Booked the exact room, paid the same price as my friend and my room was much SMALLER. Questioned this and was told they were equal. They definitely were NOT. No attempt to rectify. Just received \"I'm sorry\".

Great location, a block away from Gare de Lyon and many nice restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. Only minus was the elevator didn’t go all the way to the lobby level so I’m not sure what accommodation they have for guests who cannot climb a few stairs.

The LOCATION was great, next to the Lyon station which was huge and had all options: trains, metro and RER. The restaurant “Le Train Bleu” is also located in the station and is definitely something to see and experience. The hotel is also within walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre and other popular destinations.
The ROOM was nice and spacious, at least the deluxe with city view one, with a coffee maker, little fridge and a big closet. The desk was little, but good to have. The bed was pretty comfortable and the nights were quiet with little to no outside noise. The rooms were not soundproof and at times you could hear people in the next room.
The BATHROOM was small and the shower was tiny, see pics. But it had most of the things you needed, like a magnifying mirror, a dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, etc.
The PROPERTY was old with squeaky floors and the elevator was tiny (2-3 people max) and a bit scary, as I thought the floor was going to collapse :0 so I took the stairs most of the time :) I did not dine in the restaurant, so I can not comment on that.

A good choice if you don't want to spend some time in your room as the room is a bit small. I have been to several hotel rooms smaller but this one is small but functional. Very good location.

Very close to Gare de Lyon and metro station, with large variety of restaurants and cafes close by. Junior suite rooms have a good size and have a great large bathrooms.

Rooms are very small. Two people cannot relax and enjoy room, not enough space.
Thermostat in room did not work. Room was too hot and to cool it, we had to keep our balcony door open all the time. With balcony door open, our room temperature would cool to 24 degrees C. With the balcony door open, the street noise was loud and we couldn’t relax.

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in. The room was small, but very comfortable and very clean. The hotel’s location is right next to the train station which made it very easy to go anywhere in Paris. Highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient to the train station

The room was comfortable but small, and the elevator was very small - too small for both a person and their luggage. The breakfast was generally good but expensive.

It was located very near the train station, but is a fair distance from the main tourist sites. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel.

Hotel is in good location, takes 2-3 minutes walk to metro.It was renovated in 2021 and very nice, modern and clean. We booked this hotel because we traveled to Paris with friends who are Hilton members. As members, they got complimentary breakfast and hotel gave us free breakfast too. Really kind and I love the breakfast too. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Superb Choice @ Gare de Lyon

Stayed in Signature Suite 607 with children, completely redone room, essentially brand new (2 beds, 2 rooms). Bathroom marble pattern porcelain tile, large towel warmer, rainhead shower strong pressure, lux fixtures, stone countertop for toiletries and more. Separate toilet room made showering easy. Sofa bed used a real mattress, must have had a special pad was superbly comfortable as was the king bed. Staff accommodated the stroller/pram in a special area of lobby so no need to lug upstairs (huge benefit). Staff brought all luggage to room. Staff took great care with the children where they were WELCOME. Staff noticed one child upset during the stay and offered Madeleine cookies and drinks. Ordered via amazon a package and staff put it in room without asking. Food delivery (uber eats) was easily accomodated at front desk. Truly exceptional service in all aspects and a place that welcomes and deeply cares for families and children. Highly highly highly recommended in all aspects.

The stay was good until I got home and I realized I had been charged twice. I paid in advance through Hotel.com, and then the company used the imprint of my card for deposit to charge me again. I am still trying to get refund.

Bring a heater!

We found the hotel perfectly located to Gare d' Lyon Train Staion and the staff were friendly. Our chief complaint was the heating in the rooms (We overheard another patron with the same complaint). The weather turned cooler 12 October and we wanted to heat the room. The thermostat was set at \"Cool\" and 16 degrees C. This was probably helpful in summer, but the outside temperature was 17 C and wet. We asked for assistance immediately and a staff member set the temp to 22 C and said they would check back, but in 30 minutes the system reverted to cooling and 16 C. Mentioned it again the next day, there was never any repair made. The system would not allow us to keep the setting to \"Heat\" in the room and the staff seemed incapable of doing a reset on the entire system. The workaround is to set the heat way high, and monitor it every 20 minutes to catch it before it turns back to cooling. Anytime you leave the room, turn the system \"OFF\", so it doesn't cycle to cooling while you are out. Not optimal. We could't stay in the room without being in the bed under covers with the system turned off.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were very clean & very quiet - especially for a downtown location. This hotel is across the street from the Gare du Lyon - so getting to the station and Metro was very easy.

Only downside for me: The rooms shown on the website - the room I booked - are much larger than the room I received. I asked about this and they said that it was a problem with the website. So, Expect a much smaller room than shown.

However - the room & bed were very quiet and comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room (deluxe, king bed, view) was small but adequate. View was pleasing, bed very comfortable and shower great. Location was perfect for our journey from Gare de Lyon the following day (2 mins walk) and there was a reasonable selection of restaurants nearby.
