On a quiet, tree-lined boulevard with stone buildings just a few steps from Nation Place, the hotel du Printemps is located in a pleasant and typical Parisian neighborhood with many restaurants and shops.

The exterior of this hotel is impressive. The rooms are unbelievably below par . Basic amenities were lacking.. The furniture was just a bed with a mattress and two bedside tables that were like they got them from a Barbie's dollhouse. No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. There were no amenities for coffee or tea. The front desk is very pleasant and helpful and provided us with hot water for a cup of tea. The breakfast was boiled eggs and a croissant /per/person they ordered the night before. Honestly ,we are in Paris and we could 've done so much better in our choice for accomodations. Besides this location was far from the sightseeing attractions.

Paris, Nice - Spring Break 2025

Small and cozy room with enough amenities. We stayed for only one night before catching flight back to United States. Very close to Gare de Lyon station. We took trip to Nice from Paris and came back to Paris via train. Hotel is in nice residential area with few restaurants very close by. Bakeries are close too for early morning coffee and pastries with other goodies.

Hôtel du Printemps was extremely clean and quiet. Our room was quite small (as they all are in Paris) but was very comfortable with a nice bed. The staff here was very kind and helpful. The location is a short walk from the main Nation station which can get you basically anywhere. The breakfast buffet and room service were good value with quality food and drinks. We loved that this hotel wasn’t in a super touristy area and we got a little more of the authentic Paris experience.

absolutely loved this place! The room for 2 is very small, but workable. The room for 3 was spacious and comfy. The lift/elevator is tiny - we were 5 people in our group and had to take turns (2 could go, or 3, but not more). The stairs are nice as well - we were 5th floor, so coming down was fine; going up, we waited our turns on the elevator.

We did not do the hotel breakfast, instead walking to the little bakery on the corner, so can't speak to that. They do have a water fountain/station downstairs to fill your water bottle (the sinks are not deep enough), so that was a nice touch, and they were able to arrange airport transfers for a fee. For sight-seeing, the Nations metro stop is just a short walk and had many of the main lines - we were able to use that to get everywhere, only once having to transfer to a different metro line.

The staff are very pleasant & helpful, Metro map in the wall & for taking, all in all a top notch spot. Would absolutely stay here again! Did not feel like a budget spot at all, felt very luxurious.

Le Printemps is a small, \"boutique\" hotel in a quiet neighbourhood (Picpus), yet well-connected to central Paris by public transportation—bus and subway stops are just a few feet away. This being Paris, rooms are on the small(ish) side, but perfectly appointed and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent value overall, especially \"single\" rooms if you travel alone.

The room was really compact, so being on the outskirts of Paris apparently does not help with room size. Breakfast was surprisingly nice. A metro station is nearby, as well as a couple of nice bars and restaurants.

The rooms are small but serviceable. Shower small but clean. Near tube. Recommend going to nation which is a 5 min walk as on line 1. We booked adjacent rooms but were given rooms down the corridor from each other. Breakfast ok on first day but lots of food missing on day 2 due to delivery issues.

staff are super friendly, always smiling and helpful. location is a few minutes walk from picpus metro. room was small but cozy, has everything you need but a kettle but you can get hot water in the breakfast room - just ask. you do need to leave your room key at reception when you leave the hotel. the area is safe, clean, no issues or concerns exploring alone during the day or night. highly recommend, its a wonderful place and at a very affordable price, great value! book now!

Very clean rooms & very comfortable beds. Breakfast in the hotel is very good & convenient. The only problem is the noise in the hotel, the soundproofing is terrible as much from other clients' room & the noise coming from the hallway. We were in room 16 & had a bathroom next to it that everyone could use & we cold here everything that was going on. The neighbourhood is very clean & quiet & close to 2 metro stations

Arrived before checkin, they securely stored our luggage. Excellent breakfast; 2 types of ham, several fresh breads daily, fruit, cheese, cereal, and you can even boil an egg. Tea and coffee, juice and water. Excellent location. Close to Nation Metro station and Picpus, which take you easily to airport, Disneyland, Versailles, and of course everything else. Room is small, but expected...it’s Europe! Bathroom was very nice and room looked brand new. Everyone at the front desk spoke english and were very polite and helpful. The hotel is not in a busy place at all and was quiet and very safe. We would definitely stay again!

Great travel connections, 10-15 mins to central Paris but a very local feeling area, not at all touristy. Rooms fine for Paris, we had a triple room and could have swung 3 small cats. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was terrific with all the usual European items like croissants, eggs, meat and cheese and fresh fruit, as well as yogurt, bread, butter and jams. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were very hot. Area has great patisseries as well as cafes. Highly recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort in a small setting in exchange for larger but not as great.

Upon entry into my single room, my first though \"omg, this room is tiny\". The single room i stayed in was EXTREMELY small. Smaller than the room pictured on the site. I assume this is because I was given the corner room, by the staircase which was arranged differently to accommodate the location. Once I got over the room, I figured I need to just accept it. However, the next morning, I was awakened by noise in the roof, (I was on the 5th floor). I called downstairs and they said that the guys were in the attic, conveniently located above my roof, working. Then the front desk called me a few minutes after and suggested I came downstairs and spend about 10 minutes in the lobby because they will be setting off the fire alarm and it would be better for me to not be in the room. I was the only one to receive this call. Other than the small room, noisy day, the staff was tremendously kind and helpful. They serve breakfast which consists of boiled eggs, croissants, ham, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, butter and a little treat. This boutique hotel is fairly priced, conveniently located close to Picpus and Nation metro station. But if you are looking for luxury and room, this is not the place. But if you just want somewhere to lay your head for a night, or couple of nights, it is ideal.

