The property is centrally located, which was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The cons were outside noise (not a flaw the hotel can control), and the A/C didn’t cool properly so we opened the window for cooling. Overall good stay.

The room was spotless and the staff were very courteous and helpful with local directions.
Only issue with the room was a plugged sink drain and a non-functioning drain plug.
I fixed both of those in 10 minutes.

This was a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was excellent. I was traveling with my daughter and my 3 year old twin granddaughters. Although they were loud (we're from Texas lol) we were never made to feel out of place and had everything we needed. We always felt safe and comfortable.

An unusual place - didn’t have breakfast in the property as
we were recovering from a gastric bug caught in Belgrade.

I always stay in this area since I started to visit frequently Paris in 2011. I have a list of few hotels that I usually choose from, and le six has always been part of this list. Over the years there has been ups and downs, but more ups than some accidental downs. This trip was a little bit unconventional since I stayed in Paris for 15 nights and had to book in three different hotels based on availability. My only complaint was our American neighbours arrived at about 2am in the morning, woke us up because they were talking so loud. Would have been nice for staff to remind them that other guests are sleeping so to be mindful. Having said that, the rest of our time, the neighbours were absolutely fine.

This is the third time we stayed in the Hotel le Six. The hotel is very comfortable and stylish. We are satisfied with the environment and the staff are friendly. However, I could not give a five stars this time because the drinking glasses inside the room were not cleaned everyday after house-keeping. We asked the front desk and were told to wash our glasses ourselves! Or we can get clean glasses directly from the staff of the cafe and take them to our own room by ourselves. It seems a bit awkward and did not happen in the last 2 visits.

I had such a pleasant stay. Upon arrival the staff were so helpful and kind. The room was neat and well cleaned, daily, with a really great view of the street. The hotel is also close to two metro stations that can get you almost anywhere.

Great option for families. Plenty of space for 3 or maybe 4, assuming 2 adults and 1 or 2 kids. Perfect for the 3 of us. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. Nice little bar in the lobby. All the staff were helpful and friendly. 2-4 minute walk from 2 different metro lines. Easy transfer from the metro to the train if you plan on heading to Disney. The whole trip took about 75 minutes. Quiet street, but lots of excellent dining options within 2 blocks. Highly recommended.

Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff

I stayed at this cute, lovely boutique hotel for my 1st time in Paris. While the room was clean, it was a bit too cramped for my partner and me. I think, if we do stay at this hotel again, we would prefer to be in a bigger room with an actual balcony. It is a great location, walking distance to many shopping stores and restaurants, which was major for us as 1st timers.

I want to especially give a shout-out to both Charles and Martin who were amazing. They helped us with making and confirming dinner reservations and just made our overall stay, the absolute best! We would return because of their hospitality.

We couldn't get the TV to work but wifi was great so we just logged into our YouTube account and watched movies when we were in the room.

The only real complaint we have is the steam room. It was not hot at all and there was a loud noise in the room that made it difficult to relax in there.

Overall, cute hotel but the staff (Charles and Martin) is what made it truly stand out. Next time, we will need a bigger room.

If you’re like me and need to review a property before booking then this will hopefully help you make a decision. Le Six was perfect for our stay in Paris. Here’s why:

Communication. I was able to communicate with their team prior to arrival. This is important to me because we arrived in Paris early in the morning and I wanted to be sure I could get right into my room (I booked the night before - keep that in mind). They had it ready and waiting (upgrade and wine on top of it).

Location, location, location. It’s near almost every metro station that will get you to everything you’d want to do while in Paris. Even if you don’t want to take the Metro, there are some incredible cafes, parks (Luxembourg !!), and things to do within walking distance.

Service. I didn’t use the spa at all, so I can’t comment on that, but Le Six had offered everything we could need and more. They were on top of it.

Cleanliness. Huge one for me. The room was spotless. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean hotel.

Other things to note: big bed, blackout curtains, good bar, warm and welcoming, secure (night attendant on duty with doors locked), and again… location.

If you book Le Six, you will be happy you did!

Lovely hotel in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Appreciated it being a little be away from the hustle and bustle of Paris with plenty of assets around it. Nice grocery stores close for necessities, room had a fridge which was great. Enjoyed the coffee/tea in the room. Room was very quiet and enjoyed that you can open the windows. Staff was wonderful! There is an adorable little wine bar just down the street we loved. The only slight negatives was the bed was a little on the firm side and the shower was unique, didn’t have a door and the water could go all over the bathroom if not careful.

Our family had a spectacular stay at Hotel Le Six. Pauline, Martin, and all the staff at reception, housekeeping, in the small cafe/breakfast area, we’re kind and helpful. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast a couple of times and it was a lovely spread of breads, cheeses, fruit, and a few warm items such as eggs, bacon, and sautéed mushrooms. The Hotel was situated in a prime location near the Luxembourg gardens and plenty of restaurants and stores and only a short (3 min, 5 min) walk from two metros. The suite was perfect - quaint, yet spacious for our family of 4. We loved every part of our stay!!

We were VERY pleasantly surprised. We were unsure and unfamiliar with the Montparnasse neighborhood. However, we are so glad we did. Great area for dining, shopping, and you can easily access the major sights by taxi, public transport, or even walking. The hotel is situated in a small street between two boulevards so it’s quiet yet a stones throw away from everything. Wonderful rooms and an amazing staff. A shout out to Leticia, Elise, and Alex. Hopefully we’ll return to Paris and will make the Le Six hotel our home away from home. Highly recommended!

First off, let me say that the staff of Le Six is some of the nicest I have ever encountered! The hotel itself is pretty basic, but the rooms are big for Paris. The windows face other windows, so get used to having the blinds closed or else. The location can't be beat, especially if you're traveling for business. Le Six is about 35 minutes away from Orly airport and about a 5 minute walk from most subway lines, so you can be anywhere in the Paris area within 20 minutes. 10 minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. Would stay again!

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and very well decorated. However, the floors are hardwood, so you could hear people walking around and dragging furniture across the floor. Also, the staff was rude at times and when I ordered room service, the food was ice cold and not very good.

Hotel Le Six deserves a 10+!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Located in the Montparnasse area, it's ideally situated for a visit to Paris and all the things you want to see. The hotel staff bent over backwards to help us out, especially with a last minute late checkout. We had complimentary coffee and croissants every morning. The room was so comfortable we did not want to leave! Seriously, we would stay here next time and highly recommend this hotel and the wonderful, inviting staff. Bonus - they have a spa, so after lots of walking around, highly recommend you take advantage of their services with a great massage. It is now one of our favorite European hotes

Fabulous hotel! I can’t really fault it!!
We stayed 5 nights with our young boys in the Suite.
It was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the room set up with separate sitting room & the bathroom was stunning! We all enjoyed long soaks in the beautiful bath after pounding the streets of Paris!
Location was amazing. Close to centre & multiple bus & metro stops. The first day we walked to the Louvre which only took 20 minutes.
Staff so friendly and helpful with perfect English.
I loved the neighbourhood, full of local bistros, cafes & bars. Lovely shops & the Luxembourg Gardens were a highlight of our stay.

The room was spacious and beautiful with a balcony. It was conveniently located. I was disappointed in this hotel, rooms did not look like ones Expedia posted on their site.
Also, additional fees charged on the quoted pride given by Expedia - very deceptive by Expedia summary of pricing given when reserved. We paid $35.00 more daily for our room than friends that stayed at same hotel that made reservation directly with hotel.
