Diabolical, no toilet seat in any rooms apparently due to renovation, had to literally jump over the toilet to get into the shower. shower was probably a quarter of a square meter, tiny. horrible experience

this was a very minimum 2 star hotel. almost every issue we discussed with the local desk clerks were ignored. on check out the desk clerk demanded another 18 euro for a special paris tax that was listed on the wall to be effective June and July only, and this was early april. I refused to pay this illegal tax.

the hotel was great for what we needed, a place to sleep. it looked just like the pictures. the only bad thing I will say is the shower, ours was messed up so the water wasn't coming out right just trickling out. and it would splash and cover the WHOLE bathroom!! so the shower was a 1/5. but the rest was decent and staff was nice. it's really close to both tolbaic and place d'italie metro. there's a great few bakeries and places to eat just around the first few blocks

Assez déçu par la prestation de l'hôtel. J'avais des cheveux et des poils dans mes draps. L'insonorisation a été une gène mais j'avais mon casque anti bruit pour y palier. La douche était salle avec traces de moisissures et une mauvais odeur était présente dans la salle d'eau.

Le seul avantage pour nous a été le prix et la proximité de l’appartement de notre fils. Chambre propre mais salle de bain vétuste. La moquette dans les escaliers est très sale. Ça n’inspire confiance… Le gros point négatif est que l’hôtel est injoignable. Le numéro qui apparaît sur le site ne fonctionne plus depuis plus de 6 mois. C’est très dommageable car j’ai eu besoin de les contacter en urgence et je n’ai pas pu les avoir!

La douche est très petite mais surtout pas imperméable le rideau a été inutile et l'eau s'est versé au sol. Il n'y avait pas de support pour accroché le paumeau. La fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas entièrement. La télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Et surtout aucune prise près du lit. Les murs sont fin ont entendait les chambres voisine. Le départ est pour midi mais a 11h20 ont toque à votre porte. Pour 40e ça reste quand très abordable. Mais a amélioré.

til trods for at jeg kontaktede hotels.com 3 gange INDEN jeg tog afsted( grundet nyt kreditkort), og snakkede men nogle vældig søde medarbejder:I opfordrer mig til selv at ringe til dem (Jeg kan ikke fransk) og i opfordrede til at jeg sendte mail til hotellet. Hotellet valgte at slette min reservation, så jeg havde ingen reservation da jeg stod dernede. Jeg sendte endda mine kreditkortoplysninger på mail, hvilket ellers er stik i mod både jeres og mine værdier, men i kunne ikke se hvordan det ellers kunne lade sig gøre. I praler med at i kan 42 sprog, men i kunne heller ikke kontakte dem pr tlf, da de kun taler fransk. De mails i og jeg har sendt på engelsk har de ignoreret. Hotellet ønsker/ kan ikke hjælpe mig med at komme i kontakt med jer, da jeg står i Paris. De opfordre til at jeg kan gå op og købe et Cellcard, hvis jeg vil kontakte jer. Jeg kan heller ikke kontakte jer via jeres hjemmeside, idet det kræver at jeg vil acceptere at i lægger en cookie ind, der giver adgang til mine fotos mm.

En plein hiver avec la fenêtre grande ouverte, sans oublié un manque total d'isolation. Il a fallut réclamer maintes fois pour que l'on s'occupe de moi ! J'ai fini par recevoir tant bien que mal un petit radiateur électrique plusieurs heures après mon arrivée.
2) la salle de bain était d'une saleté à vomir avec des moisissures et une paume de douche infecte et je pèse mes mots.
Je passe les détails sur les toilettes cassées, qu'une seule prise électrique dans la chambre ! Donc pensez à ramener des tongs, ça évitera de choper une maladie, une multiprise si vous souhaitez avoir de la batterie (téléphone ou pc), et des produits détergents, ça peut être utile !
Bien sûr je n'ai eu droit a aucun geste commercial ou aucune une réduction pour ce séjour calamiteux malgré l'état de la chambre insalubre !

Correct pour quelques nuits. Mériterait quelques travaux (en virant les vieilles moquettes, lumière chambre déglinguée...). Accueil spécial la première nuit, les autres jours le personnel était accueillant. Ne pas oublier de demander la télécommande à l'accueil... Taille des chambres très limite (ok on est à Paris mais le lit collé au mur...).

La qualité de cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix réclamé. Le maximum des désagréments se trouvait dans la chambre : joints de carrelage moisi, nombreux insectes volants dans le bac de douche, rideau de douche non fixé et impossible à réinstaller, sèche-cheveux défectueux... Autre point noir : la moquette de la chambre est d'une propreté douteuse et les fenêtres offrent une isolation phonique très faible, alors que la chambre n°204 donne sur le boulevard passant.
Heureusement que les draps sont propres !
Il est possible que l'établissement veuille faire des efforts et rénover le tout, car une forte odeur de peinture est décelable dans le couloir et la chambre.

I stayed twice in this hotel because of his price but the cleanless is very bad, there were ants in the room, the ground was full of dust, the nighstands were sticky, during the second night half of the shower was cold. Fortunately, the sheets and the towels were clean.

Der umworbene Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten war auch mehr ein Beistelltisch und Schrank gab es nicht wirklich, mehr eine Ablage mit darunter angebrachter Stange mit fünf Bügeln :-D .
Alles in allem für junge Menschen mit wenig Ansprüchen ausreichend (gutes bett war ja da und mit Metro auch alles top), nur eben das Badezimmer und der gesamteindruck des Hotels gaben einen nicht sehr vertrauenswürdigen Anblick ab.

L'accueil est correct, mais la chambre est pas pratique (je pouvais à peine faire le tour du lit pour aller à la salle de bain). La salle de bain est miniature! On se cogne partout dans la douche. On ne peut pas se laver le visage si la porte de la salle de bain est fermée. Et la propreté de la salle de bain laissait réellement à désirer. En revanche le petit déjeuné est correct et bon. La chambre double est très petite, le lit est inconfortable, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la prise murale qui ne se trouve pas près du lit ne fonctionnait pas aussi, comme l'éclairage au plafond.
