The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (Thank you to Axel who helped us the most) The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. A good selection of foods; breads, egss, bacon, yogurt, granola, fruit, dairy and non dairy milk, pancakes, crepes, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea... We were very happy with our stay and only wish we could have stayed there longer!

The hotel was really nice. Clean and spacious. Staff was a bit cold except one male staff who helped me to get the extra room key (coz I left both keys in my room) was really nice. However, the overall experience was good. I will possibly stay here again for my next visit. Merci!

There was a pillow missing from one of the kids beds and when we asked for or, the staff member said they were on their own at reception and could we borrow one from the main bed and they’d sort it tomorrow. They didn’t provide one the next day though so that was slightly annoying. Otherwise our stay was excellent. Comfy beds, loved the gold out bunks for the kids, great room layout.

The room felt hot for us. The air sounded like it was working but we ended up sleeping with the balcony open which automatically turns off the AC but it was cooler than having the AC on. The staff were extremely nice , the buffet was really good and the room was clean and the bedding was really nice. Love it. Conveniently located.

Lovely little quiet hotel with nice bar area and courtyard. Staff friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Towels, basic toiletries, hairdryer, slippers. There was a kettle and coffee machine. These had a few items but not many. Enough for one cup in the morning.
Loved the location. If you are flying into CDG airport the train is so simple. Get off at Port Royal and then is a ten min walk from there. So simple. Would 100 % recommend this hotel. We walked everywhere! But the transport is also so easy and close by. Thank you for a lovely

Gateway to the highlights of Montparnasse

Superb position on edge of Montparnasse. Our double room was recently redecorated. Bright, cheerful colours and designs. Ground floor a little chilly due to afternoon rain cooling Paris. Staff welcoming and helpful.nice garden but too wet to use unfortunately. Maybe next time we visit?

We stayed at Hôtel Vacances Bleues Villa Modigliani in Montparnasse with our kids, and had three rooms. The location is great: lively neighbourhood, safe, with lots of food nearby and easy access to Gare Montparnasse, metro and the RER B to CDG. The hotel itself is charming, with two inner courtyards, cozy seating, and soft carpet throughout. Our rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, had comfy beds, AC, and big windows opening to the courtyard. We loved having a mini fridge, coffee/tea area, and a large desk. Front desk staff were helpful too.

But for a newly rated 4-star hotel, some details were a bit disappointing. The mini fridges felt a bit flimsy and slid out when opened, the in-room coffee was weak (only one creamer, not even restocked), and the expensive coffee at the bar wasn’t any better, which felt especially off for Paris. We do love good coffee. The AC fan was very loud (had to turn it off to sleep) and the bathroom layout in our room (awkward door placement with tripping door stopper hazard) wasn’t ideal especially with small kids. Also had a frustrating experience which soured the experience after checkout; we contacted them twice about two items left behind in one of the rooms, but they just said nothing was found. This was disappointing and felt like they didn’t really care to check. Sadly, won’t be returning.

This hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. Staff were courteous, location is amazing with grocery store a few stores down and metro station at the end of the block. It also comes with a beautiful and quiet courtyard. We have 8 and 11 year old and stayed in a family room with the bunk beds. They absolutely loved their bunk beds! If we were to come back to Paris, we would definitely consider this hotel again.

Hotel is located in the perfect location near all public transportation. Very safe with a giant gate that locks at night. Once you walk out of the hotel there’s a supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants options so it’s very convenient. If you’re hesitant to add the hotel breakfast do it. It’s so easy and everything is so fresh and abundant with lots of variety, you won’t regret it. They also have 2 beautiful courtyards to have breakfast or just hang out away from the city feeling like you’re transported to a beautiful garden. The rooms are very clean and a good size where you don’t feel too close together.

