The property was basic but extremely well connected. Ivry-sur-siene train station was walkable and had brilliant connectivity with central Paris. There are a few restraunts nearby so ordering food or dinning around was easy too. There is a grocery store nearby. Area seemed relatively safe too.

Unit was very sparse, lacked storage space, counter space for cooking, basic kitchen items (knife, wine glasses). Only had 30ml bottle of dish soap. When asked front desk for more they said they only give one per stay, but we stayed a week. Young woman who worked front desk, never made eye contact or said hello.

A great little apart-hotel

I have stayed here before (April 2023) however forgot to give feedback. I will do a review for both here instead. The studio's are great, with most things that you need provided. The towels are a little on the small side though, so if you must have a bath sheet sized towel, maybe bring one yourself.

The room I stayed in earlier faced onto the main road, which has buses going along it, so is noisier than the ones at the back, so if road noise bothers you, either request a room at the back or book somewhere else. It was quiet over night however and the rooms were very quiet otherwise. The outside noise is likely to be not such a problem in colder weather. There is no air conditioning, however there a fans.

The check in hours are limited and this is worth knowing if you are planning to arrive late as the reception will be closed. They also charge a 100 Euro deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!

Great place for a budget stay in Paris. Clean and spacious rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated close to the train station for getting in and out of Paris and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants on the hotel doorstep for all of your needs. The hotel was secure and the staff were a great help.

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel if you want to visit Paris in a cheap way. Nice rooms and nice people working there. The only downside I would give it, is that it's a bit far from the city center but it's worth anyway

I was disappointed in the property because I was told we would have four beds. Instead we had one large bed and a pull out sofa. Bed and sofa were comfortable.My very large grandsons did not like the idea of sleeping together. No AC, but could open door to patio for fresh air.Clean unit. 20 minute walk to metro. Many restaurants nearby. Kitchen available for cooking if you choose with a small grocery around the corner. Good for a family. Not Paris, but Paris access.

Lady who checked us in was rude, took a deposit only from some of us and told us we could only have one key per person according to their policy. I later see another person getting two room keys... I wear almost locked out an entire night after losing my only room key and the reception being closed till 8:30am the next day..
The place is far from everything and they'll make you take your own garbage out and clean up after yourself. Will never stay here again.

Came to Paris for a gaming event with 4 other friends and upon arrival we were made to stand at reception for over 1.5hrs. The lady receptionist and the manager were extremely rude to us to the point where she put the shutter down on us whilst trying to talk to her, the manager then came and just stood there interrupting everything we said. Couldn’t get one word in to either of them. Room was okay, one of our rooms had bugs in and a huge dead cockroach on the bathroom wall. Rooms kind of had a smell to them but beds were quite comfortable. One of the male receptionists was good though, was very kind and funny. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Overall very bad experience. Toilet was pretty old and disgusting. There was a hot water geyser inside the wardrobe which was a wonder for me. I have never ever seen a hot water system inside the wardrobe. Bed mattress was old and sagging, we got severe backache. Wifi was not working from next day onward. I don't recommend this apartment to families. Also, you have to dispose the rubbish. The service was very bad. Customer service reception is close 24 hours except during check in time. If you are going with family, I don't recommend at all even though I wont recommend for single person. Its my fist time that I giving bad review to any hotel. For evidence I was uploading images but due to some technical error I couldn't upload.

Price wise for 2 nights it was good. 4 blocks to the train station. Comfortable bed, but not the cleanest place I have stayed, plus the sink in the bathroom was blocked. The area is very multicultural with pretty good places to eat.

The metro train, Ivry-sur-Seine, was about 6 blocks away, which was nice for going to Paris. The neighborhood was ok but made me a little nervous to walk around at night. We were close to a mall in case we needed anything. We arrived late but were able to call a phone number for help. Our key was waiting for us in a lock box inside the lobby.

Hotel is actually Aparthotel, the ads are all misleading. The rooms are not very clean and the bathrooms are cold and not well-cleaned. To be fare to them, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the neighbourhood did not look very safe especially at night. There is no room service.
I would recommend for emergency 1-2 night stay but wouldn’t recommend for any longer and for families.

