The room smelt like stale cigarettes, there was damage everywhere. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. It’s also so noisy. There was constant banging and the sound of furniture scrapping along the floor above her heads for the majority of the night. And then no chance of a lay in as they were hoovering outside the door at 7am!

Staff were lovely, rooms are large and spacious and clean but a little dated but this didn’t matter to us. A minute walk to the val deurope shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the Disney parks (follow the park across the road straight, cross the main road and follow the road straight that looks like it’s along side an industrial estate and it takes you out at the buses at the parks) my only down side was the level of noise. Walls are very thin, could hear conversations in the corridors from a few doors down, upstairs scraping chairs on the tiled floors woke us up numerous times, walls are so thin you could hear absolutely everything so we were very tired most days having a broken sleep. Bath had no plug so was unable to use it and could only use the shower but those were the only down side. Would 100% stay here again. Excellent value for money. Coffee machine at reception is only 0.70€ and makes a lovely coffee.

Easy walk from train station, big shopping centre close by with supermarkets, one train stop from Disney Paris, had a lot of families staying, and a small kitchenette. Good size bedroom and bathroom, a bit dated but served the purpose as you only sleep there. Would stay again.

Stay elsewhere. We aren’t picky but this hotel is simply not worth saving the extra few dollars. We stayed one night at front and back of a Disney stay & the kids nearly cried needing to go back. We stayed in both a regular & premium suite so I promised them the upgraded suite would be better. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Rooms in desperate need of refresh with peeling paint, broken tile, mould & mildewed bathrooms, and exposed particle board on kitchen counters - it’s no longer possible to keep these suites clean so kudos to the staff who try! The bed wasn’t horrible & linens seemed ok.

Very pleasant staff, convenient parking and right on the doorstep of the mall. The usual cracked tiles and slight stains you get in cheap hotels near popular attractions but overall good. Do everything you can to arrive before reception closes at 7pm though because the evening check in machine is a nightmare. Reception staff are lovely when they’re there.

CHECK THE MATTRESSES!!
We had to cut our trip a day short as we couldn’t stay in the conditions of the room. Mattresses covered in what I can only assume was blood.

We were first given a room which we put our belongings in then headed to the Disney parks and came back fairly late and we were tired so just fell asleep. It wasn’t until the next morning we realised how unclean and how much the room was falling apart. The mattress sheet also come off during the night and both mattresses were covered in stains from what looks to be blood. We asked to change rooms and were told at reception that there were no available rooms but when we pushed more saying that we will not be staying here, another was suddenly available. My partner checked out that room and again both mattresses covered in stains, this time worse! We went back to reception to be told that we can use that rooms pull out bed if we weren’t happy with the mattresses. We said that we didn’t pay the money we did to stay on a pull out mattress and he agreed and eventually gave us the key to ANOTHER room. Now with this room, the room was much better so we stayed the night. It again wasn’t until the next morning that we saw what looked to be blood on the curtains as well as what looked like blood on the sheets. This is when we made the decision that we will be cutting our trip short as it is unacceptable conditions to be staying in. It is unclean and a health and safety concern.

We were really satisfied with the hotel despite the several negative comments. The breakfast was lovely, staff were kind and helpful all the time. The receptionist lady was helpful. Car park is under the hotel, train station about 5mins walk, then 30 mins and you can be in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. We would come back again:)

A fantastic base for family break to Disney Land

Really lovely clean apartment, nice touches to make the decor super cosy and luxurious. Kitchen was stocked with the essential pots/ pans/ cutlery/ plates etc, which saved us a fortune on Paris food prices! Beds were comfortable, 2 TVs, plenty of space and good storage for clothes/ cases, and to have a pushchair in the room. The hotel was quiet. Check in lady was lovely and spoke English (and Spanish and Italian!) which was helpful as our French isn't great at all. Great location, really easy to get to the train station (just a few minutes walk), 1 stop away from Disney. And just around the corner from the huge Val D'Europe shopping centre which has loads of shops including a huge supermarket.

