Disaster! Stayed there two nights and had the worst nights in my life , first they gave me cleaners room as they over booked it second day they said they can change it which was even worse , it was freezing heating didnt work and too much noise from next doors ! I would never stay there again and I dont recommend to anyone !

Stayed one night 2 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 8. The room clean and ready for our early checkin, super happy about that. The pool was amazing, great way to relax after a long flight. I wish they would have turned on the sauna in advance because it was not hot and since the pool reservations are only 45mins it was so hot by the time I left. The breakfast was great, lots of options. I would definitely come again.

(No decaffeinated tea or coffee at breakfast but some did appear in my room when I subsequently asked.)

Clean, modern and comfortable room, good service.

The only issue was the room could have been more sound proofed from outside noise. Having said that, its not a noisy street or area.

Its close to the metro and has good bus routes nearby. Its not a touristy area so not so many restaurants but you won’t starve, a taxi is never far away.

The room was too small, the breakfast service so disappointing not so many options especially fruit options, my daughter was not able to eat anything from there because there was no good quality and variety of fruit and the rest of the food did not seem to be good. The floor by one of the coffee machines was always wet putting on risk anyone’s safety. Everything was so disorganize and dirty and just one person running around a lady that was zero kind and helpful. We were charged 55 dollars at the check in and 90 at the check out. Your prices should be clear at all times not just simply charge for wherever reason. Overall I would never recommend and consider coming back to this hotel.

This place was above and beyond my expectations. Bernard the front desk night staff was amazing. He called us a cab and helped us with everything while we were there. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The rooms were very nice. Very clean. The bathrooms were excellent and modern. The showers were huge for Europe and very nice. The receptionist Jamie black African guy doesn’t know how to treat hotel clients because if I have a package arrive at the front desk every hotel have power to deliver it to your room when you asked for that he hang up the phone on you and doesn’t respond or say he won’t or won’t allow the delivery to come to your room and have to come downstairs for it .even if you tell him ain’t feeling well and have bad cold can’t move he won’t even respond .I never enjoyed my stay this time

Most of the staff was mediocre at best. The area was was mostly apartment buildings, every thing closed early.
The 21 bus, which was the closest at Glacier Tolbiac stopped running early many nights. The closest Metro was #6 at Glacier, several blocks away. it was shut down some nights at 10pm.

The front desk staff were so helpful. My daughter was sick and they went so far out of their way to help us they even went with us to the pharmacy to translate for us. I wish I had found this place the first part of our stay. It’s so perfect for a family. A 2 bed room is actually 2 separate rooms with a main door. Very modern. Breakfast was incredible. The pool and sauna in basement were so cool for a night swim. Loved the robes and slippers. The price was great.

The stay at Hotel B55 was outstanding. It's a great place for tourists looking to visit Paris. It was about 20 - 25 from most tourist attractions and Ubers had no issue finding the hotel. The staff was friendly and was able to speak English to help avoid the language barrier. The single bed room is a little small, but is doable. The double bed rooms are larger.

After an exhaustive search for finding the right hotel room in Paris I am extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. It is quaint, upscale, quiet. The rooms as in any Paris hotel are small but are very modern and have some really nice touches. Very modern and elegant feel. The neighborhood is a quiet and lovely little area of Paris outside of any tourist area which is a plus in my eyes, I like to be able to go visit the tourist areas and return to home base. The price was well worth the quality of the rooms and service. It is not the cheapest, certainly not the most expensive, it is right on the border of the 13th and 14th arrondissements. Bus stop is right on the corner which will connect you right to metro or metro itself is a short walk. A café right on the corner, boulengerie, convienence store right around the corner. Uber and Uber Eats work very well in Paris.

Hotel photos looked nothing like space, horrible views from two rooms I was put in. Had an issue with my room, the shower head was broken and wet all my things that were in the bathroom. When I asked to move to a new room, they moved me down the hall to a smaller room that I was in. Place is dark. Would not recommend. The person that checked me in was lovely though. Only positive thing I could say. Don’t stay here.

We have just got back from our stay in Paris at the B55 hotel and we have nothing but good things to say! The hotel is modern, clean, in a safe neighbourhood with great transport links across the city. Glaciere Metro station is about a 10 min walk and very easy to get to.