Room has two doors to corridor so it is quieter. Room size is good.
People are friendly and can speak English well.

Size of TV is quite puny but does not matter too much as all channels are in French. Staffed to 4PM and check in before 4PM would be charged 20e. Instruction to check in out of staffed time is not clear. First, there is no email address on Expedia page, just saying contact hotel. How? A telephone number on entrance should be called to get code to check in if it is not staffed, I was told. This is not easy for a foreigner. You could not find a phone booth now on street.

Hotel a little outside of centre but regular train service means not too long to travel. Hotel is cheap and cheerful but decent sized room, clean and ideal if you just want somewhere reasonably priced to sleep. Road side room could be noisy but if you know in advance then no problem. Kitchenette useful and fridge very useful. Not the best area to be situated in but good ethnic mix and nice restaurant virtually straight across the road from the entrance. Would happily use again as staff welcoming, check in/out quick and easy and rooms more than adequate.

Staff was amazing and super friendly. Great information on tourist attractions found in the hotel. Late night check-in was also appreciated and easy. Room was as expected and gave us our own bathroom. We didn't have air conditioning which was the only downfall and location was not the easiest to get to. RER C doesn't go to Ivry sur Seine late at night so we had a long walk unfortunately.

The room was clean. And it was close to local amenities. Other than the that as far as its goes for positive. The lift had beer spilt in it when we arrived and every time we got in the left for our entire stay it just smelt worst and never go cleaned.
The morning after our arrival we were heading to Disney land. We went done to reception because you have to activate your key for the next night. The receptionist said come back mid day around 11! I said we are off to Disneyland we won't be here miday and I'm also not going to waist half a day waiting to activate my key, for a place Iv already paid for. She acknowledged that. And wrote down my name and room number and said she would do it for us and leave the activated key in the locker. I thanked her. By the time we got back to the hotel late at night. To our surprise , well not really, she had not done it. We then had to find the night security staff who then had to call around and find out what to do before letting us In to our room. So now we are tired and annoyed and still riding the smelly lift your room.back in the room the tap kept dripping all night, it was annoying but minor.

Would I stay here again? Most likely not. Would I stay here for a night as a place just to rest my head before moving on somewhere else. Yes most likely if it was a lot cheaper.

Do I recommend it, nope.

We were highly unimpressed to arrive for check-in only to be told that we had to pay the full amount of our stay when we had already paid in full in advance at the time of booking. Told us we would be refunded the money to our bank account but still waiting. Have not had this happen before but perhaps it is normal for France?
Otherwise there was little to complain about.

1 Bedroom Apt with couch and pull-out trundle

The individuals at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They are only there during certain hours. The parking was a great value at 7 euro for enclosed underground parking. The room was a little on the small side but we managed. The couch had a pull out trundle bed but the room was too narrow and we were not able to pull the trundle bed out completely without hitting the TV stand. The TV was a little small and the free wifi was slow and not consistent. (There is an option to buy faster internet.) The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest RER station and about 10 minutes to the closest metro. It takes about 30 minutes to get to most attractions in Paris on the metro. The hotel is in district 2 so if you are planning on using t+ carnet tickets you will need to walk to the metro. Plenty of places to eat in the area and a small mall with a Carrefour is about 2 blocks away.

The hotel is maybe 10 minutes walking distance from the train station so that was very convenient! The hotel itself was a little tricky to spot for me but as soon as they showed us to our room, we were very satisfied! A nice big layout plus the kitchenet! It was a great stay for a week!!

This was a very good deal at the reduced rate. Although the room was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable and fairly spacious, with self catering facilities. There was however no air conditioning and the room wasn't clean and wasn't cleaned during our stay. This hotel is more like an apartment block than a hotel and gaining entry could be a bit tricky at the start as the doors weren't unlocked on time. The plug sockets in the room we stayed came away from the wall so had to be very careful when unplugging.

It is outside of the centre of paris, but fairly close to metro stations, with one being about 10min walk from hotel, there is also a large mall with a supermarket within sight of the hotel, although its not signposted and looks like an office building.