Set back off the Main Street the beautiful garden makes for a lovely entrance and introduction to the hotel. The recently refurbished rooms were tasteful and had all the amenities our family needed. From the sofa/bunk beds, the coffee machines, toiletries and even a handy pocket door for when the kids are asleep the adults could admire the view and have a glass of wine! Avoid this hotel at all cost there are many hotels in this charming area and we have stated many others. They give no consideration to customers. Our flight was canceled after seven hours on the runway and they extended no courtesy no consideration whatsoever, even though we had been long time Customers the attitude was terrible and it was a money grab and they let you know that that is there primary interest not whether you give them repeat business or recommend them in the future very shortsighted would never ever stay there again, but many other comparable hotels, price wise in the area so much better and much more appreciative The staff is terrible a real bad attitude. Also they avoid calling you back even though they tell you they will they just drop the ball completely and intentionally.

Rooms nice and clean, free filtered water on tap available 24hrs, easy access to the Metro and only a 25 minute walk to the Seine, or 10 minutes to the Luxembourg gardens. Staff were nice and friendly (particularly the night staff), very helpful, with some good advice where to visit or eat. V handy to be able to park our car in the hotel underground car park. They say it can only fit small cars but our Volvo xc60 fitted down there without trouble. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel, i wouldstay there again and again. Staff are attentive and friendly.
Even the single room is spacious with separate wc from shower and a TV that actually work.

Breakfast is €19 a bit to steep to what was on offer.The honey and the coffee is to die for.

There is cafe's, restaurants , wine bars from the pricey to the affordable. Close to the hotel is a supermarket and a pharmacy ( the pharmacy is a bit pricey

There is good transport links and a 13 minutes walking to Port Royal, where i catch 1 train to the main Airport.

The room we were given when we checked in was a handicap accessible room that had only 1 door on shower (when we showered, water went everywhere). More importantly, the A/C wasn't putting out any cold air and it was 90*F outside. When we spoke to staff for this, we were told there would be a maintenance person in the morning to check it out. The next night, we asked the employee there and he said it was impossible because it was a Sunday and maintenance wouldn't be in until monday. We eventually got him to say he could give us a room if people hadn't checked in by 11pm so we could have A/C.
Eventually we were able to get a different (but very small) room that had working A/C and attempted to use the laundry service advertised on expedia. They told us leave a bag with front desk in the morning. We came by in the morning and they told us that it wasn't a service provided anymore, only for the Olympics a full year ago, and they only did ironing service. When we came back at night we asked the employee there and he stated they didn't provide any laundry service at all and said the bags provided (which also said there were multiple services provided on the bag) were only there so you could carry laundry easier. Overall, the staff gave us mixed messages and completely different answers depending on who we asked, and various degrees of how much they helped.

The staff was gentle and helpful. The location is excelent - just a few steps from the tube and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The room was confortable and spotless. AC nor working in our room. It was a family room in the first floor. I raised it right away when we checked-in. Maintenance came to adjust something. Then thats it, mentioned cant do anything anymore. It went cold for 2-3 hours then it became warm again. Stand fan was also not provided because they dont have one. They did not even transferred us to other room stating they are fully booked. Receptionist mentioned that most customers open the windows instead. Duh! Sweating while sleeping for 3 nights stay. Took always a shower to cool down. They have breakfast at least.

My room had bed bugs and a broken AC unit. The Manager Louise didn't care to fix the issues and refused to give me a clean room. He assistant told me they have had problems and many of the rooms on first floor were not fixed properly during renovation. It ruined my Paris vacation.

Perfect for families. Our room had a large double bed and a bunk bed and appeared newly renovated. The hotel is set back from the road so very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for a couple of nights in paris. Easy walking distance to jardin du luxembourg, montparnasse tower and pantheon and a short tube ride to others. Lots of restaurants nearby and bakeries for breakfast. A mini fridge and nespresso machine were also in our room for added comfort. We left our bags in a secure room on the last day so we could explore paris, very convenient. Would definitley return if we came back to Paris.

Not fit for family travel

Its a clean, modern and efficiently small hotel room. Would be great for two young persons. Three person room is small for one adult and two young children - would not recthree adults. The sofa bed is a sofa and not really a bed. The sofa is placed in the entry way with three doors opens to it (one main entrance, two split bathroom doors).
