Excellent facility. Clean and adequate rooms. The location is especially convenient. It is outside tje usual touristic area. Metro Line 14 has a station nearby and there are plenty of restaurants around.

Pros: Great friendly front staff! Plenty of little shops, a grocery store, gelato, and restaurants conveniently near by. The subway is literally right there. An awesome large beautiful garden is right across the street!
Cons: VERY SMALL ROOM with no storage, hardly any standing room, no bathroom counter space, and literally one plug in. Everything was very dirty.

It was good, but parking was a royal pain for anyone with a van (no hotel parking with adequate clearance). Also, the ad is very misleading. I was on the 8th floor (highest) an you can't see the river from this hotel.

Stayed flasnpartnof group for rugby. Great for what we needed hotel for. Cleanliness lacks a little and rooms are a bit battered. Apart from this, ace location with metro 2 min walk and lots of bars/eateries in door step. Will be back in two years for Scotland game!

When we stayed during the Xmas and NY season, the dining room was closed except for breakfast. The buffet was very expensive for a budget hotel.
It was a good thing that there were at least a few restaurant options close by. The location was close to public transit and the train station which was good.

Good option for budget conscious 2 bed

Good location and quiet feel as compared to Montparnasse area we stayed previous week. Nice view from Eighth floor Double bed room of Eiffel was visible from afar. Luggage safe facility was very handy. Cafes in bercy village are not suitable if you need tea coffee etc prior to bus tours starting from nearby Pullman hotel front location. So better get your own tea coffee arrangements on prior night from nearby nice little Carrefour express inside Bercy village market across from street. Taking taxi to Tourist areas near Louvre or Eiffel was easy but took us 30 mins. Vegetarian options nearby are limited.

Luggages and the room was more like fir midgets too small with little space to move around. No drinks facilities as staff doesn’t knows how to serve drinks. Terrible service

This hotel is perfectly situated!

I stayed here twice during my trip. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was very good. It is also located in the midst of a wonderful area the has about 10 local restaurants. And, it is right off of the line 14 Cour St Emillion station.

Second time in Paris-- great and quiet location in Bercy Village. Rooms were small and shower had no curtain or door but overall clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice! Truly genuine and I was pleased with my interactions with them. I stayed for a week and I had a good time.

The hotel is located in a safe area within a mixed residential/business zone. The area is quiet at nights. Unfortunately, the metro station and metro line #14 were closed for construction during our stay and the entire month of August. While I understand that repairs are necessary on the Metro system and are usually conducted in the summer, I regret not having been informed by the hotel BEFORE my stay. Metro repairs are scheduled by RATP ahead of time and the hotel knew about it but did not inform me before my arrival. Without metro available, it is impossible to reach the hotel easily by public transportation from the airport or train station or anywhere in Paris. It took us 4h to reach the hotel from the CDG Roissy airport while dragging 15 lbs suitcases in the streets! Should we have known the metro issue before, we would have taken a taxi directly from the airport. The lack of information from the hotel beforehand was very detrimental to our stay as we had to spend money on Uber everyday to leave or come back to the hotel.
The hotel room was small, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
There was no functioning door safety lock or door safety guard on our room door. The access to the room is done through a keyless entry system. Once in the room, there is no way to lock the door. Any staff member with a keycard can enter the room while you sleep as it is impossible to lock the door from inside. I did not feel safe. Would not return to this hotel for a future trip.

We loved the Ibis Paris. The hotel is clean and a few steps above basic. The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were small, but tidy. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a little distance from the center of Paris, but the price more than made up for that.

Great location for a reasonable price

It was a good experience because the check in was quick and easy. The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area in a great neighborhood. I would book this hotel again if I ever return to Paris.

The hotel was being renovated big time but that was not mentioned at all on the booking website. Hotel rooms are carpeted but they are not the cleanest. Lobby doesn't keep luggage after check out - was told to use paid lockers elsewhere instead. Elevator access is not controlled by room key cards, and there's no safe in the room

Nice hotel, very good location close to restaurants (open late each day) bars and metro station. Bercy village was bustling and I (female) felt safe walking around at night. Decor etc. as expected for ibis, very clean even e.g. back stairway. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfy bed and very quick check-in and out. I was on a business trip and would be happy to use this hotel again.

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Paris. It's Paris, so everything is a bit small, but the room was comfortable and cozy. It could have been a bit cleaner on the bathroom area, particularly the toilet, but not a major deal breaker. The breakfast seemed to be quite good, I didn't have it, but my girlfriend did, and she loved it. I would certainly stay here again.

No-frills hotel, basic but conveniently located

ibis Paris Bercy Village 12eme is a no frills hotel that is especially great for business or budget travel. Do note that amenities are kept to the minimum and toothbrush, shower caps, water bottles, kettle etc are not provided. There is also no safe in the room, which is an issue for me. The room is on the small side, but sufficient for one person. One of the perks is that the hotel is located conveniently. with Cour St Emillion station (Line 14) and Bercy Village only a few minutes walk away.

For its budget and location, I think the hotel is not bad if you are looking just for a place to sleep and shower. If you are looking for a bit more comfort, then I'm afraid this hotel is a little too basic for you.

If you stay in a room close to the elevator, you will hear it all night, HVAC didn't work so we had the window open all night and it is a busy street, water temperature in the shower is inconsistent after a 3 minute shower, they don't supply hand towels, only garbage is the one in the bathroom, walls are paper thin (I heard my neighbors alarm as if it were mine) but despite all of this - it is a clean hotel with good staff in a wonderful location. Oddly, I would recommend, but I'm not a fussy traveler.

A decent economy hotel located in Bercy village , near the Gare Paris Bercy and the Seine. A bit tricky to find as the rail yard lies between Paris and bercy village . The staff were really helpful , something I experienced at another ibis hotel as well.

For a budget hotel, it is terrific. Clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Next to a pedestrian only street with a nice variety of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. The subway is also across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Bercy Ibis hotel is a little gem

Doors and walls are paper thin. The room door is so thin it might as well have been open. You can hear everything from upstairs. The bathroom door doesn't close either there was no no door latch.

Basic Room amenities. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the bonus of a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room.

The Hotel has a full kitchen and the menu seems extensive and reasonably priced. We opted instead to eat at the local bars and restaurants in Bercy Village. Highly recommended and open late.

I searched the hotel based on proximity to gare de lyon station but it's quite a distance from there. The cour st emilion station is right across the street however so transport was convenient.
the buffet breakfast was reasonable.

We booked at this Ibis because we came to Paris on the IDBus from Lille. It's very conveniently located near the metro. The room was comfy enough although a bit small. That being said, we were only in our room to muster up the energy to tackle beautiful Paris again and again.

Nice and ok for a quite weekend stay

Don't stay here if you want to be in the centre of Paris this hotel is in a new area which is nice but out of the city. The room was very hot as air con was not very good so had to have window open all night. Hotel is ok for a weekend but rooms are very small so not suitable for a long stay.
