Horrible sanitary condition. There is no typical housekeeping you expect from a place listed on Hotels.com. (They ask you to pay for basic housekeeping.) They won't give you new towels despite you staying six nights. Unprofessional rude staff, too. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The bedroom was pretty, and the windows were very nice. The biggest problem is that this hotel is not air conditioned. We left the windows open all night, and bugs came in. A really uncomfortable night. I wish that I had realized that this hotel did not have air conditioning -- I wouldn't have booked it for a room in June.

There was no coffee pot - only a kettle. There is a massive construction project underway just beside this property. Hard to believe this is a 3-star property.

the bathroom inside my hotel room smelt like an open sewer. It was very discusting. they clearly had a long term problem with the pluming in the toilet/shower and the odor was committed up through the drain. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. The hotel receptionist found if “funny “ when I told her about it and she clearly knew about the issue but put me in the room anyway.

Overall a good stay. Knocked off a star because of problems with door to the garage locking behind us and our key refusing to open it. Be aware if you are driving to this hotel that you cannot get into the garage without stopping at the front desk and that there is no where to wait at n the narrow street until you get access to the garage. Also, be aware that there are two elevators and only one goes down to the garage level. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend that you request a room near the garage elevator. The room was larger than a typical Paris hotel room, but the studio was small for a long-term stay. We did appreciate the small dishwasher and especially the helpful staff.

This is a really great aparthotel. The staff on the front desk were excellent, and the rooms are exactly like they are in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The only downside is there is no aircon (they don’t claim there is) and as we were there during a heatwave it was very hot!

Perfect location if you have a train to catch from Paris Gare de Lyon. The breakfast has a good mix of items and the rooms are clean and modern.

We had a really great stay here, 6 nights - staff were excellent - Apartment was great - we booked 2 as we had our daughters with us - they loved it too. Apartment was large and spacious, bathroom was good, as was the kitchenette which my wife cooked on most evenings for us all. Close to Avenue Daumesnil was a bonus, Lidl was good but the InterSupermarket offered more choice. Compared with the UK, wine was less than half the price it would be at home!

Hotel with NO AC
I booked this hotel thinking that it was \"near the train station.\" It is - but you have to walk around the entire station and it takes about 15-20 minutes to do so to get to hotel. The nearest train station is at least 8-10 minutes of walking. This is new construction, and the building still did not look entirely finished. There was NO AC or fan unit and it was very hot and stuff in the room. We left all the windows open at night in order to try and get some ventilation, but the main train station is on the other side and it is very noisy with the windows open. Staff was friendly enough. The room itself was fine - only two small towels and no day to day service change over.

Amamos nossa estadia no Residhome, apesar de um pouco longe das atrações, era perto do metrô e o local é bem bonito e tranquilo, excelente para quem vai à Disney, pois é do lado da estação. O espaço era muito bom, com micro-ondas, lava-louças, pia, gostamos demais da experiência!
