The evening staff was horrible, very rude and unprofessional. The man I asked help because the air conditioning was dripping water literally on the bed on the face of my friend while she was sleeping. He said with a bad attitude that he can't help me, only he can do is to turn off the air conditioning, it's terribly hot and said open the window and door, you think you can sleep with the door open, and that time the window was wrapped with plastic and can't be opened. He is a very representative of this hotel, very unprofessional and rude. We put all the towels to the dripping air conditioner and we slept for 2 days in a very bad condition. Our money should be returned to us......
The bed covers are older than old and same with the towels, they need an upgrade.
The lady in the morning was nice and professional but didn't do anything to resolve our issue as well, maybe she did but no action on the management?
The only positive is the location of this hotel, otherwise everything is bad.

Things that may be good for feedback - Scaffolding didn't help being outside my room, hard to relax with banging outside the window and I wasnt able to store bags without alternatives being offered. Outside I had to make it past people living on the streets. But the staff were all friendly and hotel was clean.

Basic hotel in an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. Some low rumbling from train but not bothersome in my opinion. Thin walls so probably not a great romantic getaway but perfect for a budget-minded solo traveler with easy access to transportation to all of the Paris sights. Skip the breakfast and enjoy it at the Cafe Montparnasse or Paris Baguette a few steps away.

the property is a very old one, all the towels and blankets are very old like it was used for 20 years before, the sound of the metro when it passes all the building will shake and you can't sleep knowing that I was at the 4th floor, when I asked the reception to move to another room he told me that there's no availability and he was suddned as if it was not supposed to hear that voice.
breakfast is very limited choices.
the one thing that is good for this hotel is the location

The subway line is right under the hotel and the hotel shakes every 5 minutes when a train passes by. Staff is nice, location is good close to train station.
Wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise.

The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Excellent location with easy access to train/metro.
Many restaurants nearby with reasonable price and delicious food.
The hotel facilities/conditions are expected to be improved.
The wine glasses are very dirty which was quite shocking. The bathroom is very dated. Duvet cover feels very tough. Not very comfy. Not very noise-proof as you can hear people from upstairs flushing the toilet.
Don't bother the breakfast. Luckily we usually get up late so didn't bother booking the breakfast. It doesn't worth 12euro for mainly cereals.

Hotel was nice and clean. Location is good with access to metro nearby. The metro passes underground, so you could hear it, feel it passing by, but I was okay with that. The only major issue at least for me and my wife was that there was no shower curtain, so that made it real difficult to shower because I was trying not to get the floor all wet. That was real awkward. Overall 3 out of 5.

The hotel was in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. The metro was also very close which made travel in the city convenient. Breakfast had a good selection and a good value. Since we were so close to the metro, we could hear the rumble of trains arriving, we did get use to the sound. The rooms were fairly small but had everything you needed. The bathroom was a good size.

Noisy rooms, elevator dating from 60s, receptionists in the evening not helpful. A part of the hotel doesn't have elevator so one should be careful while booking. Range of breakfast menu is very limited given the price we pay for it. Wash basin got chocked and we shifted to another room and that room's wash basin also got chocked.

Paris has a great Metro system and Montparnasse is a major bus and subway hub. I was able to get anywhere in the city. Usually within thirty minutes. One of the main train stations is right there as well.

It is in a very great location - central and literally right at the metro stop. Lots of restaurants and bistros nearby. The front desk people ar4e super friendly and helpful. However the room is not very clean, has a smell, and very old looking. The carpet needs to be changed. But given the price and location, it is still a win.

While not updated, facilities were clean and quaint, and had character. The location is incredible—a metro stop just outside, small grocery across the street, cafes just next door, and even an adorable public water fountain just a few buildings down. Luggage hold was complimentary. Breakfast was good, though note that allergens were not listed at the buffet of mostly breads, cold meats, cheese, and fruit. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly but our plane was delayed a day so we were late for our reservation. My husband called to arrange things and the person on the phone told him it would be fine we would just have to pay for all of our nights we had booked which made sense to us. When we got there the next morning our reservation had been cancelled and they had charged us for the one night we didn’t check in. They no longer had a room for us but found us one the next night. We spent most of a day after getting off of an overnight flight wandering Paris without a shower and jet lagged. It all worked out in the end but started out rocky.

This hotel is convenient to metro stations and lines, great restaurants and boulangeries. The staff was friendly and the facilities are clean. They provide luggage storage. The rooms have AC and there is a small elevator if you don't want to take the stairs. For a fee, you can get breakfast in the lobby and there are a variety of options but we didn't partake.

The location was excellent, near Luxembourg Garden, plenty of bistros and shopping. The room was spacious relative to other hotels in Paris. The major downside is that if you are a light sleeper, the underground is quite noisy even with windows closed. Sound sleepers no problem.

