Cleaner Stole Something From My Room

One of the most important things about any hotel stay, no matter how expensive or inexpensive the hotel, is being able to trust the people who are cleaning your room, because (1) you can't possibly put everything in the safe and (2) they clean the room when you are not there. I left a rather expensive Japanese towel in the shower to dry, and forgot to pack it when I checked out of the room. After I had arrived at my new hotel in other part of the city, I realized I had left the towel in the shower, and called the hotel, and told them I left it in my room. They said that the woman who cleaned my room had left for the day, and to call the next day. The next day, instead of calling, I went to the hotel, and explained that I left the towel in the shower. And that I wasn't 99% certain I had left it -- I was 100% certain I had left it. They asked the woman who cleaned my room, and she said she didn't see it. So, either the woman (1) kept it or (2) threw it away (given that it was an expensive towel, she probably kept it). And she is either a liar or a thief (or both). If you read the other reviews, you will learn that this is not the first time a cleaner has stolen something from a guest of this hotel. The hotel refused to compensate me. So, please take my advice, and stay elsewhere, unless you don't mind your room being cleaned by thieves.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. In a perfect world I would have loved an iron, a larger safe (to fit my laptop), and a tea kettle for the room. Overall it was perfectly nice. The bed was very comfortable, and even though my room was on the first floor facing the street, it was quiet. Being super close to a Monoprix and a CityPharma was a nice perk as well!

The hotel is well located, it’s an easy 3 minute walk to Place de la Nation. The staff is very nice and professional. They even accommodated my request to check in Earle (in the morning). My room was small, but quiet, and perfect for 1 person (or 2). It had everything I needed + a comfy bed. I have absolutely no complaints with Pavillon Nation! (It’s also right across from a huge Monoprix)

Big problem: in room safe did not work, was broken actually.
Staff gave us key to an unoccupied room to use that safe. No luck, that safe did not function either. Effort was made by staff, but no result. We were told that technician is not available on weekend. Somehow, we got the feeling that they are aware of the problem, but are not really addressing it.

On a positive note, there was a cell phone in the room one could take along and make free calls during the stay at the hotel. Details here: handy.travel

Nice quiet room in central Paris

I booked this hotel in a hurry, without much research, and was therefore delighted to find it met all my needs. Firstly, the room was facing back onto the courtyard, and super-quiet. It was clean. It had air conditioning, useful in a very hot spell in August. It was small but well appointed, with a good bathroom. And finally the staff were helpful. Just what I needed, at a good price!

Good place to stay for a week

I spent a week at the Pavillon Nation, during the heatwave, so the efficient air conditioning was most welcome! I wanted to stay somewhere away from the tourist areas, and for me this location is ideal. It's easy to get anywhere, being close to Nation station - 4 metro lines and RER A - and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
I recommend it, and would certainly consider going back again next time I visit Paris.

Great time, good hotel! The service was subpar. There are some really great employees but a lot of them are unhelpful, and one even doesn’t speak English, and is rude with it. The rooms are extreeeeemely small and there IS NO king bed, only a queen bed. And there is no door or curtain on the shower. The mini fridge is cool, NOT cold. However, room cleaning EVERYDAY! Extremely close to the metro, great food around. Butttt you need to leave your key everytime you leave and all you need to get it back is your room number. Even when employees rotate, and don’t know who you are, making it easy for anyone to possibly enter your room.

I only stayed one night but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The front desk were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy; additionally, they printed and guided me directions on how to get to the airport. I loved how there was a Monoprix across the street and the train station was just under a five minute. The room was tiny but enough for one person. I will definitely choose this hotel when I go to Paris next time.

Getting better !

Second stay in last 5 months, and major improvement is a new manager, keen to deal with faults and niggles in rooms !
Breakfast area is attractive, spacious, clean and well organised.
Good base for visitors, with excellent public transport links to the whole city and to CDG airport.
Only items missing from a personal \"wish list\" would be for some non-French language channels on the TV, and for tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, please . . ?
Overall, would now be happy to return, though !

The rooms are small for 2 people. They all have king size beds which and closets with no room for big suitcases. The rooms were clean though. The breakfast was good as well. The main issue was that we got robbed of some money. The hotel receptionist and manager said it wasn’t their responsibility because we didn’t use the safe, however it is still very upsetting to realize that hotel staff is going thru your personal belongings as the money was not left visible at all. At the end we came to an agreement with the hotel receptionist to relieve some of our charges in exchange to the loss.

