We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

Wish I could give 5 stars, but without the air conditioning that was advertised, it is only 4 star. Be warned, air conditioning is in lobby, not in room. Even at 28 degrees celsius, they would not provide A/C to the room. Very very hot in room, no screen if you open windows for fresher air and lots of fireworks happening. (Yay Paris football championship!) Aside from that, FANTASTIC place, service and location. Would definitely stay here again if they did in fact provide A/C in rooms. Call ahead. Metro and bus very close and easy to navigate with app. Free snacks, water and coffee provided in lobby. Coffee was really good. Croc place across the street and Thai/Vietnamese restaurant just a couple blocks down the street, fantastic and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a continental type breakfast: pastries, cheeses and hams. In addition, the reception area was very comfortable and has a coffee machine and water dispenser which can be used at any time.

The room was spacious and tidy. However, there were stains on the towels and bedsheets which was why there is a lower cleanliness score.

We did have a good stay at this hotel, rooms were darker at night as the main lightning wasn't too bright, the only downside was we had ants in the room for the few days we stayed in expect for the last day (we had sprayed disinfectant around the room each night). Normally I wouldn't check under the bed but as there was ants I looked around but it was quite dusty underneath. Did notifiy the reception who offered another room and made a note on our room. One day I did leave a tissue with ants on it so they could see it, but it just got brushed to the corner with the corner table pushed against it so you couldn't see it was still there. Reception staff were brilliant though, and they have a snack station in the afternoon and coffee and water machine to use throughout the day! Great location for transport and a supermarket close by and minimart opposite. Would stay again though and recommended for the location.

Hotel was nice to stay at. Staff were really kind and helpful. Transport is good easy to get to popular areas in France such as the Eiffel Tower.
The only bad thing I would say is the security, lifts should only be accessible to visitors and entry with Key card like other hotels. Random people can walk in and use the lifts.

This place has a serious bed bug problem! We noticed small bites we mistook for mosquitoes but when checking out in the early morning hours, we saw several under all our sheets!! We reported it immediately to the front desk attendant who was nice but older and ill-equipped to handle the situation. We emailed the images and video to the hotel as instructed but no response at all. I’m sending the issue to corporate.

We booked a room for 4 as a family. The fist room only had 3 beds and on complaining waited a period of time to be told we would have to have 2 separate rooms and they were not adjoining.

Found that my blanket was not changed, had a massive yellow stain (trying to upload a photo of it but this app keeps crashing). Showed this to the gentleman at reception and they were shocked and dealt with it straight away.
I didn’t get his name, but the same receptionist was also so lovely and helpful. We were in Paris during the metro/train strikes and he helped me find a way to get to our booked activity the next morning. Location is convenient, right next to a station.

An OK hotel.

Our stay was overall quite good, however we got a hotel room in first floor, even though we paid extra to have a room that was supposed to overview the city. We also got room next to the eating area, and therefore there was a lot of noise from early in the morning and the worst screaming/singing were actually from the people working in the cafe! Most people spoke very good English, at lest the one in the re reception and the room was clean/nice. But the cleaners forgot to give us our duvet the first day and new towels etc so we always had to go ask for something.The price was also a bit high, but when we talked to the people working there they told us that It would have been cheaper booking through them, so that's something I would recommend to others. They also said that it would not have been a problem to change room if we wanted to, so I would recommend asking for a room further up in the building as well.

De locatie is handig: dicht bij Bercy. Het ontbijt was prima voor de prijs. Onze eerste kamer viel helaas tegen door een probleem met het versleten parket (water kwam omhoog bij stappen), deed armoedig aan en vertoonde overige gebreken. Na melding werd het probleem eerst oppervlakkig opgelost, maar uiteindelijk verhuisden we naar een nieuwere suite. Deze was beter onderhouden, al was de badkamerdeur niet perfect. Jammer genoeg maakte een bepaalde medewerker een wat arrogante indruk. Al met al acceptabel voor een kort verblijf, maar er is ruimte voor verbetering in onderhoud en service.

Muy buena ubicación al lado del metro. Los recepcionistas muy amables, nos lo hicieron todo muy fácil. La habitación, cómoda. Por poner algún pero, sería al baño, que no tiene casi mampara y es imposible ducharse sin inundar el suelo. Estupendo que te guarden las maletas aunque llegues muy pronto, hasta que llegas a dormir y también me encantó la cafetera y el agua fría de la entrada. Ah! se me olvidaba el desayuno, una barra pequeñita pero con todo lo necesario para salir bien lleno. En resumen, para 3 o 4 días que me aguanta el pelo sin lavar, volvería sin dudarlo.

Suite a un hôtel sans clim nous sommes venus nous réfugiés dans cette hotel. L'accueil c'est très bien passé, l'appartement était très spacieux, les salles communes et propre et avait de bon équipement pour nous occuper. The hotel was very conveniently located 2 minutes away from a big metro and RER station. I could go to Disney and city center easily.

The place was clean, nice and the room was big enough as well as the bathroom.

They have snacks, water and coffee for free in the lobby 24/7 and the service was very amicable.

I really recommend this place!

J'étais au 8e étage, la chambre en soi était pas mal, mais :
- le lavabo de la sdb est en biais (difficile d y poser quelque chose sans que ça glisse... pratique.. ),
- les WC (dans la SDB alors que la chambre est grande, c'est dommage) sont collés au mur... Je sais que c'est courant à Paris, mais un peu de place pour la jambe, cc'est bien aussi.
- aucune séparation entre la douche et le reste de la SDB. C'est joli, c'est sur, mais absolument pas pratique compte tenu de la position du tuyau.. on se retrouve à inonder la sdb.
- j'aurai préféré une vraie table de chevet plutôt qu'un tabouret
- enfin, la salle de petit déjeuner est très petite et il est difficile de circuler même à moitié pleine...

Pour le reste, le service était bien et la chambre propre et pas trop bruyante (mais au 8e, c'est assez \"normal\")

Refreshed Comfort inn, not more

Reading reviews did help afterall, as it’s really a little hipiffied renovated Comfort inn! Although the front desk lady was very friendly, the first doors front were in bad shape, the elevator smeery, then in my room quite some things broken or very flimsy. The room was large and everything quite clean, and it didn’t feel bad, although too much cleaning chemical smell, which went away when opened window. But there was mold in the shower and the bathroom was just badly renovated and painted to cover the old hotel.
In my range of Paris this would get a 7,5 at most, just because the room and bed were clean, but the state and bathroom def bring the score down.
