Take your hard earned money and spend it on literally any other hotel. I can’t express enough how much I regret booking this hotel.

The staff member we dealt with at the front desk was beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and the rooms are worse than many hostels.

Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This leads me to believe nothing is being cleaned properly. If it was, they’d know the shower wasn’t draining and would have fixed the problem instead of putting more guests in the room.

The bed was hard as a rock and also had a giant bump in the middle.

And all this for the posted price of 300€/night? Shameful.

So again, spend your money literally anywhere else.

Great location, fancy & safe area! walkable to Le Bon Marche mall, luxury brand stores, Louvre, Garden of Luxemburg, Cafe de Flore, etc! They do have an elevator, but mind you, it is very small! It says it can fit 3 people but it is tight space. Bed is cozy (we just feel extra pillows would help more), Staff is nice & friendly.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our room was very much like home & not a hotel with unique furnishings and plenty of space! The bathroom could use some extra cleaning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not sure about colder months but the AC (at least on floor 2) was turned off we were told the last two nights we stayed , due to time of year. Could use at least a fan in room also. Otherwise great location & stay!

This is a quaint, small hotel close to St Sulpice church, shops, restaurants and pubs. The room was on the small side but comfortable, and the air conditioning cooled the room adequately. The elevator is extremely small, and only one person can go in it with their luggage. Otherwise, this property is very acceptable for its great location.

Quaint old fashioned hotel, situated in one of the best places in Paris: close to all city centre attractions and very close to the Metro. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Despite the lack of à decent lift, complimentary tea and coffee, I really liked the hotel and am very likely to come back.

Nice convenient place, unless you/luggage is big

Pretty convenient with a chunk of restaurants etc nearby, not a huge walk to Notre Dame and other scenery.

The room was not huge but not tiny. Bathroom was not cramped. Toilet, sink, shower all in one room which does not lock. Since it is on the inside there is no ventilation of the bathroom, like so many places. Bathroom and room appeared very well cleaned. Curtains darkened the room well; windows blocked a lot of the street noise. Employees were nice.

The Achilles heel is the lift (elevator). It is VERY shallow and the rear door accordions to the inside. Also not super wide. So if you or your luggage is very large that will be a problem.

We had an urgent situation where our son needed to come to our room with us. The hotel clerk insisted that our son couldn't come to our room and said he would call the police. We brought him to our room to make a plan for him. The clerk then came to our room and insisted that our son leave. We asked if we could pay for him to stay for the night as his school dorm was closed and the hotel advertises that they accept extra guests in the room on a rollaway bed for 25 euros. We paid that fee, but were never offered a rollaway bed, sheets, or blankets for our son. He slept on the floor on our blankets. The next morning we took him to his dorm and let the day desk clerk know that our son was not staying at the hotel anymore. When we came back from dinner that night, our son was with us. As we walked into the hotel, the night clerk stood up and repeatedly yelled at us that our son couldn't come to our room. We showed our son's dorm card and explained that he wasn't staying with us anymore. During a 20 minute argument, the manager walked into the hotel. We explained that our son was not a guest and we showed his dorm card. The manager refunded the 25 euro fee we paid after we showed a picture of our son sleeping on the floor. He made excuses for the unprofessional staff, told us that we could call President Macron to complain, but he allowed our son to come to our room. We saw a rollaway bed in a closet 12 feet from our room that would have easily fit in our suite.

The receptionist thought I had not paid the tax and threatened me lo call the police as we were leaving to the airport. The water in the room 4 euros small water. Horrible. Building in poor conditions.
NO vayan a este hotel, está deprimente, 2 personas en el elevador apretados, si llegan carry on y son varios se la pasan en el elevador. Pensaron que pague las taxes y me amenazó gritándome que llamaría a la policía. La ducha súper peligrosa con una media puerta de cristal que se mueve, prepárense para caerse. This was a fabulous stay! The location is a 10 for all the main sights, restaurants and metro. We had a room on the 6th floor with a little balcony and bistro set which was an added bonus. The room was very spacious for Paris. Very clean room with comfy bed. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen, it fits 1 person and suitcase side by side. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, but you do not get a lot for your money. The Pro's for this hotel are the location, king bed, great water pressure and hot water. There is an elevator, but it's the worlds smallest elevator. It's a tight fit for two adults and no luggage.

