It was a okay place, but shower didn't work well. Also for the price the room wasn't worth. I paid around 60€ for a less than average shower and decent bed.
The breakfast also wasn't too great, a French stick tea a crossette and orange juice for 6€.

A pleasant stay. As it was for a night, I do not have much complaints. Room is quite spacious, only the toilet is small. Service is excellent as we are guided with some useful travel information. Location is excellent as it is near to a bus stop that brings us to places we wanted to go. Overall a good stay.

Friendly, traditional hotel not too far from Gare de Lyon. Rooms are quite small (cozy) but great for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

The hotel was ok for the price and walking distance to Gare de Lyon which suited me. It was clean enough but everything was very shabby. Not sure what was going on with the hot water but it was not a major issue for one night. I didn't mind the climb to the room as that was mentioned in the ad and the location was good. The staff were pleasant.

Hôtel dans Paris, à un quart d'heure à pied de la gare Paris Bercy, métro Dugommier. L'emplacement est pratique. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est vieillot, la moquette et le sommier sont défraichis mais le linge est propre. Pas de déco mais tarif très compétitif pour Paris. Le point noir: pas d'eau chaude! Pas de préavis, aucune solution proposée, pas de geste commercial. Il faut aimer la douche froide (littéralement).

J'avais réservé cette chambre pour ma sœur. Je suis monté l'aider à s'installer dans l'après-midi (4e étage sans ascenseur) et nous en avons profité pour parler des problèmes de santé de notre mère qui vient d'entrer en Ephad. Situation très douloureuse pour nous.
Le responsable a fait un scandale car nous sommes restés 40mn dans sa chambre tous les 2 (la tempête grondait dehors) alors que la chambre était pour une personne. Laissant sous-entendre que nous avions pris cette chambre pour faire des galipettes.
Tellement odieux que nous sommes partis trouver un autre hôtel (sans pouvoir nous faire rembourser cette chambre).
Donc non, Monsieur. C'est ma sœur. Vous l'auriez vu si vous intéressiez à vos semblables. Elle a 68 ans (10 de moins que vous). Et nous n'avons pas pour habitude de nous envoyer en l'air pour fêter nos retrouvailles.
S'il y a autant de commentaires négatifs sur votre comportement et votre établissement et que votre note globale est aussi basse, demandez vous s'il ne serait pas préférable pour vous de profiter d'une retraite bien méritée ?

Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et 70 marches pour arriver jusqu'au 4ème et dernier étage, avec les bagages. Les matelas sont à changer, car affaissé au niveau des deux endroits de couchage.

l'accueil a été des plus chaleureux établissement simple et proche de tous les commerces de plus il est très abordable le petit déjeuner est très copieux. De plus l'hôtel se trouve à 15 min à pied de Bercy (proximité de spectacles et également de la gare routière de bus)

I was given a room that was not in the main building but in the backyard. The positive was that I did not have to take my heavy luggage case upstairs (no lift), but staying in a standalone room was a bit strange and awkward. The facility overall need improvement, shower was not good. A 1-night stay shall be fine but not recommended for longer stay.

Premiers adjectifs qualificatifs : saleté et malhonnêteté pour ne pas dire voleur. Cela commence par la réception avec la poussière sur le téléphone, les prospectus empilés sur le comptoir un canapé troué et j’en passe. Cage d’escalier en travaux avec la moquette du sol arraché, un extincteur posé à meme le sol échelle dans la cage, quand à la chambre : peaumo de la douche qui fuit, serviette trouée , douche bouchée et parois de salle de bain sale, mais le mieux reste les petits animaux de compagnie mis à disposition : les punaises de lit, nous avons changé de chambre alèse non changées ( poil cheveux tâches) et pas de taie de traversin dans un lit et l’autre non changé. Nous avons demandé que le propriétaire rembourse une partie de la chambre et sa réponse a été NON. Comment pouvez vous travailler avec des voleurs crasseux pareils ? Sans compter la désinfection de tous nos effets personnels en espérant ne pas ramener de puces chez nous. Que comptez vous faire ?

À part une décoration qui n'est pas au goût du jour, j'ai apprécié la nuit que j'ai passée dans cet hôtel. Personnel à la réception très sympathique et prêt à aider, matelas très confortables, télé et wifi. Salle de bain un peu petite mais ça suffit amplement ! Hotel proche de l'Accor Aréna de Bercy. On peut y aller a pied. Mais l'hotel lui meme est petit. La chambre est tres petite. Manque de prises de courant surtout pour une chambre de 3 adultes. Salle de bain tres réduite. Tapis, moquette, escaliers, et Decoration pour accéder aux chambres a revoir, les rideaux, horribles et salles. Les dessus de lit, tres tres vieux. Désolée mais je ne réserverais plus dans cet hôtel.

Mauvaise odeur dans le hall (transpiration), l'Hôtel ne faisait pas propre.. La moquette au sol ne donnait pas l'impression d'être lavé très souvent.. Le petit déjeuné était composé d'un unique croissant et d'un malheureux bout de pain, servi avec un mauvais café.. (6euro le petit déjeuné tout de même).
La salle de bain n'était pas en bon état, vue l'odeur dans la chambre je n'ai même pas osé soulevé les draps..
Bref, je ne conseil absolument pas cet hôtel, même pour une seule nuit.

Un hôtel agréable si l'on n'y passe que la nuit, car si l'on veut y passer la journée, la chambre devient vite petite. Mais sinon, le personnel est très agréable et sympathique, la réception 24h/24 est un très grand atout, pour nous qui étions venues en visite et qui rentrions tard le soir. Je recommande cet hôtel, mais davantage pour un court séjour.

Hotellet har fire etager. Ingen elevator. Men en meget trang trappe. Der er meget langt til fjerde etage med en tung kuffert på slæb. Da jeg om morgenen lahde nøglen for at gå på cafe og få kaffe sagde ejeren at jeg kunne få kaffe af ham, så jeg fik en kop, da jeg kom tilbage med den tomme kop opkrævede han mig 2 euro.
