This is the best hotel. The staff are very helpfully friendly and it has everything you could possibly ask for, if you weren't so bashful. Right next to Picpus metro and surrounded by beautiful classical architecture within a quiet but confident neighbourhood.

The room was clean. It didn’t have basic stuff like a steamer or mini fridge and items to make coffee but it worked fine. The area is good and you can access central Paris easily by train in around 35 minutes mostly. The area was also buzzing and had nice pattiseries, a few pharmacies and other bistro like restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the staff were so friendly. Location is excellent and right opposite a metro station which can take you anywhere in Paris. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Paris!

The best Cosy Hotel
It provided my young son and I the absolutely perfect stay. Being on the Metro 1 route (just a few minutes walk from Nation) we were able to travel freely but also enjoy a non-touristy space in the evening. The rooms being directly above the restaurant was amazing. The bistro is packed every evening - full or Parisians enjoying wonderful food. We loved the sharing platters and the chocolate pudding! The staff were very friendly, efficient and couldn't do more to accommodate us. It was great to be able to take drinks up to our room.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Patis, easy to get to by public transport ot taxi. We stayed in a twin room. The room was basic but fine for sleeping and the cafe/restaurant was open all day with a nice atmosphere. The beds were not as comfy as i am used to, but that could be age on my part.

This was a good choice for us: inexpensive (comparatively) , clean, quite good food for evening meals, very helpful lovely staff, they didn’t mind us turning up very late on our first night, huge comfy bed, hot shower and you can regulate the temperature of the room easily. We asked for a quiet room at the back and that’s what we got but it was a quite teeny and it was a bit difficult to find places to put things (no drawers but a couple of shelves which was fine, really) V. close to Picpus underground. We’d go back!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable accommodations and a convenient location that made exploring the city a breeze. A great stay in this lovely little hotel that was very convenient for our visit to see our daughter who lives locally. Also, very easy access to the metro for getting into Paris centre. Parking was pre-booked in an underground car park 4 minutes away introduced by the friendly staff on reception.
We ate a good meal in the Bistro one evening and our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. We would have given 5 stars if the room had been a bit bigger, there had been a lift to our room and the weekend breakfast hadn’t felt hurried to make way for the Bistro’s Brunch service.
We will stay there again when next visiting our daughter!

Our short stay at Le Petit Cosy Hotel was perfect. Loved the modern interior, impeccably clean. Super friendly staff and the adjoining cafe is quintessentially Parisian! The neighborhood is clean and relatively quiet. Fewer tourists and so you feel like a real live French person. Perfect if you’re the type who wants to do the thing…no McDonalds or KFC in sight. Could have stayed a week!

Very good close access to 2 metro stations with direct access to most sites to visit. Rooms are small. Only recommendation is to add at least 1 English Channel to tv. In summary very nice place and good value for money.

Very convenient to nearby metro station; agreeable non-touristy area. Price high but not surprising or unusual given presence of world rugby tournament. On the distaff side, reception/front desk resources could be more elaborate; attached restaurant's petit dejeuner was reasonably priced (and good), but the 4.70Euro standard price for a small bottle of Perrier seemed excessive.

This is a great place to stay with a lovely bar next to the hotel. The staff were really welcoming and helpful with the questions I had. The Picpus Metro station and bus stops are very close by. Clean room with comfortable bed and had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent small neighborhood hotel in 12th arrondissement, very near the metro, had one of our best dinners at the hotel’s excellent restaurant, which is a neighborhood fixture with its own local clientele. Highly recommended, unless you need an elevator.

L’hôtel était très sympathique dans Im un bon quartier qui était plutôt calme et en sécurité. On a bien aimé la nuit qu’on a passé à Cosy. La seule chose c’est que l’hôtel a besoin de réapprovisionner les chambres et approvisionner les chambres avec du dentifrice au moins et savon et shampooing pour les clients je pense que c’est la moindre des choses. Mais apart de ça c’était un bon endroit.

Escaped the heat wave
I stayed for two nights during a heat wave. The rooms are small, but the AC allowed me to sleep very well. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite part was the breakfast, served in a beautiful cafe with plenty of sidewalk seating, quintessential Paris!

We had the room at the very top of the hotel, the stairs were steep and was difficult to navigate with luggage, although I would not let this put you off booking here, we loved it, the restaurant downstairs had wonderful food, the staff were friendly, helpful and patient with us trying to speak French, most of the staff spoke English. The room was compact, the bed was comfortable and the maid did a great job at making up the room. The hotel is well placed near the metro and we could get to most places in 30 minutes. There is a nice shopping area nearby with still more good restaurants and all the people we met, were friendly.

Stayed in this hotel twice - first time the room was quite small and the second time is was great with 3 large windows and an awesome view over the hustle and bustle of the street below.
Hotel is really close to Picpus metro, so it was very easy commuting from the main station and very convenient to go to all the tourist attractions. Great area with a wide selection of restaurant. We also loved the hotel restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really great stay and thought the hotel was really well priced too.

It's across the street from the Picpus metro station and there's a bakery about 2 doors down. Rooms are European sized (i.e. not huge, but not smaller than average). The rooms are air conditioned (a key benefit during August). The rooms do require getting up some tiny stairs, so be warned if you have large luggage.

Stayed 3 nights for a family vacation. Rooms were a bit small, but enough space to manage a short stay. Clean and air conditioned. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast spread was limited, but had the basics to have a hearty meal. No elevators, but we could store our strollers in the storage room on the ground floor. Next to Picpus metro / bus stop. Nation is also walking distance.

The rooms are nicely painted, simple and comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. This hotel is well located for transport into and around Paris, while not in itself central. I unfortunately fell ill and so spent a fair bit of time in the room. The bed is comfortable but if staying again I'd request an extra blanket as the blankets used are quite thin. Check in staff and night staff were lovely however the woman on the desk in the mornings was unfriendly and snarky each day when I went to check out at noon, the stated check out time. There are quite a few stairs, that are narrow, to the rooms but so long as you're ok with stairs it's a nice place for a few nights.

Really enjoined my 3-hight stay at le Petit Cosy Hotel. Attentive staff. It looks like the hotel has been recently renovated - my room was small, comfortable, with modern design, with a small, sparkling clean bathroom. There is also a nice, busy restaurant downstairs where I would get my coffee “emporte” (take-out) at any time day or night. I asked for a room on a higher floor so that I can have a nice view, which I did. My room was on the last third floor. Beware though - there is no elevator and stairs are narrow. If you have luggage, be ready to struggle to get your stuff upstairs and then bring it back down, especially if you’re staying on a higher floor. All I had was a small backpack which was taken upstairs by a staff member when I first arrived but then I had to sweat it out when I had to take it downstairs myself. Otherwise it’s a very nice, small, well run hotel, very conveniently located, in a neighborhood with many restaurants.