The Cons far outweigh the pro's. The picture on Hotels .com looked nothing like our room. The furniture is shabby, battered, and mismatched. The furniture looked like it came from a flea market. There was a hole in the baseboard. The ceiling was a flexible vynal fabric, but it looked like a real ceiling. The bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallways and stairwell is very worn and has some holes. The front desk staff barely said hello. I don't know how this hotel had such a high rating on hotels.com.

We paid about $300 a night for this dump. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was everything I was looking for. It’s an old building with a spiral staircase, big windows, and crown molding-so pretty. There was a large shower/bathtub, and a small mini fridge. The AC was not working, but with the large windows, it was comfortable enough.
Location is great-convenient to a couple train stations, restaurants, cafes, souvenirs, and market grocers all within a ten minute walk!
One thing you should know before you stay is while there is an elevator, it’s really only big enough for a person to stand with a small suitcase-it was fine for me, but not what I was expecting.

We had a wonderful stay. Location is excellent. Very close to a Metro and all the shopping and food places. Rigt next to St Sulpice church. Our room for two is spacious including the bathroom and shower. I requested a lower floor which is great so I only took the stairs each time and just used the elevstor for our luggage.

We absolutely loved the area! Our balcony (which was difficult to access) had a wonderful view of Saint Sulpice Cathedral. We felt safe the entire time. The staff were alright, not necessarily friendly, but not mean. Definitely did not seem to be super fluent in English, which is fine because I was the foreigner! We did have an ant problem that we chose not to address because I knew it would be difficult. The elevator is TINY. Like, struggle to fit one person tiny. We did not have the breakfast, so I cannot speak to that.

Not a bad place and I would stay here again, but they don't really hit. Front desk not very welcoming, room generous and bed comfortable. Thumpy noises through the night, not sure if they came from in the building or outside. I was there three nights and it happened every night.

Stayed here for a week and loved it! The location made it easy to get on the metro and access all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast available was pastries, coffee, and yogurt. The staff were all very nice. Only complaint was that the elevator was extremely small, but we made it work!

This facility was clean. It was somewhat small. The bathroom was adequate.

There is an \"elevator\" but it was the smallest that I have ever seen. They do have stairs that reach every level, but if you are wheelchair bound, it WILL NOT FIT YOU? If you are somewhat claustrophobic it will push you to your limit. If you are fully claustrophobic, you will absolutely refuse to let the doors close on you. Other than that, it was fine and a good value.

The rooms were bigger than we expected. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. There was no remote control for the air conditioning unit on the wall so it got too hot at night. The toilet seat was broken and you couldn’t sit without sliding off. I told the front desk about the toilet seat and they brought us more towels.

I don’t understand their breakfast situation. It wasn’t explained, nor was there any brochure to tell us what we needed to do so we did not have breakfast there.

They did they were very kind when we asked about the next morning. They said we didn’t order it, but they didn’t tell us how to order it the day before and the front desk people went and gave us a croissant. She was very professional and nice .

The level of English language was very low, so it was very difficult to communicate with him even at a basic level In French or English.

2 minute walk to subway station, cafes and restaurants everywhere within 1-10 minutes walk. Luxembourg Garden 12 min walk away. The air conditioning in the room was AMAZING! Area is very safe, laundromat 4 min walk away.

The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they were not personable at all and probably the least personable staff of any hotel we've stayed at. We didn't pay for the breakfast since there were much better options for the same price just a couple to a few minutes walk away. The toilet seat in our bathroom was not attached completely so it slid around when we sat on the toilet. The elevator is a one person elevator so you are going to be walking up stairs.We were on the fifth floor and it got annoying real quick when we were a family of 3. We had 6 available electrical outlets in our room, but only 2 of them worked.

We paid $400/night which was over $100 more than the advertised room charge on the hotel room door. We'd certainly stay in this area again, but definitely not at this hotel.

Classic parisian hotel in spectacular St Germain district. Location is A for visitors, close to metro, bus etc. 20 mins walk to Notre Damn, 5 mins walk to Luxemborg garden which is amazing for a morning breakfast picnic. hundreds of eating options within 10-15 mins walk. Hotel itself is a bit old but staff are very polite and helpful. the elevator is hilarious small ( 2 person max) but I will take it over having no elevator. its very charming and a great value for the money and location. rooms are in clean good condition as well, al thought a little small.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of St Germain. The hotel was always locked so the front desk staff always had to open the front door for us.
We never had breakfast but the little lounge area was sweet. The tiniest lift you have ever seen - it was fine for us as we only had small backpacks but it would have been one suitcase and one person otherwise. Everything worked, everything was clean. Lovely big room. We enjoyed our stay.
