I used it very much as a base for wider travelling so it really was somewhere just to sleep. However, brilliantly located for the part of Paris I needed to be, the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, and were always at the desk at whatever time of day or night I returned. I felt rather sad saying goodbye to the place - I’d definitely consider going back here

This charming little two star steps from the RER Port Royal station is a gem. Friendly welcoming reception staff. An excellent buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs for 10€ - a first for us in Paris at this price. All in all best value for money of the several hotels we have visited in Paris. Would highly recommend to those who enjoy a quit residential neighborhood experience mere steps away from transit and Luxembourg Gardens and other sights.

My stay was “ok”. Hotel is super dated and basic, but has a great location in proximity of the metro. I expected it to be a bit more clean and up to date based on the photos, and that disappointed me because of the high price for the night. Also, I could hear construction or something going on in the room above me for several hours beginning in the early morning hours, and housekeeping vacuuming and opening and shutting doors since 6am, so I wasn’t able to sleep well. Staff was friendly, good location, terrible sleep and room could use some upgrades and cleaning is the walls.

Very sweet hotel, lovely breakfast. Good security, as the lobby door was locked at night. There was no shower as we were on the top floor, and the roof was slanted. Had to sit in the tub with a hand held device. Have to say it worked out fine. :)

The 2 star hotel is a 5 minute walk from Pont Royal metro station and is walking distance to the Latin Quarter. There is also a small supermarket nearby.
The hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. However, the hotel and the rooms are very outdated. The TV bedding, pillows are mediocre, dingy and a step above a hostel or motel.
The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are it’s staff, location, and the good water pressure in the shower.

All one needs. Clean, comfortable, very nice staff at reception; breakfast ok. Perfect location in a quiet street in central Paris with bus stops etc. right around the corner.

It down was poor breakfast service and attitude of the lady serving. Miserable and unhelpful stating she had run out of cheese and bread rock hard unable to chew. Also don’t expect and nice quite peaceful breakfast as she continued to clear away which was very noisy sounded like she was throwing pots into the sink disappointing €10ppp. I would advise eating out for breakfast and don’t waste your money. As other options much nicer such a shame.The lady definitely shows she does not enjoy her job.

Hotel Pierre Nicole is located nearly directly next to the metro, which has a direct train to and from CDG airport. There are many cafes nearby, and it's very close to a stop for the city sightseeing buses. It's a leisurely 10 minute walk to the Pantheon, and about a mile to Notre Dame Cathedral. The basic room is tiny, but if you're in Paris to sight see and explore the city you won't be in your room much, anyway. I really enjoyed my stay here, and if I come back I would book at Hotel Pierre Nicole again.

The rooms are small but scrupulously clean. My adapter did not fit into the plug for the power for the wifi, but they had an adapter for the adapter at the desk. Classic French breakfast for a modest extra charge. The neighborhood is not touristy, but convenient to the RER to downtown and the airport. If you like walking, everything on the left bank is within easy walking distance. The staff at the desk will try to speak English, but it helps if you know some French. They have rooms where you can smoke, which for me is a real plus.

One block from a direct train link to CDG airport and Gard du Nord. Clean comfortable. Walking distance (15 minutes) to the Cluny and Notre Dame. An elevator is a big plus as lots of small Paris hotels don't have one.

I would definitely go back to this hotel. It is easy to get to from the airport (RER B Port Royal stop), and close to metro stations (Raspail). It is beautiful to walk in that area, with great restaurants. Before my stay I had a lot of questions and the staff promptly answered and accommodated all of my needs. I am so happy with the service.

Convenient Port Royal location
I selected this little hotel based on its Expedia reviews and was not disappointed. Clean, quiet and comfortable and the price was good. The closest Metro is a five or six minute walk, but the Port Royal RER station a short block away goes directly to CDG!

We stayed 1 night, booked late & got a great deal. We arrived at 11:10am & were told we could get into our room st 12:15. Went to the boulangerie & got s coffee nearby then & room was ready when we got back. Basic Hotel in a Good Location
This hotel is very close to a RER station and there's a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. The property itself is rather basic, rooms are small (but standard for the area). The first day I found that the floors of my room were very dirty. Got it solved for the second day. WIFI was coming and going throughout the stay.

Отель был выбран по привычному компромису - около получаса ходьбы до места конференции и приемлимая цена. Отель не новый, но чистоту в номере поддерживают на приемлимом уровне. Санузел тесный и душевая кабина узковата. Заделка швов в душе непрофессиональная и неровная, что явно не способствует чистой уборке душа. WiFi работает нормально и можно смотреть видео. Отель расположен рядом с Порт Ройяль и соответствующими транспортными возможностями. По пути от отеля к Порт Ройяль есть неплохой ресторанчик Crystal, где ужинал раза три, без отрицательных впечатлений. Люди на лобби разные, некоторые показывают, что у них есть дела поважнее твоих. Но это беда, по-моему, всех небольших старых гостиниц. Общая оценка - хорошо.