No towels anywhere

I checked in early to go to Disneyland. Coming back after front desk hours were over, I enter my room for the first time and there are no towels anywhere. I checked all the cupboards. There was only this pile of dirty linen on the floor of the bathroom. I don’t even know if it was clean. The sink had trouble draining water as well. I couldn’t take a shower. I had to use a pillow case as a hand towel.

See the picture and you will understand how much dirty is.

I wrote to the hotel same say to come and see. I told them that I need to change the room. They dont answer until the next day to send someone to clean ! see their answer.

A really good stay. Easy to find. Self check-in with a machine outside the door if you arrive after hours. Really stylish rooms, kitchenette included and all the utensils etc. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable beds and really clean feeling. Was clean! Highly recommended for anybody wanting to go to Disney and wants to walk it. A 20 minute walk door to door. Straight out the hotel, cross the road, walk along e rover and your there. Great stuff! A tip for anybody who’s key card doesn’t work if it happens to get back in the room - use the red phone in the entrance doorway and dial 2. They’ll help you there. Otherwise, probably it’s just a bit temperamental and it eventually works like ours did!

It was ok for Disney but very basic.

We stayed here for a short trip to Disney as part of a longer trip. I guess the best way to describe it is you get what you pay for.

We found it cheaper than most and decided we wouldn’t be in there as would be out at the parks so went for it but it wasn’t the best.

We arrived late and there isn’t a
24hr reception so there was a system of how to get the key which worked well. The room was very basic a really odd set up with the kitchen but it was clean enough. Very limited power points which these days is a challenge.

The first night was a Friday and the surrounding area or hotel itself (I’m not sure) was incredibly noisy it’s like the walls were paper thin and the room was very hot so wasn’t pleasant at all. However I did ask the next day if they had a fan and when we got back to the room one had kindly been delivered. thank you.

Breakfast was small selection but was fresh and just about enough for everyone. Handy for. Pre Disney day. The room was decorated lovely.

Very easy walk from the RER A train in Val d’europe which in itself is a great area.

There was no shuttle to Disney they advised a train but for the 4 of us it was just as cheap to get an uber and there was a good selection of them around.

Convenient and cheap yes but not the most comfortable stay next time I’d pay more esp if they offer a free shuttle.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, with basic amenities. Two ring hob and microwave. The shower could be better as the shower head kept sliding when trying to shower. The windows do not have safety catches so something to consider if you have small children or others who are not safety aware. The hotel is noisy at nights with passers by and the noise through the walls. Take ear plugs. The hotel is worth the price though and only a 5-10 minutes taxi from Eurodisney. I would stay here again but know to expect the noise.

It was ok, could do with a deep clean especially in the bathroom. The double bed was two single beds push d together which kept falling apart. The roof leaked our full trip, when we arrived it was late the kids walked in and fell on the wet floors, the shower didn’t work without the bath running at the same time and vice versa, bath plug didn’t stay in so the water would empty as the kids were in the bath.

A hidden gem

We absolutely loved this hotel, the room was really clean, the shower was lovely we were so chuffed that there was a fridge as it was 38 degrees, also a stove and microwave.the rooms were quiet,the hotel provided us with fans. 30 min walk to Disney 5minute walk to the local shopping centre at Val D Europe. We worked out the r & r was a 5 minute walk so did that a couple of times. The staff were really friendly let us store our luggage until departure. A very beautiful hidden gem .

We stayed here for a few days while we traveled to Disneyland. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable.
The room was clean but small, and even though you have a room with a double bed it's really two single squished together so they will come apart and you will fall between them.
The room was clean, although dated and the one thing that surprised us was that there was no aircon in the room although they did supplies with a fan that did work well. With 30° weather each day though the fan was getting a workout.
The porcelain floors were cracked and it needs a little bit of TLC.
We would stay here again though. The neighborhood is very nice and surprisingly quiet especially in the evening, and it's only a 20 to 25 minute walk to Disneyland , or take the train.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train and next to the mall.
The room was good. But the window insulation in the room facing the street was poor and it was difficult to sleep at night, we woke up several times due to normal street noise.
On the day of departure, the hotel staff did not allow us to leave our luggage beyond 6:00 PM even though we had a late flight at night, so half of that day was wasted on keeping our luggage instead of walking around Paris at leisure, even though the staff in the lobby stayed until 7:00 PM and we also asked to arrive later and have them leave our luggage outside the locked lobby but they refused, it was very disappointing

there was no air conditioning but the front desk did provide us with a fan but it got extremely hot in the room.

