Villa Madame is absolutely great. It has gone under a pretty big make over this year, which means it looks stunning and new, but it has kept it’s boutique hotel charm. Room is lovely, staff fantastic and breakfast you won’t want to miss it. The area is maybe the best in Paris, full of dinning options, shops, short walk to anywhere you want to be and still in a quiet block. Stayed at Villa many times and it never gets old, wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Paris

PERFECT PARIS STAY!

This is a true Gem within walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens! The hotel was renovated beautifully, and we were the first to stay! What a treat! Everyone was so kind, including Nelson and Agatha! The Breakfast Pastries were plentiful and amazing. (Madeline was awesome too) Our room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect! This hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. We Highly recommend!!

The service staff at the front desk and cleaning/concierge and breakfast were very kind, hospitable, helpful and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back and hear about the renovations that are planned. The only suggestion I have is to have the croissant fresher (:-) hot from the bakery down the street) and to have the shower head higher with the water spray going farther out. I was on my heals at the back of the tub trying to get closer to the water sprayer.

Property was ok, beds very comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side and fairly old and dated. Believe this is what is known as “Parisian” so if that’s what you’re looking for then you’ll like it. If you’re looking for something more updated and modern, Paris is not the right city for you. Staff was courteous. We were told we had to leave our rooms keys at the front every time we left, but noticed several guests not doing that. Not sure why we had to. We were told it was for ‘security’ reasons.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel had prepared champagne for my birthday and we're fantastic the whole weekend through. We had some really bad news from home and had to leave in a rush so couldn't enjoy our stay in the way we wanted but we will return to make up for it one day.

We were just there one night very short visit so we were in a standard room. The staff was just wonderful and the decor was casual and elegant at the same time. My one big complaint is that there was black mold in the grout in the shower. It was a small bathroom so if we have been there longer it would not have worked for us. Truly my one complaint was the mold in the shower.

Comfortable room- less than ideal location

The room was very comfortable- the beds were nice and it was clean. Our room was very large with the living area. The shower had peeling paint and black stains that looked like mold. There was only hot water for about 4 minutes. I would expect better for the price.
Be aware- the property is right next to a school. It was so loud with screaming children when they were on their breaks. Even with earplugs the noise was extreme.
The hotel requires you to return your key every time you leave, and retrieve it after every return.
The garden was the main appeal for staying here, however when I went to sit, there was construction- workers tools were spread out and there was a lot of noise. The noise from the school made me not want to go on the patio at all. It was not pleasant or relaxing as I though it would be.
The area is off the beaten path. There are 2 cafes across the street and a bakery, as well as French restaurant and empanada shop. Other than that you’ll need to walk a little further to get a variety of restaurants.
While the room was large and comfortable I would not stay here again due to the noise and location.

Super accommodating and friendly. Plus a small bar hiding in the dining area for the “anytime” drinks.
Close to Metros 12 and 4.

Front staff was very stiff, rooms were tiny and filled with unnecessary furniture and not appropriate for two people with two pieces of luggage. Concerns were dismissed by the staff who did not want to engage in conversation. The room itself was clean.
The mattress was comfortable but the duvet was foamy and heavy with no top sheet. It was hard to move around and we weren't able to put away our clothes since there was a very heavy second desk and chair blocking the closet. The closet was extremely tiny anyways. Staff did not engage us with the hotel or make us feel relaxed. Complete opposite of what we are used to when staying at other hotels.
Definitely put a damper on
our visit to Paris. Maybe this is a business oriented hotel suited for one person but I'm sure there are other better options for the price.

We had a good stay as a couple ar Hotel Villa Madame. Lovely bakery across the road and it's close to a convenience store for water, snacks etc. The location was good with close links on the bus and metro (saint suplice about 7 mins walk away), it was quiet and felt like a nice part of town. The rooms were cleaned daily, super comfy bed and a nice shower. We would have liked to have had a fridge instead of a wine cooler in the room to put water in, especially on hot days, as the cooler doesn't chill water. However overall a good stay.