Room clean and comfortable, but neither a hot drink-making facility, nor any non-French language channels on the TV.
Maintenance requests to reception - 3 times in first half of stay - effectively deferred or ignored. Gold star to Olga, also at reception, for diligent security check before handing the room key to me.
Bathroom ceiling, base for wash handbasin, and shower mixer tap all looked a little \"tired.\"
Area - Place de la Nation - has excellent rail and bus links to the rest of the city.

We booked this hotel due to its vicinity to the AccorHotels Arena very last minute and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Our executive room was spacious, comfortable and clean all we needed for one night. We would definitely use again as a base to explore Paris.

Fairly easy to find & short walk between two metro stations as well as several cafes/ restaurants. Staff were friendly enough (& spoke English). If you've never been to Paris, be aware that rooms are small - this one is no exception but was so small we had nowhere to stash luggage, constantly tripping over each other and had to leave bathroom door open just to sit on the toilet! The room reeked of cigarettes when we entered despite our reservation guaranteeing smoke-free. We have never 'slept' in a more uncomfortable bed; very large caved in area on one side of the queen sized bed which squeezed us down to a twin size as we could not sleep on that side. As we were on the first floor the constant noise from the street made relaxing difficult but as we were typically exhausted at the end of the day this didn't affect sleep. Few in-room amenities; no coffee/tea maker, no closet, no blow dryer. The exhaust fan in the bathroom & one lamp was broken. Housekeeping staff disturbed us most mornings by knocking on our door early to ask if we needed it clean at 8 am - my husband was in the middle of showering! Most if the time we didn't hear other patrons except occasional door slamming, smelling marijuana smoke and one lady thoroughly enjoying herself one evening (more power to her). Breakfast is 9€ pp but we chose nearby cafes for un cafě/petit dejeuner. The hotel was alerted to some of our concerns the first day via Expedia and chose not to address them. Would never stay here again.

In defense of the hotel. My fiance and I did not learn any French before our visit to Paris and that was a HUGE mistake. If we plan to return learning French is a must to get around. The maps are confusing and with no GPS. We got lost twice trying to find the hotel.

The Hotel is well-located, the personnel is excellent, specially Anwar, Olga, and Diallo among others. The lady who takes care of the Breakfast is nice and friendly.

I recommend that the Hotel update their fridges and replace the missing lamp bulbs. The cleaning is good and so is the service.

I do recommend the hotel to those who are not looking for luxuray.

The room was clean but was so small that one had so walk sideways to get around the end of the bed to the other side of the bed without going over the bed. There was do pot to boil water for tea. The staff was very nice and purchased a nice one along with two mugs for our second day on. Everything was adequate but the size was extremely small.

Staff were all lovely and friendly, room a good size and clean. Location is quite far from main attractions so be prepared to take the metro about 20 stops to the Eiffel Tower. Ace little bar/restaurant across the road that did good food and drinks at a reasonable price (Le Cantal) with English speaking staff. Breakfast at the hotel is €8.50 a day per person but worth it, we had for two days and enjoyed the easiness of it being at the hotel :)

My wife and daughter and myself spent 3 days at this nice hotel. The front desk guys- especially Yacine- were very warm at welcoming us and went the extra mile in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They knew the surrounding and where to go and even helped me download my phone photos using their computer. A supermarket is just in face of the hotel and the area is filled with coffee shops and restaurants. You can find anything you need in the neighborhood. Plus, 2 metro stations are close around.

Sort of a polished turd

Pavillon Nation is a decent location, 11th district and just a few blocks from the Metro, but that's probably the extent of the pleasantries. Room was very small - which was to be expected from Paris - but we did not have AC, the bed is a brick, WiFi is bogus, the television carried about 5 stations (if that matters to you), and most disappointingly, the shutters in our bathroom did not cover the entire window. So my wife and I would gamble every time we showered or used the bathroom, hoping someone just outside the window wouldn't be out there having a smoke and looking in (which did happen at least once). We were also adamantly told at check in that there had been a recent incident regarding guest property and repeatedly reminded us that the hotel would not be responsible for any missing belongings. Even more strangely, there's also no way to call the front desk from your room, so when I went down to ask the night shift guy a question, he was sitting in pitch darkness watching movies on a tablet 6 inches from his nose. The whole experience was a little creepy... not likely to return the next time we are in Paris.