As it was our anniversary, they surprised us with some decor on our bed which was a lovely touch.

The room is a very good size for a hotel in Paris as was the shower room. House keeping are very good and we always came back to an immaculate room.

The members of staff were welcoming and always on hand to help us with queries, finding our way around, making suggestions and arranging our taxi to the airport.

A special shoutout to Anthony who always greeted us in a warm way as we got back late most nights, he also went out of his way to get us milk, teabags etc as my wife loves a hot cup of tea in the evening. To be fair all the staff are lovely!

We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel B55, we will certainly be staying here again should we return to Paris

B55 was better than I was expecting for the price we paid - nice and clean, decent bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice and quiet, and we didn't have breakfast but the dining area looked good! They charged 35 euros for a 45 min dip in the pool per person, which is a bit over the top, especially as the pool is quite small! But we weren't there for that anyway so it was fine. Not very near to anything but it was still easy to get around to the touristy bits and not far to some nice restaurants! I'd go back again!

Unfortunately our original room had a smoker in it (non-smoking room) which tainted the trip but the hotel and staff did everything they could to resolve this and gave us new rooms.

Rooms were clean however we were told on check-in that breakfast was included in our stay and on check-out, there was a charge for breakfast. We disputed it and it was removed however once i got home, they recharged it. I am still disputing it with them as we did not need to eat breakfast there and we didnt eat the pastries anyway. It was only pastries, yogurt and a beverage. Did not eat the yogurt either. Would have preferred to have breakfast outside if there was a charge.

Although it’s not in a “touristy” area, it’s close to the RER and metro, and has a good selection of restaurants nearby. It’s at cité universitaire so very convenient for dropping off a student and get the local vibe. Rooms are definitely larger than those found closer to the center and newer/cleaner! The reception was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise. Delicious, fresh, and hot. I had not planned to eat the hotel breakfast, however, it was a very relaxing and easy way to start the day. We booked the quadruple room and were pleased with it. From the photos, I could not tell whether it was two separate rooms within the suite -- they are which gave us privacy but also the security of being connected. I liked their lighting system. You need to insert your plastic key card for the lights to turn on. It was easy to do and ensured that I didn't leave the lights on when I went out. The area around the hotel was convenient for the events we were attending. There is a great crepe restaurant around the corner, The Docks 13/14. Really enjoyed it!

Excellent place! Located within 7-10 mins walk from two metro stations (Glaciere and Cite University, which is a straight shot to CDG airport). There is also a very nice park nearby. The street is very quiet at night, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and quiet - never heard our neighbors. They provide robe and sleepers which are handy if you want to use pool and/or sauna). And last, but not least - the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We stayed here for two nights to see the sights of Paris on our way back home from Spain. I can only assume we were upgraded as we had booked the basic room but instead were given a very spacious room with a king sized bed and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfy. There was a small Juliet balcony looking over the outdoor breakfast area.

The hotel is a wine hotel and you can buy a pre-paid card and then self serve from the vending machines downstairs. You could also help yourself to hot drinks in the atrium and there was a coffee machine in the room. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast but would highly recommend the creparie les docks 13/14 on the road running parallel.

The spa consists of a small pool and a sauna. It was basic but nice to relax in after a busy day of sightseeing. Dressing gowns and slippers were provided in the rooms to use in the spa.

I read a lot of reviews about staff being unhelpful and rude in many Paris hotels but this was not our experience. Staff were polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Although the hotel isn’t the most central it has excellent public transport links and you can get the bus from 200m up the road from the hotel and be in the centre of Paris in 20 mins. We used the city mapper app to find our way around which was very useful and we found the cost of transport cheap at 1.90 Euro per journey.

I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

No housekeeping was done next day and when I requested for it at 3pm one of the lady staff was very rude and arrogant saying we have lots of rooms to deal with and yours will be dealt last. She had a terrible attitude. Breakfast services very bad and not much choice. Bathroom door is sea through so no privacy and felt it bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is pretty clean & the staffs at the front is friendly. There’re restaurants near the hotel however nothing really that good around. If you’re just looking for a place to stay, it’ll be fine to stay here but I’ll prefer to stay near good restaurants for my next stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel B55. Extremely clean, great amenities, and quiet location. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Would book again!!
