Overall, we had a very positive experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly, the lobby felt cozy and welcoming, and the location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby. A bonus is the close proximity to the metro (RER) station, which made getting to and from the airport very convenient.
That said, the room cleanliness could be improved. The floor was somewhat scratched and dusty, and the bathroom - especially the shower tiles and corners - appeared noticeably worn and soiled. With some deeper cleaning and minor repairs or maintenance, the hotel definitely has great potential.

Very convenient to metro and food and shopping plus walking to major and minor attractions. This area is a nice mix of Parisians and tourists. The staff was amazing and the room was quiet and clean. The street is a quiet one for this area. There is an elevator and the room has a/c. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! We stayed for 4 nights . Staff was amazing and the guy at breakfast was very attentive. The bathroom was very nice. The rooms are small but perfectly designed to maximum the space so it doesn’t feel cramped. The only downside was we at room 11 on first floor and it was on the street side where all the restaurants are. So it was extremely noisy in that you can even hear conversations. Some nights it went on until 1am. Also there was no perks for VIP hotel. I mentioned to the reception when checking no but he didn’t understand what that was. Overall, it was a great and central hotel. Would stay again but a room not on street side!

Super great spot in the middle of it all. We had the ground floor room with a little courtyard, which was convenient but felt a little bit closed in — would rec a higher floor for more light but was very clean, accessible and the room was surprisingly soundproof.

For a property that states it was made noise proof, I don’t understand why the TV volume cannot be raised over 30. Oh. Maybe that’s why it’s noise proof! We could BARELY hear it and this was very annoying for us. When we asked, we were basically given a shrug of the shoulders and said there was nothing that could be done. Also, the A/C was apparently operated by the front desk. NOT GOOD and NOT COMFORTABLE for people who need it cool at night to sleep. I understand the desire to be eco-friendly, but holding back a needed amenity is a bit overly controlling. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable (thank God) but supplies like tissues were not replenished. We ran out and they were not refilled (but we didn’t ask, either). All sorts of modern inconveniences add up to a BIG inconvenience for the price we paid.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely return the next time we're in Paris! The room and bathroom were spacious (for Paris) and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept well each night we were there. There was some construction noise during the day from work being done on the roof, but we didn't find it bothersome on the second floor. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. At one point we needed to borrow an iron, so they delivered an iron and ironing board to our room. Another night we asked to borrow a corkscrew to open some wine we had purchased, and the staff member on duty opened it for us and delivered it to our room with wine glasses. These extra touches were unexpected and made us feel very welcome. Finally, the location is excellent! It's a short walk to the metro station and many sites such as the Louvre and Notre Dame, and the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. There's even a Carrefour grocery store just around the block. Considering the quality, service, and convenience, we thought the price was a great value for Paris.

It is walking distance to Fontaine St Michel, Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. However, if you like to walk, it is really walking distance from the principal areas and sites...except for Montemartre and Sacre Couer, which are quite a distance away.
Room size: As room size go, this room wasn't bad. It was ample enough for our luggage and movement without issue.
Amenities: Not much in the way of amenities really. Room had a small concession style fridge with items to purchase. There was a free bottle of wine and some water bottles that good be filled up near the reception area. No rioning board or iron.
Cleanliness: The hotel is in need of upgrading for sure. They were performing some level of construction while we were there so ground to roof scaffolding. Rooms were dated.
The room cleaning, however, was more than I could expect from a small hotel. The cleaning took place EVERY day with new towels and bed made. That was appreciated. Great cleaning team!

Lovely staff and wonderful stay. The room was a good size (deluxe room) and the king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We walked easily to Notre Dame (10–5 mins) and Musee d’Orsay (20 mins). Perfect location in the 6th. Little Breizh next door is a fantastic creperie, priced very reasonably and friendly staff. Lots of restaurants easily walkable from the hotel, as well as shops of all kinds.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Nice hotel in the heart of Paris, near the Metro and RER train, Notre Dame, Louvre and many other attractions. Great shopping along Blvd. Saint-Germaine and smaller local shops, great restaurants and cafes on the same street and nearby. The hotel was clean, the entire staff we interacted with were professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast had typical Parisian fare for petit-déjeuner, plus items like eggs made to order, bacon, crepes, and freshly squeezed orange juice (which was literally the best we’ve ever had). Particularly helpful were Alexandra (the manager), Marie the breakfast attendant during the week, and Mari Louise, one of the weekend clerks.

The hotel was located on a little street right next to some very good restaurant options and in a great safe little neighborhood that was quiet at night. I love the hotel, love the location, love how nice the people were there. But I am giving them a few stars because they cancelled my first reservation I made through hotels.com and they canceled it and rebooked it without my permission. Please don’t ask them questions I was asking about getting twin beds instead of a full bed. So they cancel it. I was upset and they booked it at a higher price and did not even offer me any discount or better room. Very disappointed with the person who cancel my booking with out my permission

The location was close to many of the places we wanted to visit. There were wonderful restaurants nearby. All in all, we loved the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small but the bathroom was quite roomy. We would absolutely stay there again.

However, after coming from a newer place, my usual place seemed a little lackluster: showing a bunch of wear and tear on the wooden floors; minor, yet unsightly mildew on shower tiles; no USB ports; humidity in the inner hallways; kinda disappointed by the individual shampoo/conditioners (instead of the more sustainable full-sizes other places have, and the full-size shower gel I did have was mostly empty). Also, it feels a bit cheap to try to entice people with a full mini-bar.
Maybe waiting to redo after this summer’s Olympics? Might be nice to at least make some of the smaller changes? Repeat customers would appreciate it