Booked and paid for 2 Executive Non Smoking Rooms - requesting rooms located side by side or on same floor. Arrived at hotel and found Executive Room was a smoking room (and smelled very strongly of smoke). The other room was a standard room. When queried standard room with reception was told that if we wanted to be on the same floor they only had 1 Executive room on each floor. Second issue was the toilet in the Standard Room was not cleaned at all, the soap wrapper I left by the soap dish on first night remained in it's place for the entire stay along with the plastic cups which I had also used on first night.

I booked this hotel based on the price point and the reviews, however I knew the reviews were very mixed. The location was great! The Nation transit station connected with many lines where you could go directly to many main attractions easily (about 15-20 minutes to some). There were many restaurants, bars, and bakeries in the area. There was also a great supermarket about a 5-10 minute walk away.

Initially we were in room 501. We unpacked and got settled, but when we wanted to take a shower, the water was not draining from the shower. After a few hours, we were moved to another room. The second room had a missing handle on the faucet and water dripped from the sink and from the pipe underneath - it appeared that this was already known because there was some water damage. We figured that we would not get anything better, as we didn't even get an upgrade or anything.

If you would like your room cleaned (we were not told upon check-in), you must leave your giant heavy key with the front desk in the morning, otherwise they cannot access your room. The front desk girl, was great and explained this to us plus she gave us a free breakfast. Most of the staff we great, aside from one (from our first day) who was not interested in providing any sort of customer service.

Quick trip

We had a couple of problems with our room but the staff was quick to fix everything except the phone (which was not a big deal for us). They offered to knock on the door to give us a wake up call (since the phone did not work) but no one came... good thing I also set the alarm on my phone. All in all it is a nice hotel (with a/c) close to the metro but the beds are hard.

The hotel's own quoted price for this room is 260 euros which would be a rip-off, but the price on expedia was about right.

Great! for my short business trip to Paris.

Great hotel, with a location close to Paris Nation, just set back enough from the main road to be quiet but with easy access to a huge number of places to eat from restaurants to takeaways. Paris Nation has stations for RER (Regional Trains) and Paris Metro...... Hotel room was relatively small but par for continental Europe, it was very clean and had everything I needed, including Wi-Fi which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful although I don’t eat breakfast so I can't comment on the food or service, oh and there is a Gym in the basement but I didn’t get chance to use it.....All in all a great hotel for my business trip and one to which I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again or recommend.

A good hotel. It's close to the station and only a short journey (10-15 mins) to the centre of Paris. The rooms are clean and nice. The only issues were the TV only shows French channels, could have done with a least one English one and the bedding (sheets not bed) is poor. Only one pillow too, although you can ask for more from reception. Overall, worth a stay.

Good accessible location to see Paris, some issues

I got this hotel at a good rate of 80USD per night. I must say i did enjoy the location, it was easily accessible by the metro without being too close to the massive amounts of tourists elsewhere in the city. There are plenty of good value restaurants and cafes in the area, but this is not near any tourist attractions other than la nation. Rooms are cozy but not always quiet.

That being said there were some issues with this hotel. For example, when we arrived our room was not ready even though it was well after check in time. Our room was missing some items such as a towel, when it was prepared each day, and the hotel was poorly staffed and had only one front desk attendant (who also was responsible to open the door) and was not always available and responsive. Other than the occasions above, whenever i visited the front desk service was very good.

Overall this hotel met my expectations. If you can get a good deal here it is worth your while, but otherwise i would look elsewhere.

Great hotel for single female traveller

This hotel is the right mix of functional and comfortable. My room (301) was nicely decorated in a modern, slightly funky, way. The bed was very comfortable and queen size, so I had plenty of room. The room itself was a reasonable size, with space to walk around. Perfect for a solo traveller, and ok for a couple there for a short break. The bathroom was small but very well designed. The shower, however, was a decent size and could probably accomodate 2 people (if required). I found my room very quiet, even tough I was there at the week-end, and heard minimal street and hotel noise. However the walls are thin and the corridors echoey. If there was a big group booking in...I imagine the noise would travel.

