We stayed here on our way into Paris, and rebooked for our return home. The room was super clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff were kind and accommodating. The location is great - close to the metro and the Bercy market area. Value for money - excellent. We will stay here again!

The hotel lobby and cafeteria were decent, but the rooms were extremely cramped and not clean. The comforter covers had slits, exposing the blankets underneath, which looked dirty and unhygienic. The shower floor had a sticky, gooey residue that appeared while using it, which was very unpleasant. Water pressure was acceptable, but the beds were uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The staff were 5 star. Very helpful specially on our 1st day where they let us have an early check-in. It was a life saver after a long flight. The rooms were basic but you have everything you need. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is close to transportation but kinda far from major touristy sites except for the arena and Bercy Village.

Quiet, convenience and friendly

We stayed 5 nights and it’s a convenient, clean and friendly hotel. Although it’s 3 stars hotel. It beyonds the grade. Receptionist are friendly and respect guests. Room is clean, cold AC, safety box and mini coffee bar. Just lack of mini fridge. On top, it’s really good for their buffet breakfast, Overal, it achieves customer satisfaction.

The front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good, but the shower was small and the towels were thin. But for three star hotel, this is as good as it gets. Knowing what I’m paying for, would I stay here again? Definitely.

Clean hotel room, friendly staff, good showers. The room is very small, but good for short stays. We appreciated the warm, high pressure showers, though the bathroom did not have hand/face towels which was inconvenient. Main complaint is that the doors and walls are very thin, and you can hear people clearly talking in the hallways, when doors slam, and when someone's in the bathroom in another room. Additionally, we could not control the temperature of the room, so at times it was very warm and humid, especially after showering since there is no vent in the bathroom. There also was loud banging in the morning, perhaps from construction work in the floor below which would be loud in the mornings.

We have stayed here before and love the area. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient area. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have luggage storage which was very helpful as we arrived well before check in time. We were able to leave our luggage and explore Bercy Village.

The staff is very helpful, it was a very comfortable stay. The room was a good size and it came with a kettle which is important for me who much prefers hot water in the winter. 😀 There's a lot of options for public transport but all of them will involve about 10 minutes walk (much like everything else in Paris) it's on the quiet side of the city so there's less food option and most attractions will require a train or bus ride. there's a handful of cafe and sandwich shops so you won't go hungry. I can see how someone might think the shower is small but I'm the type that don't expect a long relaxing bath while on vacation (I spend most my time out anyways) so it worked for quick showers. Sounds proofing wasn't the best, but not worst than most other hotels. All in all it provides a nice place for me to rest up after a long day of going around town.

We met three members of staff, two of which were delightful, however one of the staff members was rude and patronising towards me and my partner. Shower and sink holes did not drain until a while later, when we asked the rude member of staff if this could be sorted, he said it would be sorted and the issue was not sorted until two days later when we asked another member of staff, whom got it sorted within the short period of time we were out. The shower doors were broken and repetitively allowed water to spray all over the floor. The shower kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold after a day or so into our stay.

Budget hotel that punches above its weight

At the price I wasn't expecting 4* luxury and that was fine. The room was small and the aircon noisy but the breakfast was great. There was a wide choice - cereals, nice bread, fruit, yogurts, waffles, pancakes, meat and cheese. I wasn't expecting hot food but we had frankfurters and scrambled eggs. I've stayed in many French hotels and long ago came to the conclusion that the French can't make scrambled eggs. The Campanile proved me wrong. They were excellent. Coffee and juice were from a machine. The croissants deserve a special mention as they were excellent. The staff were really on the ball and as things ran out they were replenished quickly.

There's a little bar which shuts at midnight. Our barmaid was very friendly.

There was a problem with our shower enclosure. I didn't expect anything done while we were there but no, the repairman came.

The location is excellent. Just round the corner is Bercy Village, the park and a metro station. The river is less than 10 minutes away.

We had a great time.

They seemed very stressed and not before I asked the third person did they bring forks. There was a dish I wanted but they never filled the bowl and I didn't feel like keep finding people and ask for more things. But beside that everything was fine.

The location is excellent, right next to Bercy village where there are many cafes and restaurants.

The bathrooms in the rooms are fairly small. The hair dryers are very old and don't function very well. When I called the Reception for a hair dryer, he said I can go down the Reception and collect one from there. Unfortunately when I went down, he couldn't find it and said possibly another customer is using it. Somehow, during my stay, they were not able to provide me one though I kept asking every day. For ladies, this can really become annoying...

Otherwise, it is a good hotel and good value for the money...

V good hotel.

A v good hotel. The room was really quite small, as was the bathroom, but otherwise the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from Cour St Emillion metro station and from the charming Bercy Village which offers many differing places to eat. 10 mins walk the other way is the river with its riverside walk and lively riverside bars and restaurants.

Gotta love Bercy Village

So long as you don’t want to swing a cat in the room you will be fine, as there won’t be room for that. Location is great. There is an excellent bakery around the corner than does a croissant, or pain au chocolate & coffee for €2. Their cakes are also stunning & a filled baguette for lunch is also excellent value.
We have stayed here many times over the years, but not for 10 yrs & have to admit we had forgotten how small the rooms were.