A good hotel in a safe and upscale and cool location just outside the bustle and hustle of Paris city center but very walkable to all attractions and conveniently located near several different metro stops. It’s a boutique hotel so the elevator lift is quite small. The breakfast options were also limited. The bed and sheets were not comfortable they felt damp and wet and could not sleep well as a result. AC worked just fine but room was very humid and a bit musty. Maybe change the bedding to more drier and comfortable materials. The front desk woman and males were very friendly and helpful and apologetic. I’m the hotel is a decent value for the money and location but because of the bedding situation I would not stay again unless that has been corrected. I prefer a nice dry and warm bed and bedding. The sink was also a bit dated and did not drain properly. Not a very large room but ok for the 3 nights. Paris did a great job with the Olympic Games and was very fun overall.

Our stay at Villa Madame was wonderful! We were able to change and leave our bags early in the day before our room was ready. Previous guest mentioned disliking that they preferred guests to leave the card key upon exit. I personally thought this was nice because 1) I didn’t have to worry about misplacing the key card and 2) I felt safe that someone would realize we hadn’t returned (if something unsavory happened). The hosts were so kind and helpful in getting us started with navigation and we had a great stay.

The staff was friendly and courteous during the stay. We reported an issue about the sink drainage and was fixed pretty quickly. Room was a bit smaller; AC did not work much on the first 2 nights, but it started working when the weather get warmer outside (which I believe the hotel itself controls the overall but adjustable by room when it’s on). Overall, the location was lovely and quiet with easy access to the metro. The staff was around 24/7 to assist whenever needed.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very close to Luxembourg station for our train ride from the airport. Perfect location for strolling to a corner cafe or walking to the iconic Paris sites. Very safe and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and in general our stay was pleasant. The room was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. However, the bathroom had some areas near the tub and around toilet that looked like mold. The air in the room was a bit stuffy as well and the difference was pretty noticeable when we came inside the room from the outside. I am not sure if other rooms had the same issue so maybe it was just our room. Overall, the location is great and hotel is tucked away from the busy streets nearby so you can be sure you will get a good night sleep as there were barely any noise pollution that we experienced during our stay.

Parisian hotels are often small affairs without much space but our bedroom was spacious relatively speaking and the decor was really attractive, pleasant and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we had two windows looking out onto rue Madame. Our breakfasts were fine with good service and plenty of options. The entry way sitting area and front sitting room is very nice and cozy. The desk clerk was especially helpful with our questions which revolved around commuting south of Paris to a suburb on the train. I'm inclined to want to stay at Villa Madame my next time.

The hotel is actually very good which is better than my expectation. But I was unhappy that they charged me additional €21 per night for the \"sofa bed\" when I checked out on the last day which had surprised me. As my under standing, I would be only charged for rollover bed but not sofa bed. They said that I just paid for the additional kid through Expedia but not the sofa bed. We've lived in 6 hotels in this trip and booked 4 hotels through Expedia, and I had also booked other hotels via Expedia for other trips before, only this hotel charged me extra for the sofa bed. Is there any way I can get my money back?

I researched extensively to find a hotel for my trip to Paris. I was specifically looking in Saint Germain for a hotel room with two beds, a standup shower, and adequate air conditioning. Villa Madame checked all the boxes and more. From the moment we walked in the concierge was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was amazing. It was surprisingly large with a full sitting area, an entryway, two twin beds, a clean modern bathroom, and two full size windows, which let in ample light and opened for fresh air. The beds, pillows, and bedding were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel breakfast was a typical French breakfast and delightful. The waiter greeted us with a smile each morning as we enjoyed our meal, he was so friendly and genuine. The entire staff was courteous and kind. The location is central to everything within walkable distance to many attractions, plus within a few blocks of two metro lines, which connected us with the rest of the city. The aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful with a sitting area and a courtyard in the back. I highly recommend Villa Madame, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!

My second stay Villa Madame. It’s is a charming place to stay. Convenient to St. Germaine, Luxembourg, and easy to reach a variety of ways. Rooms are cost but this is Europe. The staff is always lively and accommodating. The neighborhood has great places for a drink or dinner without the crowds of St. Germaine. We will happily stay there again!
