Location of hotel was excellent as it was close to most of the major attractions. The bus line or train is close by which makes getting around the city effortless. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom being too small.

The rooms were clean, however we found them very warm and we couldn't quite figure out the AC. The bathroom was very small, so be prepared for that. I enjoyed the property with just a few exceptions. No hot pots in rooms for coffee, my particular roomed smelled like tobacco which led me to ask for room spray which didn’t do much and the walls are pretty thin so you hear everything in the room next to you. Good things were the water was good and hot the air conditioning worked very well and the windows opened nicely and beds were comfortable. The staff we had was nice.

The rooms are clean and when I needed extra blankets the staff attended to my needs very quickly. The area is beautiful. I live in Beverly Hills so I’m used to beautiful streets. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I will stay there again and again. I absolutely loved this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities and staff are very good. Our bathroom didn't have a window or ventilation and smelt very damp. The grouting was covered in black mildew and would have benefited from a thorough scrubbing.

This property is in a neighborhood that mostly serves locals or French travelers but is quiet close to the center of Paris. The restaurants and patisseries are good and it is two blocks from bon Marché my favorite food store and department store in Paris.
The staff speak enough English to get you what you need. The room was clean and most importantly, the air conditioning was good.
We didn’t eat the breakfast because there are such good choices locally for less.

Most of the staff was nice and the bed was decent. I don’t think I have any other positive things to say about this hotel. It didn’t feel clean. We ran out of toilet paper in our room and when I went to get some from the front desk I’m pretty sure he ran up to an empty room and grabbed a used roll. The bathroom had mold around the window. Stains on the carpet. And this may be petty but I didn’t care for the room key situation. They use real keys on an obnoxious key chain and then expect you to turn it in to the front desk every time you leave so they can hold on to it for you.

The paint was peeling a little on the bathroom ceiling but it did not detract from the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Staff was excellent and friendly. You cannot beat the location for easy access to the Seine, St. Germaine des Pres and Montparnasse. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was not provided as in many other European hotels and was €16 per person which seemed excessive for what was available. This hotel is in a decent location, a few blocks from metro. Close to a selection of restaurants, where you can get a breakfast for cheaper than at hotel. Only downside that is unusual is you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave the property.

I did not enjoy this stay. The hotel is very old. Old carpet and old wall paper. The room was so dark even I had all the lights turned on. The pictures on expedia website make the hotel looked a lot nicer. They used small bottles of shampoos and not given on the second day. No hair conditioner. Lotions were watery. Soap bars for shower. We ended up going to nearby grocery store to buy our own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tissue box was half empty when we arrived so it was empty fast. Front desk was very small with one receptionist. Need to give the room key to the receptionist every time leaving the hotel. Breakfast area very small. I paid over $250usd per night for this hotel so I wasn't happy. But it was too late to do anything and I won't let it ruin my vacation! Will not stay here again!

The property was a smaller establishment and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the room size was small and tight. Food service was good for the price but limited and repeated daily. Cleanliness of the room was adequate, however after the 2nd day, housekeeping services seemed to languish. By the third day, towels were not replenished, even though we had used the same towels for the 1st 2 days, and the fourth day, only one bath towel and a hand towel were provide for the 2 of us. Additionally by the fourth day we ran out of toilet paper and used tissue paper until the next day when the empty spindle was replenished with a used roll with less than a full roll of paper!

Hotel De Sevres was ideally placed within a lovely area of Paris . Close to varied small shops & lovely little restaurants. A short walk to the metro stations which was perfect . The staff were very helpful . The room was clean & comfortable, and tea/ coffee was available in the downstairs lounge all day from 1pm til 11pm. A tv in the room, but no English speaking channel available .

Front desk is not really friendly, not coffee maker in room neither in lobby as usual, the man in front desk who was doing the breakfast tell us have to pay for a cup of coffee really rude. I understand that we have to pay for breakfast but it is extreme that force the guest to pay for breakfast by denying a cup of coffee, unacceptable.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Sevres! My room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to let in fresh air, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of walking. I did not try the breakfast, but I appreciated the nespresso machine, hot water kettle (with tea bags), and small chocolates available in the afternoon through the evening. I took advantage of those each evening after returning from the day’s activities. The location is also great with many restaurants, shops, and metro/bus stops nearby yet also the immediate block around the hotel is quiet. Definitely recommend!

Hotel is good but need some love. Is located on a fabulous area with many pharmacies, restaurants and else, and is on a quiet street. We felt safe all the time and staff were very attentive and kind. However, not every room is as the photos here and we first got an ugly one, nothing like the photos. It was dark, small and outdated. Thankfully staff were able to change our room and we got one cute. Bathroom in both rooms needed some improvement, ex: toilet was stained and didn't looked cleaned, shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Nonetheless , I recommend staying here because you get what you pay for. If they can improve a few things it would be definitely a 5 star review.

We stayed as a 4-person family in the 2 bedroom “apartment” for 5 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with a double bed in one bedroom, a single bed in another bedroom and the couch converts into a comfortable double bed. The converted-couch may have been bigger and more

The cooking pots were very limited (only one small pot), but we mostly just used the frying pan to cook eggs for breakfast (we ate lunch and dinners out).
The location was amazing- a wonderful bakery 1 minute walk away, a carrefour grocery store 1 minute walk away, and very easy access to the subway and bus system.
Overall the hotel had everything we needed for our family and were very happy to have found this place!

The room was great for a solo, one night visit. It is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants, and the employee at the front desk was kind and helpful. As far as the room goes, though I booked a double room, it was actually quite small. It was also a bit dated, with a lot of wear noticeable in the bathroom. The bathroom pipes were loud, where you can hear water noise from other showers and flushing- even with the bathroom door closed. It's a small hotel, so all the rooms are steps from the elevator, meaning you may hear comings and goings at all hours. The AC was not working, but the window was helpful to let a breeze in. The hotel room doors use normal keys, and don't have much more in terms of security (like a deadbolt lock or door guards/latch that most hotels have). The front desk asks you to leave your key with them before you leave the premises- I thought this was optional, but they asked me to leave my key every time I left the building. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but if I was staying in the area longer, I would opt for something more comfortable.

The remarkable thing about our room in this hotel was how perfectly quiet it was, even though were many cafes and bars nearby. The beds were comfortable, and we were given the twin beds we asked for. The location was excellent for walking to many many important sites. My only criticism was being charged 20 euros for four small bags which they kept for us after we checked out. This was the first time I have ever encountered a charge for that service.