I didn't really use the services of the reception desk but veryne seemed friendly enough. I didn't have breakfast there or use the gym. Wi-fi was very sketchy. If yu desperately need it 24/7 then this isn;t the hotel for you. However, it was perfect for a casual user who logs n from time to time.

The best thing abut the hotel (apart from the comfy bed!) was the location. Only 2 mins from the Metro (either the local stop or the big Nation station). I felt very safe walking back from Nation alone at night (sometimes as late as 1am). Nation is also a brilliant station because you can, pretty much, get anywhere from there, as many lines interchange.

I cannot find fault in any of my stay. I would recommend this hotel from the positive experience I had when I was there.

Modern, clean, warm hotel in a fab location

If you are looking for a cheapish hotel, with a comfortable bed, warm room, in a good location - then Pavillion Nation is the one for you.
My husband and I visited Paris for our first wedding anniversary in Feb 2013 and wanted something not too expensive. The Pavilion Nation is in a good location - very easy to get to from the Nord (Eurostar arrival). Just take the blue line from the Nord and get off at Avron - and walk straight. It is on the right hand side of the road. Just three minutes walking distance from Avron. Nation metro station is just 8 minutes walking distance and has great links to the whole of Paris.
The hotel is very clean and modern. Small room room but we were only using it to sleep in. Paris was very cold so I loved the warm room! The shower is great. Staff speak good English.
Hotel could benefit from a few maps or tourist guides by reception. Toilets in reception are a bit dirty and should be cleaned more often. I weary about leaving bags before check in as no ticket system but luckily they were fine.
You have to give in your key before you leave your room which is a bit weird. You don't have to show any identity when you ask for your key back - not great security.
There's an EXCELLENT restaurant just round the corner called Chez Parlour. Perfect if you want a good French meal and on a budget.

Pretty convenient but not crowded

The hotel is 2 mins walk from Nation station and is walkable distance to rue de Charonne (tho not too close) , there seem to be a small morning market nearby on Boulevard de Charonne but we've just missed it by noon. There's a Printemps nearby too. Nation is on the red line so pretty convenient to get around. However, the hotel room is pretty small and the cleaner opened our door 3 times on the morning we were going to check out (check out time was noon and we left the room around half 11). Overall a clean little hotel.

Handy hotel for the metro

We had stayed here before and it was as good this time.The room was a little small but had all we needed. The ensuite was minuscule but is normal for Parisian hotels. We like that it is handy for the metro and there are some good restaurants around. The breakfast is 8,50 euros and is quite good value. They serve it between 7am and 1030 am so the times suit everyone. All in all a good hotel.

New Year's Eve

Decently priced for a New Years hotel. Rooms are very small as is the standard in most of Europe. Staff was nice and helpful. Shower leaked water through walls under the carpet of the floor in the room which gave the room a moldy smell but hey, it's not the ritz. Very close to metro station which makes transport around Paris and surrounding areas very very easy. It's in an outer neighborhood which is safe and easy to navigate but not exactly tourist friendly. Next time I'll stay closer to the city centre, but for the price on New Years i like it and enjoyed my stay.

Shag carpet, leaky sink, creepy bedspread

The first thing we noticed was a dirty looking shag carpet, scary for a room so small. The sink in the bathroom leaked everytime the water was turned on making the bathroom floor always wet and the linens really needed some bleach. The only saving grace is that Paris is not a place where you spend time in a room. The staff was courteous which helped a lot.

The only thing great about this hotel is location. No wifi. We are in 2012 not 1998. And they did not have internet in all the floors! You had to sit in the lobby and sometimes it would not work there. Our modernesque faucet was leaking, fridge did not work, and the tv only like 3 channels and it was in french. No bbc at least. Not worth the money.

Comfortable and stylish!

Lovely hotel - stylish, and comfy double bed! although pillows very flat, so could do with 2 instead of 1! not sure if reception would give you another as we didn't ask. also when we got there we had 2 bath towels but were only given 1 the day after for some reason. Rooms very small, but I liked as it was cosy, and I don't see the point in huge rooms when all you're there is to sleep!

Hotel in a great location - near one of the main metro stops, Nation. And ideal for seeing the city and for going to Disneyland Paris as we did, as it is inbetween both, and not far from either - about 10mins from Eiffel tower and 30mins from Disneyland. Was a lovely bakery nearby were we got croissants every morning for breakfast (open on a sunday too).

