley and very clean the bed was comfortable and it was warm for the time we went. The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant we had asked if we could change rooms to one with a view and the gentleman gave us a few choices at no extra charge, the room service and continental breakfast was really lovely, i would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want easy access to all the travel amenities as bus stops and metro was right outside the hotel.

I was hoping you could help me with this one. I stayed at this Mercure and on the first night I stayed there someone broke into my room and stole 1000 Euros and my laptop while I was out.
On the next morning the hotel was everything but helpful and is still making a lot of trouble to show me the footage or show some consideration. I had to move hotels to feel safer and they can't even give me a report after I left. I believe they're stalling me to make this go away. Actually I heard that it wasn’t the first time this happened and it's clear they don’t have any control of who goes in the hotel whatsoever.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. The staff on check-in were very lovely and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very modern, but without loosing the Parisian design. It was beautifuly crafted. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower and bathroom were equally pleasing. The honey scented soap was spectacular. Only criticism is that the rooms are very smaller and smaller than they appear in the picutures. However, this is the case for most hotel rooms in Paris so not so much a criticism given its location and comparative places. With its perfect location (close and easy to catch Metro to major sites), beautiful design and comfortable rooms, I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay as well.

Immaculate privilege room, extremely friendly staff, and hotel centred in the Latin quarter which is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and clothes shops. Numerous metro stations around- including Vavin station and Raspail station just 5-10 min walk from hotel. Main monuments such as Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the catacombs are just a train journey away.

Overall good experience - the hotel is in a great location and has great accesibility for any major attractions in Paris (3 different tube stations within 5 min walks). The room we stayed in was nice and clean; comfy bed - quite small in comparison with the picture which is very smartly taken to give the impression of lots of space. There were two things that I did not particularly like: 1) the safe in our room was not working when we arrived and after multiple attempts of reaching out to reception to have it fixed, it was still not fixed by the time we left 2) in the room description on the website it was stated the room will have a minibar - this was not true when we arrived at the hotel; we did not need it anyway but it would have been ideal to have a true reflection of what was advertised

Had a great experience at this hotel. We wanted the city view with a terrace which we didnt get thr first day, however they accomodated us and the next day we changed rooms. Very friendly staff. There is an extra charge for breakfast, however it was amazing! We tried this the morning of check out and was worth it. They charge 2 euros for water - should be free, but still had an overall amazing experience. Next stay in Paris will be here! Thank you.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area of Paris. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who spoke good English (very helpful, since we know very little French). Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, our room was quiet. It was also clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning and nice bedding (though the mattress was too firm). There was a mini-fridge in the room with drinks and a safe for valuables. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was okay, your basic breakfast fare.

Very friendly staff who also spoke English, great location (there is a little supermarket just at the end of the road) and everywhere was clean. Room was small and slightly cramped and shower was very small. We had a gorgeous view from our own tiny balcony and the it was very quite. However the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and because of this we didn't get a good nights sleep at all during our trip.

The hotel itself is on a street right off the main road, so it's calmer and quiet. The room itself was comfortable with great fixtures and amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful. I arrived in Paris on the Eurostar from London, and it was incredibly easy to reach the hotel via the Metro from Gare du Nord. It was a mere three minute walk from the nearest Metro station! I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Paris!

Easy Access to All Paris Has to Offer
This was a very \"typical\" European hotel experience--small but workable rooms. The bed was very firm and seemed short to us (We are 6'1\" and 5'8\"). Hotel halls and carpet showed some wear and tear. Halls were difficult to navigate with large suitcases as they were very narrow. Staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel provided easy access to several metro stops and was within walking distance to many great restaurants and \"must sees.\"

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Very clean and newly renovated. The standard rooms are very small even for European standards. The bathrooms are tiny, so if you are taller or a bigger person you just won't fit in the shower. For these reasons we had to upgrade to a privilege room when we got there, which is a little bit bigger and has a normal size bathroom. If you don't mind tiny spaces, this hotel is excellent. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Ans is definitely worth it to book the room with breakfast included as it is €17 per person if you pay there.

Pros: the staff was wonderful and they spoke English. This was a big help since I didn't speak French. The location is great, it is next to few metro stations, great restraunts, and wasn't full of other tourists everywhere.
Cons: not many to say. Room was small which is to be expected, but the size of the shower is a bit small. So if you are claustrophobic, the shower might be a deal breaker for you.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel. At this price-point and in a great location tucked behind Boulevard de Montparnasse and within walking distance of the Latin Quartier, St Germain and the classic Paris sights of Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Champs Elysee etc. this is a real gem of a hotel with helpful friendly service and very good amenities. Highly recommended.