The room is cute and clean but quite small even for tiny people. The elevator is very small and could hardly fit two people with luggage. Breakfast is very good and filling. Love their croissants! They are not greasy and did NOT upset my sensitive stomach. The location is excellent, it’s adjacent to many restaurants, subway station and other many public amenities. I admire the house keeper for her honesty. She turned in my ring and watch she found by the lobby.

The hotel was situated in Picpus which is a nice area with plenty of shops and places to eat. It is also very convenient for public transport into the centre of Paris. The property is close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms are small. Wish they had a mini fridge in the room so we can have some cold juice or water in the room since it was hot outside.

This was my first visit to Paris, and selected this hotel on its price. The hotel is in the 12th district. The metro stop is just around the corner from the hotel, and that train goes right by the Eiffel Tower, so nice and easy to get around. The Picpus area around the hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms have recently been updated. Even though they are small , they have everything you need and very comfortable beds.
The neighborhood is safe with many restaurants, stores and the metro nearby. The bakery at the corner is amazing!
Although a few miles from the center of Paris, it was a welcomed relief from the bustling tourist scene.

The hotel staff especially night time were very friendly, as well as the cleaning ladies. The rooms are nice and clean if you don’t mind traveling a little bit as it is a bit far out from main attractions- closest to Nation station. I unfortunately forgot my adapter in the room when I checked out. I emailed the property several times and had responses from a lady called Wafa saying they had checked but did not find anything. I tried to call several times also to explain again exactly where I had left it plugged in but it seemed that they did not want to go to the effort which I found an upsetting way to end my trip and stay in Paris.

The area is very nice and we enjoyed the playground across the street with our daughter. Kevin is wonderful. He was very helpful, inviting, knowledgeable and personable. This has been our 2nd trip to Paris and we would definitely stay at your hotel again because of him. The service he provided was remarkable and you should be proud to have him as an employee. Great room and neighborhood

Quiet family hotel

This small hotel is in the quiet Nation area of Paris, away from the tourist hubbub, but quite close to the metro and bus lines. Our room was tiny but comfortable enough and was quiet. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Very friendly and helpful personnel. We did not take the 9 euro breakfast as it was easy to get a coffee and croissant in a nearby cafe.

Lean, compact hotel in a great location

This is a hotel that is very economical, very clean and cosy and has very good staff. Wafa, and particularly Loretta, have good English skills and are very helpful , efficient, patient and friendly.
The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Place de Nation and only 10 min walk to Nation Train station which services many Metro lines as well as RER.
There are countless restaurants of a variety of tastes and stores of all sorts with a number of quality Boulangeries close by. It is in a safe area and is NOT besieged by tourists.
There is breakfast available at the hotel, if a little expensive and coffee facilities in the dining area.
One thing I would like to have in the hotel room is coffee making facilities.
The room (classified as a Single room but with a double bed is very small but ok for a sole traveller. The bathroom is tiny and, I believe, inadequate under any criteria, although the water flow in the shower is very good.
I would also comment that the time pattern of cleaning the rooms seems to be inconsistent.
Overall a good hotel in an excellent location.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. The room (triple) was spacious enough, and spotless. It was very quiet with dark curtains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good - excellent quality, amazing coffee, and with a wide enough variety that we looked forward to each of our six breakfasts.

Average hotel stay.
Small rooms however I’m told this is the norm in Paris.
We requested a double bed and got 2 singles which we were told would be sorted by the next morning but was not sorted the whole holiday. Beds were hard.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room which is okay as it is against their environment policy, however you did have to pay for tea/coffee downstairs in the bar area.
I did feel the location was good - close to a metro station that got you into central Paris within 20 minutes and had a few nice restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom was clean and modern. Hotel staff were polite.
It was odd that you had to leave your key at reception when you left. We had one day in which they couldn’t find our key which worries me that anyone could just walk in and ask for any numbered key.
Overall for the price it was average.

Wonderful hotel in great location

We stayed at Hotel du Printemps this summer with our family of four and very much liked everything about this hotel.

The staff is super friendly and always eager to help. The room was very nice, impeccably clean, and in the perfect location close to a couple of Metro stations. We enjoyed to stay in a neighborhood compared to the super busy, and touristy areas.

We will definitively come back and stay at Hotel du Printemps.

Fantastic option in Paris

The Hôtel du Printemps could easily be a 3 or 4-star hotel. It's modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and courteous, and the service is excellent. The location, a bit away from the tourist buzz, is nevertheless pleasent and close to key Métro stations. A joy!

Weekend in Paris

The accommodations were wonderful. However, one of the desk Clerks was very angry we had extra people in our room, and was knocking on our door 3 o'clock in the morning. It should not be at the discretion of the hotel how many people hang out in your room, or what time they would leave. Having extra people in the room did not affect any usage of anything in the hotel, we were very quiet, and it was a great time to meet up with friends in Europe.
