Our room was very clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious for the price we paid.
The staff were very helpful with getting the room set up with a cot/crib for our 7 month old son and for giving restaurant recommendations.
One thing to note is that the elevator is small and actually exits on a small landing between floors, so you still need to take some stairs. We made it work fine with our baby stroller but worth noting for others.

At the Hôtel Léopold the service is always friendly and helpful. The location near cafés and métros is very convenient and less touristy than some areas. The hotel is cozy and comfortable and the neighborhood is calm yet vibrant. The breakfast food is good quality with homemade cakes, pastries, cheeses, meat, boiled eggs, cereal and fruit. The beds are very comfortable. We always stay there when is Paris.

My wife and I flew in to Paris and wanted a hotel convenient to both the RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and the Gare Montparnasse for a train trip to Bordeaux. The Hotel Leopold met those requirements PERFECTLY! It's an easy 10-minute walk from the Port Royal RER B station and an easy 10-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. Furthermore, it's surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries...and is an easy walk from the famous Monoprix Montparnasse with its wonderful selection of food, wine and French goods. The rooms are not large, however nicely equipped and completely suitable for an overnight stay. And it's QUIET which is very unusual for Paris. The breakfast was EXCELLENT...with beautiful baked goods, cheeses, fruit and meats. The hotel staff was SO NICE and helpful...just THE BEST! I give my strongest recommendation to Hotel Leopold!!

The Hotel Leopold is comfortable clean and in a lovely area of Paris. Many restaurants bars and metro nearby. The family room was spacious and had air conditioning and black out blinds I would highly recommend staying here

Our stay at this lovely boutique hotel was a great. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We especially appreciated the lovely, cool rooms which provided a welcome escape from the heat. The area was great for eating in the evening as a great choice of cafe style restaurants to choose from.

I saw rave reviews on Expedia and expected a bit more. It was fine, but nothing that extraordinary. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. That's so basic an amenity. The room temp control was locked, so that I couldn't control it. It was a comfortable time of year but as a guest in a hotel, it's my choice what the temp is in the room.

Breakfast was super simple, but the quality of the food was very good. Staff were attentive and helpful, at all hours.

The bed was super comfortable and the keycards worked well.

Great location if you want to be near Montparnasse, like quiet (I do!). In addition to having the Metro outside your door, the RER is an 8 minute walk.

Gorgeous boutique hotel!

This hotel was a real find! Beautiful decor, super friendly staff and a delicious continental breakfast with handmade items. The bedroom was very small but most hotels in Paris run on the small side. The room was very cosy and quiet and the bed was big and very comfy. The shower and bathroom were tiny too but warm and cosy. The note from the owners was a lovely touch. Be warned the lift is also tiny (sensing a Parisien theme!) and the stairs are plentiful. The nearest metro station is 3 minutes away too. Nothing about this hotel disappoints however and for the price it is excellent value. We would definitely go back.

Loved the style and decoration of this hotel and also the area it is in. Found the lift a little difficult, as it stopped halfway between floors, meaning you had to still walk a flight of stairs up to, or down to your floor carrying your luggage. Coming out of lift , the stairs are immediately to the right going down, so caution is needed!

Lovely Boutique Hotel.

Lovely stay - gorgeous boutique hotel. Superior room was delightful, very generous room especially in central Paris. Coffee and tea facilities were available.
The continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the orange juice was particularly nice. The only thing missing was oat milk.
The staff were very happy and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Charming hotel in a lovely area yet close to the city centre. I received a very warm and friendly welcome at this lovely hotel, less than 10 minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse. I arrived around noon and expected to just drop off my bag, so really surprised when I was told my room was already prepared. Even nicer was a hand-written welcome note in my room.
The hotel is just a 2 minute stroll to Vavin metro station which links to the central area in just a few minutes. There are several quality bars, cafes and restaurants close by which is a great bonus. I walked to the central area near Notre Dame, which was very pleasant with a street market, smart shops and bars to stop at. Breakfast provided an excellent spread of quality food, and lots of it, presented so well. Service from all the team was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed in a two-room family suite. Check-in was great. They allowed us to store our bags for the day as we arrived early morning. Location is one block from metro station and cafes, restaurants etc… Stairs were steep, narrow and winding up 6 floors. Elevator was tiny and our kids got stuck for 2.5 hours when it broke down (DO NOT JUMP IN ELEVATOR!!) Staff tried very hard to make it up to us, however, maids forgot to replenish our toilet paper, towels, & dishes. Most of the staff are wonderful, and we would go back again, but ask for a room with proper bed instead of pull out sofa bed.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris. We stayed in two different hotels during our time in Paris and this was by far our favorite. The staff was warm and welcoming. The place was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Not to mention they had huge bath towels that were amazing. Easy to get to public transit. We really enjoyed our stay. It was during the heat wave in June 2019. The hotel was recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning and a small elevator. The location is very convenient - less than 5 min away from Raspail (line 6) station and about 10min walk from Port Royal (RER). There are many nice restaurants around the hotel area. It’s 100m away from one of the beat baguette shops, and less than 7 euro uber ride to Montparnasse Tower.