For the money this apartment hotel is ok. The lobby doors lock. They have what you could call a gym but the walls are dirty and spider webs are everywhere, the garbage smell is over powering downstairs. The parking lot is filthy. The management seem nice but they are not in a rush at all. The rooms are ok but NOTE: There is NO air conditioning - in the summer it is unbearable without a fan. The local stores are friendly and close to hotel. ATM is just outside the door. The rooms are adequate for a couple. The showers are pretty good. They do have a laundry room didn't use it though. There are a few college students around so you will here occasional outburst of the usual 20 something's. The hotel is about 2-3 blocks from the train station just come off the train and come up the right side stairs and walk toward city center. We stayed for two weeks it was ok no real issues.

We showed up late in the night and the staff only works certain hours so nobody was there at the reception. You have to contact them in advance if you're going to arrive past certain hours for a code to a box for your key, our key did not even match the room number so we were locked out our room for a few hours. And if you're looking for a place near the center of Paris and the attractions I wouldn't recommend this place. We spent nearly 100 euro just going back and forth by cab.

This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment complex and WAY overpriced for being advertised as a hotel room. We had to buy our own toilet paper, we had to wash the towels ourselves in a pay-to-wash facility, no housekeeping services and there was no phone or clock accessibility. The surrounding neighborhood was covered in trash and smelled like a sewer. It is not close to any worthwhile sights unless you plan to walk 2 hours along the river or go directly to the train station. Horrbile, HORRIBLE place!

Kitchen is not at all well equipped even for cooking for one person, no kitchen towels and there was no bath or foot mats in the bathroom which is rather inconveniencing, Besides that, the bathroom and the room in fact are quite spacious. The advertised gymnasium is out of use none of the very few machines present worked during my one week stay, However, it has quite a good internet connection which is about the only thing I found satisfactory,. The hotel is conveniently located, close to town centre and shopping centre, and there are lots of convenient stores and restaurants around. Reception is open for too short a time though you are provided a phone number in case of emergency. I'm not sure if I will not want to go back there.

This hotel was convenient and clean for the price, better than most this close to Paris. Be aware the reception is not open from noon to 4pm generally. If you arrive before noon, you may not be able to check in to your room, but they will let you leave your bags in a locked room near the desk. Hotel was quiet and clean.

I stayed there with a friend for 3 nights. When we got there it was 2pm and the reception desk was closed 'til 4pm, fortunately one of the staff who was having his break came out & allowed us to check in without having to wait 'til they re-open. He was very helpful & accommodating, we were really pleased. The security was also helpful when we went home late evening & we didn't know the code to get in, he let us in & also gave us the door code in case we get locked out again.
When we got in to our room, we were initially disappointed because it wasn't what we've expected from the photos & the bed didn't look comfortable. However as time went by, the flat grew on us & we enjoyed every night of our stay. The bed wasn't too bad & it was comfortable actually.The flat is cozy & the bathroom is clean.

Logement immaculé, spacieux et plus calme que je le pensais. Par contre en cette fin juin lors d'un épisode de canicule, c'était vraiment étouffant malgré le ventilateur (pas de clim). Plutôt fonctionnel avec petit coin cuisine et coin salon, situé dans 1 quartier pas super bien fréquenté.
J'ai payé en ligne et a mon arrivée j'ai du régler 32 euros supplémentaires (taxe de séjour qui me paraît très élevée).
La douchette cassée, la chasse d'eau pas tirée, ménage pas tres bien fait (cheveux sur le canapé, dans la baignoire également).
Point positif acceuil sympa.

Han i resepsjonen var hyggelig. Bad og do var alt for gammel. Toalett børste var sikkelig utbrukt og ekkelt. Vasken var tett. Dusj hadde dårlig trykk. Sove sofa er ikke god å sove i.

Bien mais...

Il manque rien, par contre le second couchage (canapé convertible) était une catastrophe niveau confort, une barre en métal se faisant sentir au millieu du lit et même pour un enfant de 13ans ça a été un calvaire de dormir dessus...
Sinon équipe sympathique, très bonne communication.
