was a disappointing choice, considering the cost per night I paid. rooms are too small, elevator is too small, no-one is here if you want to order a coffee or a glass of wine, it would have been better if the breakfast is served as a buffet and not as a set menu, and more varieties , for someone who stayed 5 nights it was too much for me.

Was traveling with a friend and booked a room with two beds. It was basically a king bed with a crack in the middle. Bathroom was not really conducive for two people. Enjoyed the convenient location in St Germain.

Don’t take room 13!!! Unless you like sitting in the toilet with your head stuck in the wall!!! Terrible toilet and water stream is really weak. Such a bad experience for the price paid.

We just got back from a 3 night stay and we had a lovely time. The location is great. There are many cafes, restaurants and shopping near the hotel and it is walkable to most tourist attractions. It is a beautiful area that doesn't feel too crowded. The hotel is small but the staff is very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The bedding and bed were very comfortable. It was our first trip to Paris and we would go back to the same area and Hotel Pas de Calais in a heartbeat.

The entire experience from the booking, to the pick up from the airport, (it is a little extra but so worth it), to incredible staff of which I consider family now! Valerie has been at this hotel for very many years, and Louise, Jeremy, Meylissa, Salma and the rest of the staff are just the most professional and yet, friendly and helpful people I’ve had the privilege of getting to know on our trip. I cannot say enough about the hotel itself. We had the “smallest” of the rooms, the Classic Double” room and it was absolutely perfect! We were on the 3rd floor and we had this gorgeous view from our room. The little Juliette balcony was perfect for us.
The breakfast was such a lovely way to begin our day! We loved all of the food and the staff that served us. The coffee was delicious! We enjoyed our nightcaps in the evening in the bar lounge area as well! You are steps away from incredible cafes and restaurants. The Louvre is a 10 min walk and the Norte Dame is a 15 min walk. What a charming hotel right in the heart of the 6th. You are a leisurely stroll from all the iconic spots this neighborhood is known for as well as high fashion boutiques and great restaurants. The hotel itself has really chic interior design. I was upgraded from the original room I booked and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast served in the morning is a simple and satisfying way to start the day. Great for a solo traveler!

This hotel is beautiful!! I loved everything about it. Our room was clean and super comfortable. We had everything we needed. What I liked the best was the staff, they went above and beyond to be helpful. They helped us with tours and to plan our visits. They also heard it was my twins birthdays and sent the a gift and chocolates to their room. They made us feel at home and made our stay special. The location is incredible and don’t miss the breakfast it is the delicious.

What a welcome live green wall wall with living orchids placed throughout the installment. After walking around the city this hotel provides a beautiful and cozy spot to have breakfast. Additionally there is a reading nook with a fireplace to have a location outside of your room to rest and regroup. The bed in our room had beautiful linens and was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable and very helpful. The cappuccino was delicious . The elevator is for one person plus luggage and the walk up is very easy. A welcome retreat.

Excellent young and efficient staff especially Isabella our server at breakfast, which by the way was a complete continental breakfast with wonderful baguettes and butter, croissants, pain raisin and chocolate, brioche etc fresh French Coffee and squeezed Orange juice among other things. The property was lovely and well maintained but be forewarned there is only one small elevator so if you have a problem with stairs make sure your room is serviced by the lift. The bar was well stocked but no dedicated bar tender so you had to get the front desk attendant to get your drink, though they were very helpful and eager to please. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The hotel location was fantastic, and the hotel was overall very nice, however our room was extremely small and quite noisy since it faced the construction on the road. The bathroom was unfortunately so small that one could not use the toilet with conventional seating. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she was curt and suggested just we should spend more money to receive a larger room, even though we were VIP Members which had no benefits at this location.

We booked a deluxe room. Upon arrival we were given a standard room. Clearly NOT the room we selected on the website.
We went to the front desk to complain about the room and the size of the room. We were immediately given the keys to the proper room. I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel years ago and filed it away for future reference. Happily the return visit did not disappoint.