There was a sign that said please wash the dishes with the kit provided, which we didn't get so I asked the front desk and they said no we don't have anything so there was no way to wash dishes for 4 days which really made things a little more difficult to eat without clean dishes.
The windows did not have screens on them and when it rained the windows swelled shut so you couldn't reopen them due to the cheap particle board window seals that they have inside the apartment!

For it to be a three-star hotel I definitely expected a little bit better

We stayed as 2 adults for 2 nights for a trip to Disney for May the 4th. The Aparthotel is in a perfect location for Disney, it took us around 15min to walk or its 2min on the RER which is a few min walk away. It is also right by the Val de Europe shopping centre so perfect for getting all your shopping from Lidl or Auchen.
The apartment had everything we needed, a comfy bed, a small kitchenette and small bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and tidy and yes it is a bit dated but perfectly functional.
Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and we didn’t notice any noise at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying again!

We were checking in after 7pm so the reception wasn't open. On the way there, saw the message stating you had to contact them beforehand if this was the case. Panicked but eventually managed to contact an agent.
When we arrived, our keys weren't in the outside box. It kept saying it didn't recognise the booking. Called the number on the box and although his English wasn't very good (our french was non existent) he walked us through how to access the keys in the safe box inside. You put the 4 digit code in and the keys pop out the locked boxes.

The room we got was not as showen in pictures, the floor had cracks in it, the shelf only had a curtain to cover but was in poor condition and the shower/shower curtain in very poor condition the shower had black mould what it looked it. Overall in an excellent location for disneyland but the room we stayed in was not pleasant at all.

Fabulous!! Our original hotel was overbooked so we chose this one. I’m so glad I did as it was amazing! Easy check in. Spacious room with lots of hanging space. Kitchenette. Complimentary tea, coffee, bottles of water, washing up liquid, tea towel, tv in living room and bedroom, hairdryer, handwash and shower gel. Needs a bit of updating and pillows were a bit hard for me but that was my personal choice. Near to the shopping centre, supermarket and train station. One stop from
Disneyland. We will definitely be coming back again. Had an amazing stay!!

Small adjustments could make all the difference

Lovely staff and absolutely fine if you just need somewhere to sleep/make food. Not as modern as the photos appear and plenty that could be 'done up' to make it nicer feeling. For example:
• Replace the smashed tiles on the floor
• The towels and mattresses had some stains so also need replacing
• TV had very few channels which could be updated
• We didn't love that we were required to take the bins out to the basement ourselves on checkout.
Little fixes would make a huge difference as it's in a great location with good sized rooms and helpful staff.

Do not book this hotel for late check in

We couldn't get into the hotel because the self check in didn't work. the helpline didn't work so after 90 minutes we had to book a different hotel

The property is in a great location perfect for getting to Disneyland Paris. I walked in the morning to the park and it took me about 15 minutes. There is a shopping center about one minutes or less down the street and it has a huge Auchan (grocery store).

Property is right next to the Val d'Europe Shopping centre and close enough to Disney to get a quick Bolt or Uber. We stayed for 1 night 2 adults and 2 kids. There as a separate room with a double bed and a pull out bed for the kids in the living room.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Centro Commercial. Its about a 30 second walk away. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, on the small side but really great value for money. Have no complaints.

Do not stay here! The smell is awful, made my daughter vomit it was that bad.
It was noisey, someone tried to open our door in luckily we had the chain on. One single bed between 4 and a very hard chair. Absolutely filthy. Staff rude. I have stayed in thousands of hotels this is the worst I’ve ever seen we left early and one night due to the conditions

Apartment in hotel was comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was a great help. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast was fine but limited on hot options. The building and decor is starting g to look dates.
Hotel is next to Vsl’de Europe mall and has good transport links, especially to Disneyland