The subway was right beneath the hotel so the rumbles were frequent, and if you’re not okay with stairs then this isn’t for you. I ended up being the third floor with the last room down the hall with no elevator, so dragging up my bags was pretty tiring. The rooms were nice though with a little closet, desk, and comfy bed. The bathroom was small but as I wasn’t hanging out in the hotel that much and it was just me, I didn’t mind. Only downside to the bathroom was I was given used soaps and such, so that made me a little suspicious on the cleanliness. Don’t try to check in early though! Unless you’re paying for early check in, you WILL have to wait until 2pm (they’ll hold your bags though).

This is a great location, close to great food and the metro. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. It is over the metro station and I didn’t see it in any reviews but we were on the first floor and could feel the metro and hear the rumbling through the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, staff very helpful very clean throughout. Excellent location.
Stayed in room 23, the only negative view was the mini bar, which smelt of rotten fish and needed to be deep cleaned or replaced, was not able use, did complain with receptionist. It was also noisy hearing the metro running in the early hours of the morning sounded a bit like a thunderstorm.

Cozy hotel and center of a Main Street where you can get multiple busses or trains. The wifi was not working the day of arrival, the next days didn’t connect either ( issues with their router). Our key got deactivated the next morning. Be prepped to walk up a lot of stairs

The hotel is small and friendly and very clean. It is conveniently located. The staff gives a welcoming atmosphere. For $10 a day you can have breakfast. Rooms are not well equipped for digital devices. Even on the top floor, the Metro roars under the building all night. It is simple but good & I will stay there again as for Paris the price is reasonable. My stay was pleasant & hassle free.

Worst experience ever! The team at the hotel needs to go on customer service training, including the manager who couldn't leave her lunch with the whole team to come and talk to me, and she never did when she said I will come after her lunch.
WIFI is terrible and needs to reboot the whole thing every so on. A lot of noise, and vibration due to the station just under. The room is just very old and dirty and needs a lot of renovation. No water, nothing in the room.
For what I paid I could have a much better place! Never go back again!!!!!

Perfect location. Metro is right downstairs. Bus stop is right outside (bus 82 takes you straight to Eiffel). A row of restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, French, American, Lebanese, Indian) are right outside. However, be aware that as the metro runs right underneath, it creates vibration and noise until after midnight. The property needs a bit of maintenance as well, the air conditioner in our room did not cool at all, probably not serviced for years. Breakfast is alright, bare minimum but we were okay with it.

We stayed two nights. A comfortable, well-run hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. Location on Tour Montparnass is excellent - close to amenities and attractions. Our room was small (not as spacious looking as the picture on the booking form) but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right above the Metro station and during the day there is some vibration felt from the passing trains btu it was not an issue at night.

Overall I was happy, but the rooms were not noise proof at all and the toilet flush was also (almost continuously) noisy! So if you wake up easily during the night, that is going to be a problem.

We stayed for three nights and walked to all most all the attractions. Line 6 Metro stain is at the door of the hotel. There was some rumble felt in the room from the trains but if you tired it does not matter. Enjoyed the stay. The staff member printed our bus tickets and was polite. I will recommend it for the location.

The fist person i encountered behind the desk could not find my reservation at first and when she finally did she had zero knowledge about the surrounding area such as parking, places to eat or any general knowledge of train stations ect. Reserved a room with 2 double beds, got there only to be told, \"sorry we only have a room with one double bed. You will have rent another room.\" (Upon talking to another guest, from California, attempting to check in, they explained that they were having the same issue with their bed/room situation) However at this point what choice did we have, it was late, we were already there, so we did rent a second room. The second room did not have air conditioning. We were told a window of time for a complementary breakfast. Breakfast was a few pieces of various breads, a choices of old (close to rotten) fruit, and some tougher than leather prosciutto. Only to be hit with a charge of 15 Euro a person. On top of that we also were charged some sort of \"Paris city tax\" per person per stay. Why it was disclosed to us from the beginning or just included in the price initially, I don't know. I hope you fare better than we did if you visit, traveler beware!!! Oh, and it has the world's smallest elevator (which was kind of amusing)

Rien à dire sur le personnel, mais je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Le système de chauffage est une grosse climatisation dans la chambre : elle s’active toutes les 10 minutes et fait un bruit monstrueux. Sans compter les grosses ventilations extérieures à quelques mètres de la fenêtre, les vibrations du métro la journée, et le personnel qui gueule dans le couloir.

Die ganze Nacht durch hört man Geräusche.

Ich hatte keine grossen Erwartungen von einem 3-Sterne Hotel, aber wenigstens die Zimmer hätte man gründlich reinigen können. Sehr schwach.