Although a few minor problems with the hotel would definately recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The reviews I read about this hotel was not exactly accurate. Also, the pictures make the hotel seem soo much nicer than what it actually is. When we got there, the receptionist was not exactly nice. He was exceptionally rude when I told him the wi-fi password wasn't working and did not help at all until the next day when a different concierge person told us the correct password. Furthermore, the room was small! The finishing of the furniture is relatively okay (not as nice as the pictures trust me!). The bathroom was very good however there is a design flaw of the shower as there was no way to prevent water from splashing/spraying out onto the bathroom floor. The windows cannot open even if you're feeling hot in the room due to some weird reason. However, the location may not be central but it is very close to the Nation station which has plenty of lines to take you to different parts of Paris. All in all, the hotel could have been better but the location made up for it a tiny bit.

This is the perfect hotel for getting around Paris. Right down the street from a great metro station. Great neighborhood with a number of grocery stores and places to eat.

Small but great service

Our hotel at the Pavillion was very small, and some of the furniture was a little run down. The mattress and pillows in particular felt like they needed to be replaced. However, any shortcomings of the hotel were made up for by the staff and breakfast. The front desk let me print from their computer twice, and the daily breakfast (while not free) was lovely.

Great location, sub-par room maintenance

Pavillon Nation is very conveniently located a short walking distance from Nation metro stop and an RER line. It is also a conveniently short taxi ride to a couple of rail stations in southern Paris (Bercy and Orly, I think). The rooms are very small, but we expected that, and the price seems reasonable. Our room was very quiet. My sole surprise & complaint is that simple maintenance needs (broken plumbing fixtures, burned-out lights, slow drains) seem to be widely ignored -- this is unnecessary, annoying, and somewhat inexplicable! The Pavillon should be able to do better than that.

Quiet, but very close to the Metro, 15 minutes to the tourist areas. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Supermarket very nearby. Rooms Very Small, Bathroom VERY SMALL. Good hot shower. Air conditioning works well.

Loved it!

I had a great experience at Pavillon Nation. I went for my honeymoon. The location is perfect. It's right by the metro that takes you everywhere. There are also tons of good food places nearby. The staff is kind and helpful. The only issue was the room being small but that's expected in Europe so it wasn't a shock for me. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a no frills type of hotel. The room was small, but that is to be expected in Paris, clean and comfortable. It is located away from all the main attractions which was nice. The hotel is near the Nation Metro stop which was very convenient for access to 4 Metro lines and an RER line. Plenty of cafes in the neighborhood full of Parisians instead of tourists.

Comfortable room with elegant design

The hotel is a few metro stops from most of the attractions, but not bad at all. Loved the supermarket RIGHT across the street. Definitely a plus. The restaurant around the corner called Chez Prosper served very good French food. Many locals go there. No complaint about the room. It is comfortable. The wall is thin and it can be a problem if you get a noisy person next room. Hotel staff are uniformly ok...not rude, but also not welcoming. Not eager to help or answer questions.

Much better than expected

After all the negative reviews, I was worried about this hotel. However, it was fine. The room was clean, and even though it was small that is to be expected for most hotels in Paris. It was very conveniently located, about a 20 minute train ride to the center of Paris and it was a good neighborhood itself, with lots of restaurants. The people who complained about the breakfast are ridiculous. For the money you are paying (8 euros per person), you get unlimited tea and/or coffee, juice, pastries, baguette with cold cuts, and cereal. You won't get a deal like that anywhere else. It also all tasted fresh and the service was great. The hotel quickly responded to any concerns we had, they were at the front desk 24 hours a day. Generally, the people were pleasant, the rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast was filling. I would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of a great neighborhood

The hotel offers a boutique experience, although it may be a little pricey. But, it's walking distance to multiple metro stations, is on one of the best streets in Paris, is REASONABLY clean and has a pretty good (by Paris standards) breakfast for 15 Euros. But its everything that goes on around it that's pretty fantastic... great brasseries, patisserie, butcher shops (tired of spending big bucks on dinner? try the 5 Euros roasted chicken from the market next door). I was in Paris on business and brought my wife along. We ended up spending an extra two days because this hotel was so pleasant. BIG party right out the door (so ask for a room at the back if you want to sleep); air conditioning that actually works, bathrooms and showers that are beter than average.

