Room was clean, we had soap in the room but I brought my shampoo as I always do. We did not have a kettle in the room but we could get always hot water at the bar. We also asked or two additional pillows and we were given.
The room was basic, I think an extra chair would help but all in all it was alright.

Bare minimum in the room. No soap for the sink just the shower gel fixed to the wall in the shower and thin towels. Espresso size paper cup which was not replaced the next day.
Reception staff should offer the leaflet on transport options at check in. We stumbled on it the night before check out which was too late. Even the response on where to catch the number 24 bus was incorrect.

Service was amazing and so so helpful, a highlight of our stay.
Room could have been cleaner, mattress was stained and hairs and dirt in corners of rooms and on tables etc.

Otherwise ths front desk, the bartender and everyone working were lovely and would definitely stay again just due the service.

Service was amazing, extremely nice helpful and polite, and efficient. Happy to advise on areas of interest and any support needed during our stay. Some of the nicest and most personable customer service experiences I’ve had to date.
Our room was changed free of charge for a nicer view, however this meant each morning the cleaners tried to enter our room assuming it’s empty and did enter when we forgot to lock the door.

Despite this they were polite and accommodating despite us knowing little french.

As we added an extra date after our booking, when we arrived it was supposed to be added but on the last night our cards were deactivated and so we had to go to the front desk who were more than happy to help and added our night. So despite the awkwardness the quick and friendly support from the staff made this a two minute problem.

The cleanliness of the room however should be improved. For the price the room was spacious, well lit and functional and compared to some of paris boutique hotels was miles better. But dirt in the corners of rooms, no bin liner in bins, stained mattresses and overall subpar cleaned rooms really hindered the experience.
There are no amenities, no extras and some things like lifts were out of order and for the price this is absolutely acceptable, but cleanliness especially for such high turnover of guests, should be a priority.

But otherwise lovely experience would stay again if bringing my own cleaning products.

A hand soap by the basin would be beneficial as the only all in one bottle is placed in the shower making it inconvenient when washing hands. I feel like the hairdryer should be part of room facilities as a basic offering. The fact that you have to leave €20.00 cash deposit is outrageous. Had no Euros on me and they would not take any other currency even higher in value. The quality of the hair dryer was not even good - all melted around the tip.
Other than the above, the room was cleaned and refreshed daily, which was nice and the hotel room served the purpose for the needs. Breakfast could do an upgrade with hot food offerings, not just a continental version.

Very budget, in an inconvenient location. Wifi was slow and often disconnected. Breakfast was very basic continental, with yoghurt, some fruits, cereal, bread and croissants. Inconvenient location - had to catch a bus to get anywhere, and bus wasn't reliable and often very full. 18 minutes walk to nearest Metro. Quite small rooms without even hand soap in the sink.

Clean but very simple room. It's ok for a max of 2 nights as no room available for all your clothes or luggages.
Also, the TV was not working and the reception told me that it will be fixed before being back at the end of my day... But it wasn't and not sure if someone came to check. After checking by myself, the power cable was missing so no TV for 2 nights...

Nice clean rooms, descent bathroom, clean towels daily. Restaurant had nice food with quite a good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Apart from the shopping centre next door you need to catch a bus to get anywhere as it's right next to a very busy road that can't be crossed by foot. The bus stops right next to the hotel and there is a nice shopping centre 2 stops away with lots of nice restaurants and a Metro station.

good staff and location to get to town. Our room wasn't cleaned since we arrived, only bins emptied and duvet pulled up. eveb the beds weren't tiedid up. tried leaving some crumbles to see if they cleaned the floor but we found it as we left it in the evening. we initially had some issues with the breakfast and dinner as we wsre 2 adults and a 16 year old minor....based on hotels.com his dinner and breakfasts were inclided, but the hotel wont give him voucher to eat. had to fight a bit.

Hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Great area, 24 bus route right outside, got us to everywhere we needed to go easily.
The hotel room was just for us to leave our stuff and lay our heads which was perfect for what we needed! Only downfall is only 2 out of our 3 bed we made, 2 singles and a bunk bed for the youngest, bunk bed was not remade at all for our duration, only the 2 singles. We had a 16 and 9 year old with us.
We didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.
