Lovely hotel that sits in the center of Nice. Walkable to the shopping district and tons of restaurants and it’s easy access to tram and train as well. The bed is comfy (really helped us with he jet lag) and the front desk staff are super very friendly and helpful.

How much I dissatisfy with Hotel Atlantis Saint Germain des Pres in Paris is same how much I satisfy with Hotel Apolliaire in Nice.
If I go back to visit Paris, I will never choose Hotel Atlantis...They are very cheap, greed . they want get more and more money BUT never thing how to serve for suite the money that customers paid.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Our room was a decent size, and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Tall ceilings, modern bathroom with amazing shampoo and body products. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions of old town but was peaceful and quiet at night. We would definitely return.

Enjoyable stay for 4 nights

stayed at Hôtel Apollinaire for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The Comfort Room was well-finished with a spacious bathroom and full-sized bathtub. The hotel was spotless throughout thanks to the excellent housekeeping team.

A highlight was the wellness room—spacious, private, with a massage chair, sauna, and refreshments. I only wish a hairdryer had been provided there.

Reception service was mixed. Laura, the manager, was welcoming and assisted with early check-in, and Michael was also helpful. However, one receptionist, Lusine, was rude when I asked about using the landline, leading to an unpleasant exchange over a simple misunderstanding.

Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and mostly friendly staff, though guest service could be more consistent.

The hotel is ideal for seeing all the sights in Nice - you can walk everywhere. It's also around the corner from a tram stop, which is convenient for getting to and from the airport.
My room was clean, although I didn't like the toilet setup being separate from the bathroom.
While the hotel was in a good location, it felt a bit sterile, and the staff did not have a warm, welcoming vibe. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment. However, many places to eat, including breakfast, are within a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stations. Nice and clean facilities. Comfortable room, loved the fact the wardrobe had lots of hanging space and shelves so I could just unpack all my clothes. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was asked to pay a deposit of 150 Euros upfront which I was not expecting but I did get a full refund a few days after I checked out. Otherwise no other issues.

We walked here from the train station with our luggage in under 20 minutes. I think we got upgraded to a top floor, lovely corner room with a nice view to the south. Location is great to walk to the Promenade or anywhere else you want to go. The street itself is tree-lined and away from the bulk of the tourists. I recommend the nearby La Niçoise bakery if you’re there Monday to Friday. They know some English, but always ask before you assume because place caters to locals and the lucky tourists who find it.

The property has a good spacial bedrooms and v good location too and breakfast. however we didn't like the service on the check in day fr one of the reception staff. She was actually quite rude and impatient to me as I asked her about the spa facilities in the hotel and time slot.

I m v disappointmented with this experience. ever though every other staff was welcoming and helpful.

but due to this female staff's unapproeritate manner ,we would never choose to stay in this hotel again.

Room on second floor had an offensive smell. However, i relocated to the 5th floor and O was very satisfied with the room and location.

You may want to consider putting grab bars into the bath area in room 508.

My only possible complaint was that breakfast was a bit expensive at 20€ per day so we only stayed in once for breakfast but it did have a great selection. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

For a 4 star hotel it was missing several things that you would expect, but I guess the location did it for us this time. One thing that we didn't like was the variety of smells everywhere...

Staff was very short, not attentive or simply distracted. Only staff member that did more than what his duties were was Edmir. The other staff didn't really do their job... we asked for things that they agreed and didn't do... Edmir was there to help on everything.

Staying at The Apollinaire was convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but 10 minutes walk to the old town and the beach. My only complaint would be that we got an email prior to our arrival asking for our arrival time. We answered that we would arrive at 10am and it gave us the impression that we would be able to do an early check in. We never heard back. When arrived the lady at the front desk told us that check in was at 3pm and that we could leave our luggage. She also said that she would call us if the room was ready earlier. She never called us and we went back to the hotel at 2pm hoping that we could have access to our room and she said: “oh, your room is ready”. In other occasions, she wasn’t the most helpful either, but the rest of the staff was always very helpful and friendly.