The rooms were the among the smallest rooms I've ever seen. There's just enough room for a bed and not much more. This is Paris, but we usually get bigger rooms than this. The hotel is also short on amenities. It's essentially a budget hotel that would like to portray itself as something more. The location is near a metro, so that's good, but I don't think I'd choose this location again.

Overall disappointing

It takes a lot to make me write a review, positive or negative, and this is in fact my first one. After a long trip with no sleep from New York to Paris, we got to the hotel and were able to get our room immediately. We got to the room and discovered just how small it was. I live in New York and have seen many small hotel rooms that friends and family have stayed in. This was tiny. There were several issues like a safe that wouldn't work, missing hair dryer, and broken shower spray. This did get repair or replaced after mentioning them but were aggravating to deal with. We were told that there was free wifi throughout but when we tried to access it we needed to have a password. So once again we went downstairs to get the information. The part of the hotel experience that made me write this review was our departure. To catch a 7:30 am flight to Rome from Orly, we needed a taxi to take us there since the public transportation would not be leaving early enough. We spoke with the desk attendant to arrange a cab. She said that it would take 45 - 55 minutes to get there, we would need 2 hours to check in, and would be $50. Great. We met our cab driver downstairs at 4:30 and 25 minutes later were at the terminal and were told by the driver it would be $65. Even though we told him that the hotel said it would be $50 he would not accept it. The lack of correct information from the staff was extremely bothersome and left me not happy with the experience.

Will stay here again

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were a bit leery because I had read that it was kind of small and we usually like to have 2 separate beds but it turned out that we were comfortable even with one bed. The room was small but hey, its Paris. We were OK as long as we sleep comfortably. I like the location very much because it was not too touristy area. So the restaurants and stores were pretty reasonable. There is a great bakery nearby as well as a grocery store and a Monoprix. A bank dispensed at least 400 Euro no problems whereas I heard some banks only have a limit of 150 Euros. The internet signal was very week so we could not get internet to work in the room but was OK at the lobby. Wifi was included. Close to the metro so no problems getting to all the sightseeing. Also there is a direct bus to and from Airport CDG to this area (Rossy Bus #351) but we didn't use it as it would take too long. We were a bit worry about trying to leave and take the Metro to the airport at 5:30am in the morning. We were told it was safe even at that time. We did and it worked out fine. Amazing but there was quite a few people taking the Metro even at that time of the morning. We got to the airport around 6:30am. We almost made it by 6:10am if we not not just miss one train by about 1 minute. Anyways, we are quite happy with the hotel and will certainly consider staying here again. The price was much cheaper then anything we found but we got some last minute deal.

Good tourist bases in Paris

Hotel in good location with plenty of places to eat/drink around it. Not in the center of the action but if you don't mind the metro this is a good place to stay. We used it to sleep and shower, and for for those purposes this is a good hotel for the price. No English tv channels and the shower could be better. Overall, good tourist base.

Clean rooms but small. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Located close to Nation metro with good access to metro links. 23% discount so good value for money. Without discount would stay more central and pay more. Mini bar in room. Good sandwich shop and supermarket across the road which was convenient. Stayed for 4 nights and no hairdryers available for first 3 days. No bar so really a hotel to use as a base to sleep at only.

Good Hotel For Business or Pleasure

If your a business traveller you will appreciate the location and meeting room of the hotel. For the leisure traveller, you'll love the great restaurants and cafes. Theres a bit of shopping too located just across the street.

We loved the very attentive staff - Sarah and Francois were really helpful !

Rooms are small as in most Paris hotels, but after all who come to Paris to hang out in their hotel room and watch television.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was again pleasantly surprise on a great hotel. I had problems with my Wifi connection this time around and the house keeping did not pick up some trash but nothing to really complain about. I would diffidently stay again. Rooms are small but everything is in Paris. So you might need two rooms when you are traveling more than 2 guests.

Far from the center but very close!

Nice, just very recently renovated hotel in hitech style.
Room is small, what is usual for Paris, but it has all what you need (except that internet is slow and skype does not work well). Location is very good - metro line 6 brings you to Eiffel tower and to Champs Elysees, and RER will bring you fast to Champs again, le Defence, and just to the heart of Paris.
